Here she is once again, Our Crackhead Superstar, Our Methy Lodestone, Our Busted, International Hooker. These are just more photos from Linnocent’s appearance for some video game premiere two nights ago – we covered her “teeth of meth” and her budget Barbie hair yesterday. Anyway, guess what happened to our fine lady (of the night)? She got kicked out of her community service program. Like, the Downtown Women’s Center is the new Chateau Marmont, and they don’t want to be tainted by the Cracken’s scabies. Honestly, though, it’s even worse than that. On the rare occasions when Linnocent did appear for her scheduled hours, she was a hot mess. But most of the time she just skipped. Because… why not?
Lindsay Lohan has been kicked out of the program where she was supposed to complete her community service because she violated the rules numerous times … TMZ has learned.
Judge Stephanie Sautner ordered Lohan to serve 360 hours at the Downtown Women’s Center in L.A., as part of her probation in the shoplifting case. Part of the deal — the judge required her to be reliable, non-disruptive, and serve at least 4 hours at a time.
But sources tell us … Lindsay blew off 9 scheduled visits … and when she did show up, she would often bail after working there for only an hour.
Sources say … 2 weeks ago, she was terminated from the Women’s Center because of the violations. The Probation Department’s volunteer center has now assigned her to a new community service program at the Red Cross. We got a pic of Lindsay doing her community service there earlier this week.
Now here’s the BIG problem … Lindsay is due back in court next week for a progress hearing. Judge Sautner made it clear … there would be no more second third fourth fifth sixth chances. If she screwed up again, she was going to jail.
And just for bad measure, we’ve learned aside from Lindsay’s violations at the Downtown Women’s Center, the number of community service hours she has racked up so far is “very unimpressive.”

Blah, blah, blah, crack, snort, chug. Why should anyone get their hopes up that THIS time something will actually happen to her? I’ve said it before: the California legal system has given up on Linnocent. They just don’t give a crap. They won’t care unless she kills someone, and even then, the judge will probably be all, “I’m very disappointed in you. You must do ten extra hours of community service and promise me that you’ll be a good girl!” And Linnocent will blow that off too. “Blow,” as always, being the operate word with Linnocent.
So will she finally end up in jail? I honestly think she won’t. Shawn Holley will find some technicality (“You never said she couldn’t do her community service in between shots of tequila and lines of cocaine!”) and Lindsay will be strutting her crack lips out of the courthouse once again. If it wasn’t so insane, tragic, horrible, insulting, infuriating, disgusting, and FUBAR, it might actually be funny.
UPDATE: TMZ is now reporting that LL “has violated the judge’s order in her probation case by not seeing a psychologist at least once a week … TMZ has learned … and that may be enough to send her to the slammer. Judge Stephanie Sautner made it clear to Lindsay during her sentence last May … she MUST see the shrink every week, but she has not. We’re told one of her excuses is that she’s been working out of the country, but Judge Sautner made it extremely clear … work is not an excuse for failing to comply with the terms of probation.” So she blew off community service AND court-ordered therapy. Of course.
UPDATE: Oh, holy hell. Linnocent’s publicist shares the pipe with her. When People Magazine contacted Linnocent’s publicist, Steve Honig, about the state of her crazy teeth, this is what he said:
“Lindsay is widely acknowledged as one of the most stunning actresses of her day, and we get requests every week wanting to do photo shoots with her from top photographers… She’s been on the cover of Vanity Fair and the top beauty and fashion magazines. She’s a beautiful and glamorous actress. I think she’s just too high to give a shit about her appearance or health at this point. She really does spend most of her time thinking she looks like Marilyn Monroe. When she’s coming down she probably does realize, but then she just drags herself out of bed and gets blitzed all over again to numb the pain.
Wow! I am African and even I can appreciate that this girl is going through a lot. It’s really sad and it’s my hope that someone with the clout shows some interest to clean her up. If Britney and Robert Downey Jnr can do it, y can’t she? I am also of the firm belief that the media is not just helping. Give a dog a bad name and it becomes just that. All it takes is for the media to start singing her praises and most people here will do same. Britney got pulled back up by her Dad, RDJ went through several rehabs/jail until a stint in a ‘real’ jail helped him get back on track. So far nothing has her ‘scared straight’ enough to want to try and clean up.

@Chisom I think Britney and RDJ have better support structures than Lindsay, unfortunately. Also some addicts are so far gone there’s nothing anyone can do. For example, I believe Winehouse had family and friends trying to help her. I don’t think the media is that unfair to Lindsay, half the time people are lamenting what she’s done to herself, given how talented she was relative to other poptarts and how beautiful she was when she was a redhead with a healthy, sexy body.

someone mentioned yesterday how quickly her teeth seemed to deteriorate. I think it’s because she moved from coke to meth. meth is a LOT cheaper than coke and with her financial situation, you gotta go with what’s cheap and still gets you high.

Honestly, if I were her, I would fix my damn teeth, and not buy some stupid porche. I am a pretty low key person, who has a modest monthly budget, so if I splurge on something, I have to make sure I will still have the funds to pay my bills or then it is a no go. But I make sure that I go to dentist every 6 months because it is important, and if I need to get any dental work done, I will use the fun money that I have saved up to make sure my teeth are taken care of. My teeth come before any new pair of shoes I may want to buy or trip I may want to take. I can’t believe that that girl can look at herself in the mirror see those horrible, yellow rat teeth and think, “You know, I will show Sam. I will go buy a porche today.” Her teeth really show the sad state of her life. She is no better off than those gutter punk kids on Intervention who name their dogs things like OD, even if she is driving around LA in a porche.
@seal I am not an enabler even though ur laugh made me smile a bit, the truth is still the truth. I’ll give you an instance. Down here, i’m a doctor who get to treat HIV cases almost on a daily basis. There was this particuar patient who just didn’t care about taking her meds despite being a mother of two. She is also notorious for having extra-marital sex with random people and using the money for clothes and what have you. Needless to say, she came down with an opportunistic infection and is almost at the brink of death. Now, my institution had employed new doctors who were unaware of her history and on seeing her condition were even willing to give up both their time and money to see her get up on her feet. Unfortunately, one of the older doctors in the system decided to share the horrible past of this sick young girl and believe it or not, the attitude of the new doctors pretty much changed with one of them even declaring that he regrets ever going out of his way to help her outside of what was required of him. Yes, it.s true she doesn’t want to ever change and maybe will never be but y add to it? Don’t u think that ignoring her and her antics will help her more or better still write on how you hope she gets better since when you think about it, she really is sick and needs help. I know this site is called CELEBITCHY…but i have noticed that female stars get hit the hardest by the media than their male counterparts in Hollywood. I had thought you guys had FEMINISM as ur mantra but i digress. Show some sister some love….If dt ain’t working, then you know you have done your best. @chisholm… you lost me at we helped make this happen. That’s really pushing it. I don’t disagree that ultimately those around her, and those with authority to act should continue to fight to get her well, and help her become a functioning member of society, but part of that is taking responsibility for her choices in life. The rest of the world..the entertainment industry, the paparazzi, the gossip machine… that’s part of what she has chosen, and the fact that it may contribute to her illness is something she needs to look at and make a choice about.

I believe how it all came to be…how it “went down,” is that Lindsay became an alky/drug addict, thumbed her nose at the world at large, THEN we commented on such. We are HARDLY to blame.
If you will, look at our comments as TOUGH LOVE. I certainly can’t speak for all the bloggers, but I’m assuming that most of us would be VERY DELIGHTED AND SUPPORTIVE if she actually did get a clue and turn her life around.
Does her publicist really believe that if they keep telling us Lohan is beautiful and talented that we will believe it? The power of positive thinking only works if you are also DOING something positive.

Every time one of these stories hits the gossip sites, I get my hopes up. Will she finally be held accountable for her actions? Will she finally go to jail? But she never suffers any repercussions. NEVER. California’s jails are beyond overcrowded; I don’t think any non-violent offender will be sent there at this point and I bet Linnocent knows that. So she continues to be ungrateful of all the chances she’s been given and continues to shirk responsibility.
Her poor lawyer. Her poor publicist. The pair of them probably get together for weekly benders to drink the crack shenanigans away.
@Chisom, look, girl. It’s not about being supportive or not. At this point, it’s about all the times we went “Oh, poor Linnocent…” until we realized she is an opportunist spoiled brat who had an incredible number of opportunities and decided to make a joke of it all, career, health, friends and legal system.
She gets away with so many illegal behaviors, it makes me sick to think about it. She endangered so many people with her carelessness that I am appalled she is not in permanent jail. Here’s what NORMALLY happens for a Probation Violation- you know, with a defendant who has a court appointed attorney. They show up in court, their probation officer details the lack of compliance, and the defendant is sentenced. Period. There are never second chances given. Which means that if the defendant received a downward departure on the sentence (ie. they could have been sentenced to 36 months in prison but they received 12 months that was converted to probation instead) they go to prison for the 36 months, not the 12. Now obviously, prison sentences are usually cut down to 50% for good behavior, but still- they go to prison.
She’s already gotten so much more that a similarly situated non-famous person would get, it’s crazy.
Women on here get off ripping people apart and tearing other women down. Then they have at again by taking someone’s comment and dissecting it like they’re a bunch of medical examiners.
I like to look at celebs too and the write ups are entertaining, but when you hungry wolves come sniffing around, the nausea overwhelms me so, I just head elsewhere for my fix *shrug……I could give two craps about LL, it’s the lack of humanity that bothers me enough to comment. Some of you would throw a party if this girl died. Do you not realize how f****d up that is?

I’m sure she is not a heavy user since her teeth are not that bad looking, but it could explain the loss of her looks and her aging so fast.
Really sad all of this, maybe even she herself feels she is beyond recovery? Why else would she risk going to jail?
I think the two major reasons she continues on this downward spiral are that 1) the person closest to her who could intervene is actually participating in her downfall; and 2) She just isn’t intelligent enough to cope with the situation she has created for herself.
Britney doesn’t seem like a rocket scientist, either, but at least her dad stepped in. RDJ is obviously very intelligent, & when the legal system finally put him in jail for a substantial amount of time, he took advantage of the circumstances & learned something from it. At this point Lindsay seems to have become totally separated from her spirit, & it doesn’t seem like she will be able to re-attach.

Oh my God I had no idea she looked this bad now! No amount of plastic surgery, botox, make-up, styling or designer clothing can cover up the damage now! So young, so tragic. She clearly did not care for herself. Sad and pathetic. Life can be tough, but how can it possibly be THAT tough, for such a young person who was actually successful and beautiful a few years ago? I mean I’ve seen my share of abuse and tears, but man… what on earth made her just give up??
@chisom, it sounds like you’re doing noble work but, with all due respect, until you’ve had one of these types of people in your family you will never truly understand the path of destruction they leave in their wake. They’re master manipulators and professional victims. Feeling bad for her/defending her IS only enabling her (and I’m afraid that’s what you’re doing to your patient too). @ Praise St Angie – that’s what I think too, that she’s recently changed her main drug from coke to meth and that is why her teeth disintegrated suddenly in a couple of months. Could be that she can no longer afford the coke, but I think it’s more likely because the high for meth will last most of the day and she doesn’t want to risk being caught with drugs on her person. Less likely to get busted with meth unless the cops get a search warrent. Also maybe she changed to meth because her nose was starting to collapse from all the coke – yeah, sounds stupid but that’s druggie logic for you.

Whatever. You are a classic enabler. Many of us in the Linnocent threads have suffered through life with addicts, or suffered through life AS an addict, so we know all the excuses, all the enabling, all the entitlement phrases.
Also, the several people I’ve known who have been drug counselors, etc., know addicts as manipulative liars. Linnocent has the added toxic bonus of being a sociopath.
@cbnagrl: I understand your comment and sometimes posters overstep the line into cruelty, but this is a woman who had opportunities denied to 99.99% of the population placed in her lap, chance after chance to redeem herself after royally f**king up, and has done nothing but spit it back in people’s faces.

The Red Cross people will probably give her a glowing report and this bitch will weasel her way out of jail yet again. Why is she allowed to have a 24th chance? This is what pisses me off. So she couldn’t do CS at where the judge specifically ordered her,they didn’t want her to come back because she couldn’t follow the rules…so she just is assigned another place to go?? No consequences. Ever.
Edit: I was going to rethink my CS hour guess, but 21 hrs as of 9/30, I think I’ll keep what i have.

I mentioned on yesterday’s thread, the ‘spin’ has already begun and between ROL, TMZ, and here, I see the Lohans are in full force trying PR ‘damage control’ and ‘excusing’ her behavior as always.
“They were mean”, “I was ‘working'”. Who does she think she’s kidding. If this judge doesn’t want to be seen as a laughing stock, she’d better send her to jail or tighten her restrictions.
As I’ve said in the past, I like Boo’s and DA Danette Meyers suggestion that she be put on ‘supervised formal’ probation, which she is on now BUT with a SCRAM and random drug testing. The SCRAM and drug testing would keep her here in SoCal and she wouldn’t have an excuse to go to NY or Europe to ‘work’. It may be the only thing to force her to comply.
I think jail would do a better job of ‘waking her up’ but it probably won’t happen, although, since she clearly violated her probation AGAIN by not going to weekly ordered ‘therapy’, its certainly is called for.

I am going to wait till Tuesday for my final guess, as this little episode changes everything. I think. Otherwise I would have stood fast and hard on my original guess of 34. Of course I’m leaning on one 4 hour session at the Red Cross and that will be it for her CS. I can’t wait till Blohan gives the judge, “I was working” as not doing weekly ‘therapy’. Forget the CS, she has until May 11, 2012 to complete, although 6 months have gone by and she’s done, what 5-7%. Please, please Judge Sautner, allow camera’s in the courtroom! Here’s an update:

I think it is difficult for most people to continue to support people that make terrible decisions over and over again after being given numerous chances to turn things around. For me, there is no glee in someone’s downfall. I think the majority of people on here would be supportive of Lindsay if she honestly took the necessary steps to get better. She has the money, resources, and chances to do so. Instead, she is still out there hustling. I know someone with substance abuse problems. The enabling is one of the main problems.
You know, Amy Winehouse was an addict, but was always nice to people, was professional until she became her addiction, and was also self aware. I think this shows the difference between the comments Winehouse received on her, versus what Linnocent receives from the Crack Posse.
Wow just wow in terms of her looks, no words – just tragic. I am so happy I never abused drugs and if I ever want to I will come back to these pictures.

Holley actually had the audacity to say “NO, 33 HOURS”
The judge then said “OK 4 days and ONE HOUR”!

I think people have little tolerance for this girl because
1) She’s gotten more chances than even most celebs would have been given. Yet she has shown zero change, and has not even expressed any desire to change, all she ever does is try to justify why she does not have to change and can keep going as she is indefinitely.
2) She does not come across as a nice person struggling with demons. Instead she comes over as a person who is very much lacking in empathy, an arrogant and entitled person, and as someone who is pretty cold, maybe even with psychopathic tendencies.
It’s pretty hard to feel warm fuzzy feelings towards someone who I’m pretty sure if I met would take all my cash and jewelry and coat and then accuse me of “just wanting publicity” if I went to the police.
She is beyond any help, any redemption, any hope.
Lohan, her agent and her publicist are all smoking the same crack pipe. She needs to be dipped in a vat of disinfectant and thoroughly scrubbed.

3) Her attorney will go get ABSOLUTELY HAMMERED after having to endure YET ANOTHER COURT HEARING with THE MOST NON-COMPLIANT CLIENT IN HISTORY.
I would absolutely love, love, LOVE for the judge to get off her ass and say “Hey, you know what? I’m tired of you behaving like a selfish asshole, so you’re going to have a little stay in GP until you figure out you’re a mess and need some serious help.”
But I doubt it’ll happen.

No one seems to know the state of the civil suit. I posed the same question a month or so ago. I don’t believe she’s settled or we’d have a ‘source’ (Dina) saying its been settled. I even researched the court date and can’t find anything about it, other than she had the deposition in May of 2010 and was suppose to start the trial in July of 2010 but she went to jail and rehab. Haven’t heard hyde nor hare (SP?) about it after that.

I’m with everyone who said that even though she’s violated 2 pieces of her probation and should be going back to jail, she won’t. I don’t know how we could be so stupid as to think anything would happen. I mean, violating 2 conditions of probation, partying her ass off, getting papped snorting coke off a table and having a mysterious white powder all over her dress, hooking from NYC to Milan to Paris, throwing drinks at people, causing bodily harm…shit, that’s nothing! I will be tuning in next week but I’m not holding my breath. She’ll waltz in there with her tits hanging out in high end clothing that looks cheap as hell, a fresh blow out, freshly puffed up duck lips and a face that is tighter than my wallet, claiming “it’s not my fault” “I had to work” and that “I have no money.” Sautner will lecture her about not giving her anymore chances and she’ll trot back out like the jacked up full derp pony that she is.

Give me (and the rest of the Crack Posse) a frigging break. You and Chisom don’t have the corner on empathy and compassion and helping your fellow man and woman. We do, however, have a thing against enabling a repeat offender who continues who flaunt her Teflon coating from legal consequences. Also, those of us who have intimately known (and know) addicts, even those who aren’t sociopaths like Linnocent, know that they need tough love. They are liars and manipulators and bringers of grief. They eat your love for them and then puke it back into your face. They bring heartbreak and emotional destruction. You can only help them so much, then they need to be thrown out or thrown into prison. Enabling doesn’t help them, it only kills them quicker.
I have known many students and professors over the years who have come from countries in Africa, and NONE of them say they are from Africa. They say they are from Ghana or South Africa or Rwanda.
Also, I could be a major bitch and post links to stories of “African” atrocities to people perceived as criminals, or different, or because of their gender or sexual orientation, or those ridden with certain diseases, but I won’t.
I am not to be made an example of anymore. I am working hard and fulfilling my obligations every single day, to the court as well as myself. If I travel, its for work and its been approved. As is anything I do when I leave the state. I’d appreciate it if people will just let me do what is asked of me, so that I can get my life back. Please ignore the reports which have no truth to them. @the original Bella, I thought stroke briefly but I did some research and think the dizzyness and migraines could be the aftereffect of a nasty virus I’m recovering from (and no, I’m not talking about a Blohan style “virus”). Anyway, apparently viruses can affect the inner ear and the side effects are vertigo, headaches etc. Thankfully, no numbness or speech issues. I’m still going to talk to my doc about it.
