Here is Heidi Klum, two seconds after giving birth to her fourth child. It feels like that, doesn’t it? Heidi actually welcomed daughter Lou almost one month ago. And look at Heidi! She looks amazing. And she’s actually out there, promoting Victoria’s Secret. Gah! I hate her. No I don’t. I love her really. And I think it was the most brilliant decision ever of Victoria’s Secret to keep Heidi on as a model, even with all of her pregnancies and her weight inconsistencies. Can you imagine if they had fired her? There would have been hell to pay. Here’s Heidi’s interview with Us Weekly – spoiler: she doesn’t work out that much. Bitch.

Project Runway’s Heidi Klum has said “auf wiedersehen” to her baby weight.

On Wednesday, she revealed her post-baby body as she joined Victoria’s Secret supermodels Wednesday as they promoted the upcoming Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in NYC.

Klum, 36, welcomed daughter Lou Oct. 9.

She made her first post-baby appearance Oct. 31 at her annual Halloween bash in L.A., but kept her body covered up in a crow costume.

“I wouldn’t say I’m back in the shape yet,” Klum told Usmagazine.com at bash. “But I don’t know. Everything changes when you get older. It was different when I was 31 with the first one. Now, being 36 with the fourth one, it’s different.”

“I don’t exercise too much — I walk,” she added. “I walk on the treadmill a little bit. I walk on the driveway. I’m very active with the children. When you have three children and two boys, they’re very active. They want to do a lot of things. But you know when you breastfeed, when you eat right, you move around a little bit, that usually does the job.”

Klum – who said she is hosting the annual Victoria’s Secret fashion show but not walking in it – added that she’ll gradually increase her workouts.

“For me, it always works to get back into it immediately,” she told Us. “I think that if you wait too long, it kind of sticks on and it stays there forever. I have to be motivated.”

Husband Seal said he is impressed with how amazing she looks after giving birth.

“She just has a knack for all of these things,” he said. “She’s just one of those people – I say one of those people – and there isn’t actually anyone like her. But she just has a knack for it. She’s a person who can do pretty much anything. And I got used to that within a few months of knowing her. She’s the ‘it’ woman. She can do anything.”

As for their newborn, Klum told Us the baby looks “like both” her and Seal.

“It’s a mix,” she said. “To be honest, they all look the same when they’re little. They all have beautiful, full head of hair – black. Beautiful, dark eyes and full lips. They all do look the same in the beginning and then they kind of morph into their own faces.”

Heidi also told People Magazine that even after four babies, she still embraces sexy outfits (duh… that‘s why she keeps getting knocked up): “I have some great one-of-a-kind latex pieces that were made for me. I figure why not? I embrace that I have more curves right now… I’m definitely one of the heaviest of the bunch of the 30 girls in the show. And I still have 20 lbs. to go. But why not? I like my outfit. I like the way it looks on me.” One-of-a-kind latex pieces? Well, go ahead, Heidi!

Tonight is the Project Runway finale too – we’ll finally see the complete collections of the final three, Irina, Althea and Carol Hannah, and we’ll get to see the winner! My money is on either Althea or Carl Hannah, but that might be because I think Irina is such a raging bitch. Plus, Irina’s gone off on that weird design tangent, and she’s making her collection about Coney Island t-shirts. Carol Hannah looks like she’s making a lot of evening wear, which always makes for a good show. Oh, I can’t wait. Plus, there’s a new Bones tonight too. Good t.v. night, I love it!
