LeAnn Rimes, 26, may be taking a page from the Tori Spelling and Anne Heche handbook. Rimes, who has been married for seven years to dancer Dean Sheremet, was videotaped on a romantic dinner date kissing her also-married Lifetime movie co-star, Eddie Cibrian, 35. The two also checked into a hotel for three hours last week. If this cover story account by US Weekly is true, these two aren’t just betraying their respective spouses. Cibrian is also a father of two sons, aged 5 and nearly two.

Rimes, 26 — currently wed to former backup dancer Dean Sheremet — got cozy with Cirbian, 35, on the set of her March 21 Lifetime flick, Northern Lights. Cibrian was recently seen in Ugly Betty, Invasion and Samantha Who?
“From the moment we rehearsed, LeAnn and Eddie honestly developed a really strong bond and a warm relationship,” director Mike Robe told Us prior to news of the affair.
Their rapport carried off the set as well.
The new Us Weekly features pictures taken from a video security camera that show the two holding hands and kissing on a romantic dinner date at Mosun and Club M in Laguna Beach, California on March 7. Additionally, Us Weekly reports that the new couple met for a three-hour tryst at the Malibu Beach Inn on March 14.
Rimes married Sheremet seven years ago — when she was just 19 and he was 21. Cirbian tied the knot with model Brandi Glanville in 2001; they have two sons, ages 5 and 23 months.
A rep for Rimes tells Us: “We do not comment on our clients’ personal lives.”
Cirbian’s manager didn’t respond for a request for comment.

Leann Rimes was married at 19, and I really think that’s too young in our society. It seems like teenagers should wait until they have more experiences in life before they decide to settle down. Many people get married young and make it work, but it doesn’t look like it’s working for Rimes. This is kind of a sad story. These two are having a torrid romance and it probably seems important and all encompassing to them, but they’re affecting so many other people. Cibrian has two young boys who may grow up without a father in the house after this is out. He should keep it in his pants, and Rimes should know better. There are plenty of co-workers who end up having feelings for each other and it’s natural to be attracted to other people. It’s a shame when attached people act on it, though, without concern for the people they love who’ve stuck with them for so many years.

There have been gay rumours plaguing Leann’s husband for years, not to mention talks of them having an open relationship. I’m not overly surprised.
Her husband is 100% gay, they only got marriend to protect her from her daddy dearest, who was known to steal money and f-cked up her finances since she became famous at 13.
But aside from that, anybody else smells a publicity stunt to get ratings for their movie that’s coming on this weekend. Kinda odd for this story to break just a week before the premeire, just saying.

This shouldn’t be surprising anymore, I suppose. Its more of a rareity to find a husband or a wife who truly are respectful and loyal to their spouse or partner than to find those who aren’t. There will always be people who don’t respect themselves, let alone respect other people’s relationships. This goes for both men and women who do this.
There will always be opportunities to cheat and there will always be enablers.
IF it’s true, and I say “if”, it’s very typical. When someone takes care of another in a relationship, they usually stray. She’s the top earner by a LONG shot and now that she’s grown up, she may feel like she needs someone stronger/older to take care of her. Or at least be her equal. Her husband in interviews seems young and silly.

There are not too many teenage marriages that work out. If hers isnt working and I bet there is no prenup, she may as well bite the bullet and divorce and get it done with. He is going to get a bundle anyway so give it to him and get out and get on with your life.

I don’t know… on the surface he’s attractive, but doesn’t he just seem sort of ‘oily’ or something. There’s something about the guy that I’ve never liked – maybe it’s the probability that he’ll cheat on his wife factor.

I too, have heard rumors for a couple of years now that her husband is gay and that they frequently have threesomes – always with a male partner because it satisfies both of their needs. IF this is true and a big if, then it might explain her willingness to sleep around with EC and her husband’s quick defense of her by saying, “I love my wife!” But, it wouldn’t explain EC’s philandering – especially when he not only has a wife but also young children that would be affected by his actions.
Whether her husband is gay or not has nothing to do with her cheating, she was still married and Eddie well he is a scumbag and needs counselling, no respect for his wife and his children. Hope he loses wife and children, might give him a wake up call, has been doing this for years just not got caught.
