Several of you sent us this article on Yahoo! asking that we cover Ali Lohan’s new face. We don’t have access to the photos, but you can see them on D-Listed, where they have several more that show that this isn’t just a trick of the light or a bad camera angle.
This is the most striking photo comparison (from TheFabLife, where they also have more) and it’s frankly hard to know what to say about it. I mean, it’s obvious what to say: she got a nose job, her lips are plumped, she may have gotten cheek implants and it looks like she had an eye lift too. She also lost a lot of weight she didn’t need to lose and practically looks emaciated.
Ali is still 17 years old, so as FabLife points out, her mom had to sign off on all these surgeries for a girl who just barely stopped developing. This seems so much more abusive than the boob job that Ali’s sister Lindsay got at 17. (That’s just a rumor, but there’s plenty of photographic evidence. Lindsay also had a nose job and regularly gets lip fillers and now Botox.)
Ali has denied that she’s had a nose job. In 2008, Lindsay called a photographer a “pedophile” when he asked her about Ali’s possible boob job at the age of 15.
We heard in August that Ali had scored a multi-year modeling management contract. Back then Kaiser reported that she thought “Ali got a ton of plastic surgery so she could ‘model.‘” She was right, but we didn’t know the half of it. Ali looks ill she’s so thin and drawn, and the surgeries have given her a waxy, freakish look. I hope it settles for her and that she’s able to strike out on her own and escape her mother’s influence at some point. She always seemed to have it more together than her older sister, but then Lindsay seemed to be ok when she was 17 too. It’s just sad. She was so pretty before. At 17 she can do anything, preferably focus on her education. Instead, she’s become a “model” and has wrecked her features with surgeries. I blame Dina Lohan.

Can you imagine being in her life? Her whole life has revolved around Cracksey and no one has paid attention to her. This is obviously a cry out for some kind of attention…too bad its the wrong kind. Its unfortunate how this happens to some families. Look at the Olsen family. M & A were the bread winners, super famous, and then MaryKate had an eating disorder and all the attention was on her. But now she has recovered, and her brother and sisters are doing really well and becoming successful in their own right. Ali could have done the same if it weren’t for her CRAZY DELUSIONAL mother.
Also, with all that money spent on plastic surgery, she couldn’t have maybe gotten a proper dye job? Its like mall rat hair.

Are we absolutely sure this is her? I mean, really, she bares such little resemblance… part of me is really, really hoping this is a mistake on the photographer’s part.
I personally have always thought Ali was striking. as someone in the other thread said, she has a strong look, like Ali McGraw or Angie Harmon. She has now ruined that looked.

When I see all the awful things some Hollywood parents do to get their kids ‘famous’, it makes me want to check every elected official’s record to make sure they are funding Child Protective Services. Except that there should be legal/medical regulations that prevent vanity surgery on minors, even with “parental” consent. This kind of twisted, bad parenting can’t be fixed with a few sessions on the couch in years to come. Her normal, pretty face is gone forever, as well as any sense that she was “good enough” before. And that anorexia-body will provide negative health effects down the road, if she survives. The poor child.
Man, she looks really bad! Kind of like Charles Manson back in the 70’s, crazy eyes, sunken cheeks. I bet she twitches in person and she has a lot of body hair, a symptom of anorexia. While I don’t think Dina Lohan is an actual mother, this is just another one in a long string of the whole “I wanna be a celeb” culture that is prevalent in the U.S. Maybe if people stopped watching (non)reality shows and respecting talent instead of the ridiculous, scenes like this might lessen without an audience.

It’s certainly one messed up family and I can only imagine how easy it is for her to eventually self destruct like Lindsay. However, it’s been some time now that she’s been “scary thin”, I think even few years.

The minor children should be removed from the Lohan home and placed with a loving family where they can go to public school and be normal kids. Too late for Ali, I guess.

Bess, I sure hope your right. Unfortunately I don’t. Michael’s family has little to no contact with the Lohan kids from what we hear. Dina’s family is as cracked out as she is, according to the media. So theres little hope. Ali is already 17, theres absolutely nothing anyone can do at this point. I’ve said this on countless threads, Dina and Blohan have had and continue to have so much influence on her, that its just too late.

I couldn’t agree with that statement more. Thats the problem, Dina thinking the “Lohans” are some kind of A-list dynasty. Remember the quote from Marc Fiori, producer of “Gotti” when commenting on Blohan being OUT of “Gotti” before she even signed on said:
“the various demands of her management team just got out of control” and another quote from the producer that “I will only ride a merry-go-round with my kids.”
In my opinion, Dina single-handedly talked Blohan OUT of that “Gotti” movie. Dina will do the same with Ali.

I know i’ve said this before, but this is the time Michael Lohan needs to prove that he “cares” about all of his children equally and raise hell about this in public. He talked about how worried he was about Lindsay and drugs (and Ali was living with her at the time) for months. He needs to do the same for Ali. This is child abuse plain and simple.

If Ali had only had the nose job it wouldn’t be so bad. What is the most disgusting thing to me, is the unnecessary lip plumping that alone made her look so much older and so plastic. Just like Lindsay,she will now have to keep getting her lips done and they will get bigger and more disgusting every time she does it, until one day she ends up with Lisa Rinna’s lips and she’ll have to have surgery to fix them. I also really wonder if that pale ghost white look she has is from merely staying indoors while she healed from her procedures and then using a very whitish foundation or if she is bleaching her face to lighten the appearance of her freckles. Personally I never thought she was even close to pretty, more plain or average. Which is why I laughed when Dina conned her a contract with NEXT, but contract or no, unless someone hires her to be a company’s “face” she’s not a model and that is not going to happen, she doesn’t photograph well as the pics show, she’s not tall enough for runway. She’s ruined what was an average face and now is homely.
A parent has to sign for surgery, didn’t this much work at 17 seem excessive to them even for one second? As for the ano look, that will pass. They would be much smarter to invest in an education for that girl so she can take care of herself when he gets older. I always thought Ali never had a chance, looking up to Blohan the way she ALWAYS has, but I’m holding out hope for the youngest Lohan, Cody. Memaw ‘Lohan’ has been living with Dina for a long time and hopefully raised him as Dina’s been ‘too busy managing’ Ali and Blohan. Not to mention clubbing, drinking, snorting, and popping pills with BOTH her daughters.
One can only hope.
Why do you guys think the two Lohan sons, Mike Jr. & Cody, have been able to resist Dina’s pimping so far? I guess all 4 kids were “models” as kids. I wonder why the desire for “fame” isn’t as strong with the two sons (apparently). Any ideas?
Laineygossip has a ton of pics and yes, Ali has had significant rejigging of her face, and has lost a horrific amount of weight. She looks absolutely skeletal, it’s horrible for me to look at these pics as my only sister died of eating disorders, and Ali definitely has the anorexic/bulimic look about her. So once again Dina Lohan has managed to ruin another child.

Jo Mama is just pointing out the hypocrisy of some of the posters here. Me, I’m not the least bit surprised that she jacked her face or has starved herself down to nothing. The girl said it herself – she wants to be like Lindsay. *shudder*
what’s up with your fixation on schooling? I mean, nothing against it, but as some other readers pointed out these kids aren’t really going to need a degree and it’s like getting braces. If you don’t need them, why get them? If anything, I feel like the “stars” who go to school like Natalie Portman, James Franco, etc. are going to school partly to impress the public and be seen as a “serious” actor.
Anyway, college is a good experience, but it’s not for everyone and it’s certainly not surprising that the majority of young Hollywood chooses to forgo that path. It just comes off as slightly self righteous how you KEEP ending a lot of articles with that judgement on these kids.
If that really is Ali, then Dina is one seriously f*cked up monster.

She does look much older than she is. I’m not seeing the “shocking” plastic surgery that everyone else is. The changes I see in her face are because of her dramatic weight loss…and different hair color/thicker eyebrows. Whatever it is though, she looks terrible and I hope she gets help.

It never ceases to amaze me how different- and seemingly at odds – ‘fashion model’ beautiful and regular beautiful are, in TheFabLife pics she looks so much more gorgeous in 2009!! Maybe the desire for harsh angles is to do with making dramatic lighting easier in the shoots? I dunno, but i can’t imaging the psychological freakiness and damage of looking in the mirror at 17 at not recognising yourself.
When I received a link to that yahoo page I told off the person who sent it saying that the photo is so obviously fake. I think I’ll apologize. I’m shocked to realise she really did this to herself, and that there are “doctors” walking the face of this earth who would do this to a minor. I don’t care that she is 17, she is a minor. Her mom or sister paid money for this and I believe didn’t even try to discourage her.
As for Michael Lohan raising hell about his daughter being abused so obviously: I do hope he finally does something half way intelligent to help his children in PRIVATE. poor girl, she didn’t have a chance between the effed and exploitative parents and sister. they say lindsay uses her as a cover all the time when they go out, but then is very verbally abusive to her, and picks fights with her for no reason. dina and the dad need to go to effing jail for extreme child abuse, I swear to god.
Isn’t it painfully, horribly clear that she is suffering from severe anorexia? Who is going to step in? I agree- Dina is a psychopath. That’s clear as day. But where are the grandparents? For those wondering about the Grandparents, I don’t think the Lohan kids see their paternal grandparents. I know that Milo’s father died recently. As for Dina, I know her mother is alive and living with her but who knows if the grandmother gets on the internet or watches gossip news shows. You know with Dina telling memaw ‘everythings fine’, who is grandma to argue. Plus with Dina close to 50 and having a couple of siblings, grandma is probably at least 75. Honestly, what is she to do?
Aloe Juice, these ‘Lohans’ (all of them except Mike Jr. who already has a college degree) need some sort of education as their ‘acting’ and ‘modeling’ careers are not going to support them the rest of their lives. Blohans ‘acting career’ is OVER and Ali’s ‘modeling career’ never was. Being pap ‘stars’ is only going to pay the bills for so long. Theres always someone new, someone hotter, someone more notorious. As for Portman and Franco, bad examples. These Lohans do not have .1% of the ‘career’ of either of the above and whether or not they got a degree for good p.r. or not, at least they got a degree, something to fall back on if ‘acting’ doesn’t pan out. How you can compare Franco and Portman to the Lohans is beyond comprehension. I got nothing else.

I swear their bat sh** crazy mother (a term used loosely) makes these girls look old, used, mangled, over done on purpose. She must think the worse that they look, the younger and better she will look. Dina is just nothing but pure evil.
I think it’s just extreme weight loss. Her pictures on Next Model Management look really natural and I highly doubt any plastic surgeon would do that much work on a 17 year old. I’m rooting for her to be successful because she comes from such a highly dysfunctional family! I barely escaped from mine!!!

I haven’t read through all of the comments yet, so excuse me if this has already been said but, I think Dina was given a laundry list of “improvements” that Ali needed to make in order for her to be signed to this modeling deal. So sad that Dina is so fame hungry that she would agree to such a drastic transformation.

She also looks like she had a chemical peel, and not one of those spa ones either. We’re talking a full on chemical peel, which leaves your skin pasty and you susceptible to skin cancer like never before.
Good GOD, what kind of mother lets her child do this?
I remember most vividly an interview with Ali right around her ridiculous Christmas vid where she stated how she wanted the lifestyle and recognition of celebrity and fame, SO BAD. Regardless of who of the Lohan clan was in the spotlight, Ali has always been there too, witnessing it all, and the primary lesson learned seems to be do anything for attention. Good, bad, ugly, pretty, anything to get your face and name in the press is good.
This is what she has to offer; a name, a face, long legs and long hair. Indeed, I believe she was told by handlers or “advisors” what she needed to do to make herself more marketable, and come hell or high water, or a parental signature, she probably wanted it more than any other person. Don’t blame Dina, she probably has no choice but to enable her children. She has no control, she has no say, she probably does whatever is legally required of her as a “parent”, and her kids come up with the rest.
Well, actually, go ahead and blame Dina for laying the groundwork, but I also guarantee she has no control or say, even with a 17year old. I can see Ali BEGGING her mom to let her have any and all the work she wants. I can see her saying its the only way… I bet Ali has pictures of the young Kardassian girls in her purse when she goes in for her surgery consults. That being said, it will be interesting to see if it succeeds. And if Lindsay can stand to hand the spotlight, no matter how it burns, to her sister.

If thats the case, than Ali is on the “Blohan Diet”, consising of adderall, cocaine, meth, cigarettes, and vodka. And as we all know, nothing ages a ‘Lohan’ quicker than the above substances. I could see NEXT requiring weight loss. The picture above from July is not that long ago, but Ali appears to have lost weight since then, and she didn’t have a lot of weight to spare. Even in the photo above, though, she lacks the sparkle she used to have, and her hair looks brittle. The eyebrow styling is also possibly something that NEXT wanted.
What I find hard to believe is that NEXT would be loving the rubbery lip injections. The nose job is also a bit weird, but they may have known about it. What they might not have banked on is that (as pointed out above) narcissist Dina would ask the doctor to give Ali the Dina Special, “Do I Have Unused Coke in My Nose?”
She really looks like something is up with her eyes, but that could be eating disorder related, I guess. They seem more open to me–when you compare the pictures on the other site, the eyelid is in the same place, but the eye itself is more open.
Even more terrifying is the comment above about Ali’s Twitter. If their mom has taught them that they can trust no one but the family (her), that’s actually a symptom of emotional domestic abuse because it allows Dina to consolidate her emotional control over her kids.

Even though Liho is irrelevant now, that the paps would just not care enough about her to take the pics soon. Mischa was always getting papped. When Liho’s court crap is all settled, that’s what I think will happen. Am I making any sense, I can’t seem to get out what I want to say! Too many tini’s, I do believe.

@seal team, according to Crystal Ren (and others) models are frequently asked to lose weight (when they’re already underweight). If they’re so willing to ask women to starve themselves, why wouldn’t they suggest a nose job and fillers to go along with the scary-skinny physique?
You know, I kind of had hopes that Ali would be able to be smart enough to escape all of that. She seemed like she knew her family was trouble, and that Lindsay’s life plan was an example of what NOT to do. But now, it looks like it got to her, and they started messing with her face (which was already pretty) and what seems like a case of anorexia has made her unrecognizable. Poor girl. I hope Dina Lohan burns in h*|| for what she has done to both of her girls.

I think they have got the picture of the wrong girl as Ali Lohan. Look at the teeth, there is no gap in Ali Lohan’s teeth in the before pictures but there is one in the after pictures. Plus in the before picture she has too many freckles on her hand and nothing in the after pictures.

I haven’t read the comments but I’m just going to jump in here. She looks ill. When I was hospitalized last year with a blood clot, I lost a lot of weight. Like lots. My bones were sticking out and my hair was dry and lifeless. I was pale and looked like crap. That’s what Ali looks like. She looks either ill from a sickness or she’s purposefully starving herself for her “modeling career.” Either way she looks horrible.
Now, Lindsay has come out saying that Ali has never had plastic surgery, HA! Even when I was super skinny sick, my face did not change dramatically except for being more angular. My cheekbones did not “puff up”, and my lips didn’t either. My eyes were sunken in, not wide eyed. Something just doesn’t add up. I really dislike her eyebrows by the way. She looks like a teenage version of Pete Burns from Dead or Alive.

As an aside, everytime I read her name my inner voice pronounces Ali as in Muhammad Ali not Ali as in Ally. I find it very disconcerting. I also feel ill when I see photos of anorexic people. The sight of them brings on a mild headache.

Oh for GODS SAKE, it’s not plastic surgery. Every time anyone looks slightly different, everybody has to crow PLASTIC SURGERY(!) like Dr Frederic Brandt somehow morphed into Arsenio Hall and is doing the fist pump to a cheering crowd of idiots.
She’s just thin — really, really, thin. I’d go so far as to say anorexic. She’s also pale as fuck. Anyone who’s had a decent tan before knows how much it can alter the look of your face. That’s the whole principle behind bronzer; Here we see the effect of it on her hugely protruding nose. As for her cheeks, it’s just badly applied blush that hasn’t been blended out (I get that’s the aesthetic, but it looks like shit.) Her eyebrows have been filled in in a similar harsh, unblended fashion. Her lips have been outlined with a dark brown pencil and then filled in with a skin colored lipstick. Whomever did the lip-liner strayed outside her natural lip which is why her lips look so big and goofy. Think of the infamous “Keep Mexicans Away From Sharpies” jpeg.
This whole makeup look is so typical of what’s fashionable in certain British mags and is currently being aped by some American brands like American Apparel. I like to think of it as the new heroin chic.
I don’t think that this pic is so awful, I have seen others that look bad but not sure what the big deal is over this one. I think the worst part are the eye brows. They are neighbors of my sister’s in-laws and it is sad that fame has ruined their family. They were once semi-normal like the rest of us. PLUS they are from LI so….
OK just checked out the “real” pictures (why they did that is weird) and I still don’t think she looks that bad except for the small one. Of course she has to be a stick figure to be a model plus I grew 6 inches in one year and lost 20 lbs, she is tall so it is possible she had a growth spurt. Anyway, the one pic looks really bad but the walking ones look like any other model out there. Again, the eyebrows are awful but I doubt they were sewn on, they are prob the only thing still natural, those she should change I say.
