Yesterday, as I was looking through these photos of Halle Berry and Nahla, I had a spooky moment of intuition. My thought: I don’t think Halle and Olivier Martinez are together anymore. He hasn’t been photographed in LA since the beginning of June, and I’m wondering if he hasn’t gone back to France or something. Maybe it’s nothing. Maybe I’m just creating controversy where none exists. But I just had a feeling that I thought I’d share. Incidentally, the film that Olivier and Halle did together in South Africa, Dark Tide, had a trailer-release a few weeks ago, but then the trailer was pulled off of most sites. It still doesn’t have a release date, as far as I can find. Is there some kind of conspiracy? Hmm…
Anyway, new photos of Halle and Nahla. Halle has been getting a lot time with Nahla in front of the paps lately, so it’s not like this photo set is anything new. What’s interesting, I suppose, is that both Halle and Gabriel Aubry seem to be doing a lot of candid photo ops with Nahla, especially since Halle is trying to end Gabriel’s parental and custodial rights.
Oh, and Halle’s stalker was finally arrested. He was all over the news over the weekend, hopping over her fence and trying to get to her. Anyway, they finally caught him, thank God. He’s being booked for felony stalking.

Ok totally just my smutty opinion. But didn’t Oliver and Halle stop getting photographed together right before Halle came out with the new brand of crazy on Aubrey? I wonder if it means anything.

To me, both of these people are being irresponsible towards their daughter. They both like to be seen with her to gain points, especially around court time. Neither of them is innocent in my eye. As I don’t have facts, I cannot judge any other way. in the case.
Both need to keep her out of the tabloids and away form photo ops.

@You don’t say. I am more sympathetic to Aubrey only because he’s the one being attacked in court and who could potentially lose custody against Halle who has more resources, and influence in the media. I also do believe that Halle fired the first shots at him in the public and he’s been on the defensive that’s really the only reason I find his obvious pap walks less offensive but of course the only innocent party is Nahla.
Oliver had his fun and went back home, I doubt he seriously intended to stay with her. He probably noticed her craziness.
Gabe will not lose custody as long as he isnt abusing Nahla. Halle is just trying to control and cut ties with Gabe but bottom line is no judge will grant her sole custody unless Gabe is found unfit. Sorry Halle.
@ min. I understand what you say, but he is still using her and that is wrong. Her pap walks are very obvious as well, but a child should not be used as a weapon or proof of something for public consumption. A judge needs to slap both of them upside the head and tell them they should behave in the best interst of the child not their own.
Maybe Oliver thought Halle’s first attempt to “end Gabriel’s parental and custodial rights” was a fluke, but when she started planning a second attempt to destroy Gabriel and his relationship with HIS daughter, Oliver decided enough was enough, and just bailed in disgust. For the record, I don’t think Gabriel is particularly “papping” Nahla. How, with the way the paps stalk them, are they supposed to go “out”, without being “seen”, and thus photographed on occasion? Best of luck, Gabriel. I can’t believe I really used to be a Halle fan. I wonder if it would help if Halle’s mother stepped in and told Halle to just back off on trying to obliterate Nahla’s Dad? Or does she hate men as much a Halle does?
@Youdon’tsay I agree with you that it’s wrong and the only ‘Team’ I am on is Nahla’s but I think Halle has done as much as possible to besmirch Aubrey as a father which started this process. I also think that she’s crazy and spoiled and rich enough not to stop until Aubrey is out of Nahla’s life. Whereas I think GB would just be happy with joint custody.

its so clear to me that Gabriel only stayed with Halle for as long as he could for Nahla. Even he couldn’t take it anymore no matter how many bills she paid for him.

She is picking her child up from school, just look at the backpack with her name on it…. Really, double standards run wild. Aubry is on a random street and that isn’t a pap setup? Of COURSE they are going to get a shot of her at the school, it’s the one place that they know she will pick up her child! All this hatred being spewed at her over a matter of which NO ONE but those involved understand. Did you even stop to think that perhaps this snippy public outpouring of hatred might have fueled a violent stalker in her direction? Look at the man’s rap sheet. Maybe he had a custody dispute in the past and is taking it out on Halle? Who knows? I really would urge this hatred of her to stop. To attack a woman/mother for whatever reason you think is justified (because hey after all if it’s printed in the celeb gossip sheets then it’s true right?) in this way is unconscionable and could lead to tragedy.
I think the last time Halle and Olivier where seen together was at Kylie’s Concert, then Olivier was seen alone shopping.
@Yayamommy I have to point out the only one of the two with a rap sheet is Halle Berry who is guilty of two Hit and Runs.
And I don’t doubt that both of them are guilty of pap walks probably in the belief that pictures of them with their children will prove to the court that they spend time with Nahla and are active and engaged parents etc. or to whitewash the controversy in the tabloid press.

I just think that in this situation the hateful comments really need to stop, in light of what is going on in her and Nahla’s life. Their security and well being are at stake.

I use to really like her. But now, I am beginning to think she may be just a bit bat shit crazy. At first, I thought maybe she picked losers. But not all men are losers. Im thinking maybe she is. She just seems bitchy.

Both have had their pictures taken picking Nahla up from school. There is a team of paps who follow them around, so there are going to be pics of Nahla with both of her parents. Most of the pictures, though, are of Nahla with Halle going to the grocery store, going here, there and everywhere.
I don’t think she’s with Olivier anymore, either. If they were, Halle would have made sure we got a picture of the two of them together. Last time I saw them was Memorial Day.

Halle has been photographed constantly since giving birth to Nahla. This isn’t a photo-op or out of the blue.

These weird comments about money….um, he makes LOTS of his own money I think, but chooses to live fairly low key.
I can’t call photo op on ether of them because their picking or dropping Nahla off/up at school and besides getting Nahla at school you rarely see photos of Gabriel and Nahla when he has her or when he doesn’t have her and Halle has always been photograph with Nahla doing things so it’s nothing new.
As for Olivier I think they broke up in June there were photos of Halle and Olivier every were and she made that statement about how she and Gabriel were getting alone and working out an agreement, then you stop see them together and Halle made her clams about Gabriel. My guess is that now that she has no man in her life she lonely and wants Nahla to herself.
I used to be a fan of hers, but after what she said about the man she CHOSE to procreate with…I just have no respect for her. She is using her kid as a pawn. What he has done in return, from my perspective, seems to be more about saving face and not about trying to tear Halle down. Her actions make me think she isn’t putting her daughter first. He will ALWAYS be her Dad. Halle should respect him.

I saw Halle in a different light when she did that nasty display with Jamie Foxx at the Guy Choice thing.. She was with Gab at that time, and I knew then that their relationship was over. NO way a woman does that when she is committed to a man. It was if she wanted him and the world to know she was free and he meant nothing. I will note that not long after they “split” I lost a lot of respect for her. She was the mother of his child and for all anyone knew they were still a couple. A very LOW CLASS move on her part.
We see so many men married or not that walk away from their children. NOT all because there are some truly amazing men out there. But when you have a man that wants to be a part of his child’s life. I just don’t get that. There are women that would give anything to have the father of their child want to see them, spend time. I have a friend that got a divorce and the man just left. Occasionally calling. Her son has major anger issues. Gets in trouble at school. Lies and steals. Can’t get along with other children he is 6. Kids (especially if they are young) can’t express how they feel or what they want/ or need. Parents need to do what is best for their children. And women need to realize that if the father wants to be there, then dammit let him be there. For your child you share together.
I never got the sensation that Halle and Olivier were super serious to begin with. He always seemed like someone Halle could have fun with and relax with from time to time. Like someone else said, Olivier is very low key so it wouldn’t surprise me if he’s sick of getting his picture snapped with Halle.

This woman is mentally unwell to NOW smear her ex just so she can have Nahla all to herself.
wow nahla looks so much like her dad especially in the photo where she is screwing up her face. I doubt her and olivier have split I heard they were engaged.
@ Addie; That she (allbeit jokingly) referred to Gabriel as her Nanny instead of as Nahla’s father says a lot about how she saw the situation.
However you cannot fire a father the same way you can fire a nanny. The child is not solely hers and I suspect she’s having great difficulty accepting that as fact.
Halle needs to stop worrying about the photo ops and start stepping up the security at her home considering this guy who has been found on her property 3 times already.
If I were Gabriel’s lawyer, I’d certainly bring this concerning situation up at the next court date. How does she not have top notch security at her home at all times? Especially when she now has a little girl to care for??? Stupid, stupid, stupid.

It sounds like Halle could be one of those women who creates a lot of drama, putting herself in the victim role to extract attention and sympathy. Aubrey seems like a decent chap.
