I was drawn to these photos because A) Kourtney is making a mega-bitchface in most of the red carpet photos and B) Kourtney looks like she went to Kim’s plastic surgeon. As I’m looking more closely at Kourtney though, maybe not? Maybe I had just gotten used to seeing Kourt with the baby weight, and she’s lost the weight, so her face thinned out. Plus, her hair is pulled so tight it’s like a no-surgery facelift. Although… in last week’s In Touch Weekly, there was a story about Scott Disick making fun of Kourtney’s post-baby body, and how she was considering a tummy tuck. Did Kourt go through with it? I doubt it, actually. I think she lost the weight the old fashioned way – through her family’s deal with the Trim Spa devil.
Oh, yeah, and Kim is there too. She does not look as plasticy as she has been lately. Maybe she eased up on the Botox and fillers?
Fun fact: Kendra Wilkinson’s sex tape is already outselling Kim Kardashian’s, and Kendra’s is only in pre-sales at this point. Ha!
One last non-story: Socialite Life pointed out that Kim bitch-slapped a business on Twitter – apparently, the business is some kind of specialty phone-bedazzling service, and Kim sent them her phone and they haven’t sent it back? I was trying to read Kim’s Twitter feed, but I got a headache with all of the TrimSpa ads. This is honestly how Kim spends her days. Fighting over bedazzled phones, standing beside a bitchfaced sister on the red carpet, getting some Botox. Ah, the life!

I don’t think they got work done, I just think its the weird airbrushed makeup. Obviously it takes time for people to heal from any type of facial surgery, and these bitches are always in the spotlight.. so I honestly think its just the weird makeup they’re wearing.

ps neither of them are out of the spotlight long enough to have had major facial surgery- we would have seen the bandages and swelling.
It can take a few weeks for botox and fillers to settle in and look integrated. Maybe the too tight too puffy look was a fresh dose of both and we saw photos before the settling process.
Kim doesn’t even look like a real person anymore. If you scraped off all the make up she’s wearing you’d end up just looking into, well…nothingness.

I have asked myself time after time. When exactly did they do this surgery? I truly think they apply lots of make-up. Kim looks better on TV. Kourt is also pretty. Anyways, I’ve decided long ago not to comment here again regarding them, if i need to clarify things about them, i know what to do. They are not looking horrible but the are beautiful ladies. Ohh her mum is damn pretty after having those children. Chris is a beauty.

Have you guys SEEN khloe’s nose? It looks like she went to the same surgeon as tori spelling. They used to do nose jobs very lopsided back in the day. I dunno what’s up with that but there are a lot of people (even in real life) I know who are sporting that lopsided one nostril higher than the other look…
They both look fabulous, at least in pure Hollywood standards. Nothing natural about them but that’s not a bad thing considering what they do for a living.
Kourney haves admitted to having Breast implant , is kind of funny that the one (kim)with the most obvious surgery does not admit it.
I’m not certain that Kim has had surgery, but it certainly appears that (at the very least) she’s had fillers or injections. Look at her mouth: there are no lines when she smiles. Her forehead is very smooth and waxy-looking. And her nose looks considerably thinner than it did when their show started. (Okay, this wouldn’t be the result of fillers. Just thought I would throw it in there.)
But her cheeks are the biggest difference to me. I’m positive that she got cheek fillers/injections. People don’t suddenly gain volume in their cheeks without gaining weight or suffering some sort of allergy or injury. They look unnatural on her.
It’s pretty sad, actually. I used to think she was very beautiful at one time. But nowadays, she looks a bit “La Toya Jackson-ish” to me. I don’t think makeup is the only ‘enhancement’ at work here.

Kourtney got back to pre-babyness. During her pregnancy her face changed along with her body. It all seems to be back to the same as before. She is the prettiest sister now that Kim went so fake and plastic woman.
