She’s wearing some kind of gray-silver minidress with a black coat, he’s wearing a nice gray suit. They make a very attractive middle-aged couple. Since yesterday was a day for two big AnisBut posts (their W Magazine cover and Gerard talking about some bush-trimming), I’m just going to make up my own captions for these photos.

It something not in par with her status nor her age…and she definitely shows her age face wise even of she is well kept.
The only woman over 30 who could pull off that dress without looking desperate and hung up to youth is Tina Turner. But then again, she will put this on stage.
Other than that, her make up is great and sober. Butler cleaned up well too.

Personally I think wearing a dress that barely covers your butt is inappropriate at any age. It looks tacky and cheap. I hate the jacket with the dress. It doesn’t go together. It looks like Jennifer got cold and grabbed the first jacket she saw.

She’s got a great body, but it’s tiresome that she dresses like a 20 year old. She is always celebrated for being fabulous, fit, and forty (?)and it would be nice if her wardrobe reflected that idea. Yesterday it was an inappropriate and out of date belly shirt and today it’s a mini dress. It is possible to be sexy and age appropriate.

I guess to those going on about age appropriate – What is appropriate for over 30’s no dresses above the knees? Come on – I really cannot believe that in this day and age women are going after other women about “age appropriate” dress. Just sad. Are you guys from a country that requires women to wear long dresses and cover their ankles? Just wondering.

The Bounty Hunter must be really sh-t. Because Jennifer Aniston is pulling out all the tricks. One trick in particular. I don’t think I’ve ever seen her in a shorter dress. She really does have a sick body. Sick. And she needs it. She needs it to keep working for her. Because The Bounty Hunter must win. Jennifer Aniston has to open big. Sure she has A List recognition, but she can’t carry on her own. Which is why the hoo is joining the nips. Judging from the trailer, this Bounty bitch will be a tough sell.
The fact that she is still making movies means that the majority of the people like her, and yes she does a good PR promoting her movies. I definitely see some tension between these two, I don’t think she would be so stupid as to think that she really would have some possibility of a serious relationship with Gerard.
The dress is too short and the earrings too juvenile.
If JA had real friends they’d tell her to stop dressing the part of an ingenue- it’s aging! As a 40+, she should go for more of a timeless look. Otherwise she leaves herself open to criticism by competing with much younger actresses who can really pull off this sort of look.
I feel that as long as the body part you are baring looks good, then age is not a factor. Some women’s legs, abs, etc. look better at 40 or older than some who are younger! It depends on how good a shape you are in and how blessed you were with good genes! Eventually, all bodies – male and female – no matter how good they looked nor how long they looked good, will get to a point where more cover is the smart way to go. But until you arrive at that point, and you will know when you do if you are honest, wear whatever you like!
Hot dress. She has a great figure. Very athletic.
I don’t know, but she looks worryingly Kidman-ish, her face isn’t ruined yet, but this new “fillers instead of botox” technique they all are using now isn’t perfect too. See how her cheeks don’t wrinkle at all, when she smiles, instead they kind of bulge out in a freaky way. There are no wrinkles from her eyes down through cheek at all, no matter the face expression.
And they definitely ain’t fauxmancing, they are not that bad actors really 🙂 They sure both look awkward around each other like if they once went into the bedroom but he couldn’t get it up.

Just because I really love parallelism and I love the hypocrisy, following your reasoning I’d dare to say that Angelina (I’m picking her up on this thread ’cause I know you are a fan) dresses like a matron just to emphasize her supposed sainthood and her “I’m above you all, I’m above HW cliches” attitude.

Why did she and Gerry not do an interview in W mag. nothing. I was also curious as to why there was not a photo call. but maybe they did not have one. I wonder if she will be asked about Mayer. I’m in London for work and I went to that premiere last night (colleague dragged me). She wore the jacket because it’s FREEZING here. The dress looked amazing in person and I would sell my soul for the shoes she was wearing.
The dress didn’t look that bad, in fact, all you could think was, ‘wow, great legs and ass.’
And as for her clinginess and need for attention, the red carpet thing takes forever (I was hungry so it felt like forever), they walked the carpet separately and then she did all her poses alone and then went inside. He then did all his poses then went inside. Then they were dragged back out to pose together. It’s not like she hung off him the whole time, that was the only time they were together.
She probably has a tight smile because it was darned cold in London yesterday with a quasi-artic wind and she’s trying to keep her teeth from chattering. It might have something to do with the amount of huggy pix going on too.

I saw Wanted at the cinema, and during the scene where Fox rises naked from the paraffin baths there was a distinct gasp – not of admiration, but of horror at how unhealthily and unattractively skinny she’d become. Have you noticed how if she appears in modern “sexiest woman” polls, they always use photos of her that are close to a decade old?

Strapless dresses are brutal, and yes Cheyenne, I think if you raise your arms up to hug someone you might feel your dress shifting downward and feel the need to tug it up to avoid a ‘wardrobe malfunction’.

Has anyone ever seen photos from a movie premiere where the two stars of the film didn’t pose together?
It’s a job that she’s doing. The people that read into body language and facial expressions are just ridiculous. There were flash bulbs going off constantly, do you really think it’s possible for every single picture of her to be perfect?
i knew cheyenne was a brangeloonie. however, ms. aniston’s dress is way too short for her age and it’s ugly. the jacket rocks.

KerBer, same goes for you! I haven’t worn a strapless in a while, but YES, it does need to be hiked every once and again when on. and just like Persistent Cat said, those pics are just a few amongst the zillion that were taken. you take enough pictures, you’ll get a person in an unflattering pic.
sort of like the folks saying how unhappy the Jolie-Pitt kids look; the response is “those are just a couple of pics out of a whole bunch taken!”
and that IS the truth, as much as it irks the haters on both sides.

Look at Beyonce and others that I wont mention that wear dresses this short and despite being younger cant carry it off because they dont have the legs or the ass.
In my lowly opinion I consider Jennifer Aniston to be one of the better dressed. I love her sense of style.

Completely agree. Chey’s obsession with the little things Aniston does makes me laugh and scratch my head at the same time.
I remember when she went on for a whole thread about Aniston’s shoes not having any laces then calling her “lazy” and disheveled? And lo and behold, there are such things as slip on shoes that look like sneakers but have no laces.
Maybe in the next Aniston post, she’ll find something wrong with the way she holds her purse…or something. I wonder if she’ll comment again on all the examples and links you guys gave…
