Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt walked the red carpet for the Los Angeles premiere of Inglourious Basterds last night. Brad looked… well, who’s looking at Brad? Angelina seemed back to old form, and had people gossiping about the old-school combination of a slim frame, more tattoos than ever, and a tight, black leather dress. It’s so 1999! To be fair to the dress, it’s a higher-class black leather than Angelina used to wear – look, it has pockets! What designer puts pockets on a body-skimming black leather dress? The shoes are pretty righteous too – they look like something Gwyneth would wear, don’t they? Usually Angelina’s not a shoe person. I can’t even remember a time when I looked at pics of her and thought “I want those shoes!” I’m not crazy about her hair though. I like it down, but it looks a little ratty and unwashed.
Angelina was also showing off some new tattoos, but they’re nothing major. She had swirls put around her babies’ latitude and longitude numbers on her upper arm, and it looks like she made some minor adjustments to pre-existing tattoos on her left forearm.
I’m sure people will be talking about how thin she looks. The Daily Mail has already started in on the stuff, calling Angelina’s appearance “impossibly slender” in “an unforgiving leather mini-dress which clung to her fragile frame”. I don’t know… she’s not as skinny as she was after her mom died – look at her face and arms. They still look “filled out” so I’m not really buying the whole “Angelina is so thin because she and Brad and breaking up” stuff.
Back to Brad, he does look a bit grumpy, doesn’t he? And I’m not sure the all-black thing works for him. It’s like he’s trying to pull a Johnny Cash, but he just looks morose and constipated. To give some credit to the whole look though, the suit is tailored beautifully and he’s not accessorized with an ascot, like he was in Cannes. Brad’s also still rocking the grey in his goatee, which I still love. Maybe Brad was just acting pissy because everyone was paying attention to Angelina… and her shoes!

She looks sexy again (for once), and I’m not a fan. I like the casual rocker-chic sort of vibe she has going on, and her face/forehead doesn’t have that waxy, moist look from a while ago.

She looks really good. My guess is that’s because she’s well rested there – no filming, no long flights, no heartbreaking events to attend before this red carpet – it did wonders to her.
maybe its the cut of the dress or the pockets but that dress looks awful. it makes her hips look abnormally wide. i generally like the way she dresses on the red carpet but this is my least favorite. her body just looks so weird (and no, i don’t think it looks weird b/c she’s thin).

His suit is awful. He needs to get himself a tailor that knows how to fit him properly. The arms are so tight at the top it makes them look fat.
I think they look great. his suit fits perfectly and I have never seen brad in ill fitting clothes, nor heard anyone accuse him of going to some two-bit tailor. the man knows how to dress. he was on vanity fair’s best dressed list, and they dont mess around. angies dress is kind of meh, but her face does look less waxen and she looks great and like she has gotten sleep. awesome shoes.

I never believed the break up rumours. It’s becoming a regular thing. The break up rumours are flying from every where. People that hate them believe it. All the paps and reporters chase after this couple for some sign of grief. Then they show up at the premiere looking hot sexy and in love-very much together. Then that picture is circulated through the media I see why this is the mega couple of Hollywood.
The people that hate them help make them the top couple in Hollywood and all this after five years. Oh well I don’t see it changing no time soon. Long as the media is talking about them they will be on top. Since they are not going any where no tme soon then I’m glad they are good at their job.

I used to like her tattoo, they were well placed poportionate and strangely looked classy and added alot of character. Now with the ne wones it’s just such a mess. She should stop now before she ends up with whats becoming a tattoo sleeve.

I don’t understand when people say “Angelina is so thin”. First of all there are a lot more actresses thinner than Angelina and nobody says anything. Also another site had a picture of her at the Mr. and Mrs. Smith premiere. She looks bigger now than 4 years ago. It’s obvious that people just want to trash her and keep the gossip going. I think Brad looks great but needs to shave or at least trim his beard. There are more pictures of him smiling and looking happy. I think people are saying he looks angry because they believe the rumors that he and Angelina are fighting all of the time. Not smiling doesn’t mean anger or sadness.

But I do think she looks a little thin and I agree on the cut of the dress – it makes her look wide in the hips which we all know she isn’t.

Didn’t take long for the haters to come out full force. Can’t the haters and Jenfans come up with something new? For the past 4 years they’ve been saying Brad looks miserable and they are breaking up. It’s really old and always wrong. I guess they feel that if they say it long enough and they do breakup the haters can say I told you so. Even if it takes 10 years for it to happen. Surprised nobody made any breakup announcement predictions like they usually do.

They both looked amazing. AJ looked refreshed and flawless….I just didn’t like her hair. The color is horrible, and it looked stringy and unkempt. I much prefer her with very dark hair – it brings out her eyes. They should of darkened it, flat ironed it and given her bangs!
