It was the biggest tool in her arsenal. Jennifer Aniston just had to get people to pay attention to her rather than the bikini model, Brooklyn Decker. So Jennifer went hardcore. She chopped off her hair! It’s not as drastic as that haircut she had when she was on Friends, though. This one is to her shoulders, and it looks like she added some more blonde highlights too. And she changed up her makeup. All in all, I like it. I’m just grateful for change, honestly. Aniston has been making me slow clap for the past few stories because I’m getting the feeling she really is looking to change it up. Traveling, selling her Beverly Hills home, wearing appropriate clothing, all of that deserves some slow claps. But this – this deserves outright applause.
Do you think she just finally got sick of the old style? The whole “I don’t own a hairbrush” look was uncomfortable, and the flat-iron needs to be put away. Aniston’s natural hair has some natural curl to it, and I would love to see her with this new haircut, minus the blowout.
Oh, and nobody’s paying attention to Brooklyn Decker anymore. I almost forgot to include a photo of her in this post. Well played, Aniston.

I would’ve liked these pants if they were much lower on the waist. Brooklyn looks much better here! I saw a pic of Brooklyn Decker at their first premiere stop and she looked really fug in the face. Couldn’t believe it.
She definitely looks better with longer (and darker) locks. This look tends to age her up a bit!

I loved the cut she had on Friends, not the one at the beginning but the short bob she had on one of the later seasons. This haircut feels to me like the long bob that Gwyneth Paltrow had about 2 years ago.
It’s a measure of how desperately in need of a makeover/transformation this woman is that cutting off a few inches on the same old style constitutes as a “change”. It’s exactly the same old hairstyle, just a shorter version. So what?

I like the hair cut and I think it makes her look younger. I always thought that when she has darker hair it makes her face look longer and emphasizes her chin.

oh, i don’t know. I always found Aniston to be very beautiful when she had that whole natural thing going on, minimal makeup, darker hair colours but lately (the last couple of years) she has this constant startled look going on, her eyes have this weird look, it’s almost creepy. Her face looks really puffy and heavily made up and she went from looking like a classy gorgeous woman to looking like a middle aged dolly bird. I don’t know what’s happened but the change is astounding.
I remember reading somewhere that a new hairdo + makeup change = distraction/disguise for recent plastic surgery. JLo and SJP are notorious for it. So now I can’t stop trying to figure out what JA might’ve done to her face.
The color is way to BLONDE, so it screams dye job. A real change would be the Emma Watson bob, now that was true change, not just a trim to her old TV show style.
I hope this cut will start a new trend in hairstyles. I am so-o-o tired of the long, straight style that 95% of actresses have had for the past decade.

This is a common celebrity/socialite trick. When you get work done, change your hair so everyone thinks you look different because your hair is different. She just had a boatload of filler shot in there.

She tends to always have the sides hanging down the side of her face, like she’s trying to hide her wide jawline. The style itself looks basically the same, just shorter. The color is pretty and a nice change, but together with the eyeliner she looks a little harsh.

Not a fan of Jen–I think it’s her hair and figure that causes people to think she’s so great. Shave her head and add 30-50 lbs, and I guarantee no one would say much of anything except that her eyes are a pretty color. Some women would be beautiful bald and plump–for example, Angelina Jolie.

The bob is unflattering on Jen, making her face and body look small and round. The color also washes her out. Bobbed hair cuts are good on women who are prone to plumpness.
Hate those pants on her. It makes her torso look non-existant. Granted it would be hard for any woman to hold her own standing next to Brooklyn Decker, but Jen looked better at the last premiere.
