As I mentioned yesterday, Jude Law was in the Czech Republic for the annual film festival, and last night he took home some kind of lifetime achievement award. It’s a pretty trophy, isn’t it? Just lovely. Jude is very beautiful here too – and I appreciated that some of you mentioned his continuingly sketchy hairline. It’s like we’re not supposed to notice that about an inch of hair grew back! Of course not. Because movie stars think we’re dumb.
I don’t feel like bashing Jude though, just because he is so pretty and I like his hair now. Plus, he seems to have gone out of his way to be lovely while he was visiting the Czech Republic, even going out and doing karaoke in a bar – the video is here. He sang “Johnny B. Goode”. He wasn’t horrible! And you know, he probably got someone pregnant later on that evening. And I’m being serious!
Lastly, Jude has just signed on for a 3D film – he’s going to be directed by Martin Scorsese in the adventure film Hugo Cabret. Hm…
Jude Law, Ray Winstone, Christopher Lee, Frances de la Tour and Richard Griffiths have been cast in Martin Scorsese’s live-action 3D adventure “Hugo Cabret.” The film’s production began Tuesday in London.
The new cast members join Ben Kingsley, Sacha Baron Cohen, Asa Butterfield, Chloe Moretz and Helen McCrory in the GK Films-produced adaptation of Brian Selznick’s bestselling 2007 book, “The Invention of Hugo Cabret.” “The Aviator” scribe John Logan wrote the screenplay.
Scorsese, Graham King, Tim Headington and Johnny Depp are producing. Emma Tillinger Koskoff, Charles Newirth and Christi Dembrowski are executive producers.
“Cabret,” which won the Caldecott Medal and a National Book Award, tells the story of an orphan living in the walls of a Paris train station who encounters a broken machine, an eccentric girl and a reserved toy shop manager.
The project is filming at Shepperton Studios as well as on location in London and Paris. Sony will release the film in December 2011.

So is it a kids’ movie? Probably. The only way this won’t be a financial disaster – in my opinion – is if they make a family-friendly adventure film that kids will like. So Martin Scorsese is making a 3D kids film. Stranger things have happened.

At least his plugs look good; There are a few other celebs that might ask for his surgeons name!
How come no one ever makes fun of or mentions his comb over?
Better shave ur head, Jude!
the sexiest thing in hollywood. should have fix his damn hair every since. if nick CAGE can do it why not him.
He always looks better when he suits up.
Jude look great ! Congrat on the award
Love him.
Jude singing ! Love it
The Talented Mr.Law
He got his plugs from the same doctor Joel McHale used. 🙂
At least Jude’s transformation was a tad more subtle than Jeremy Piven’s. Piven was almost completely bald in the late 80s and now magically has a full head of hair! Do they think that we think they are aging backwards? LOL!
Yummy! And the new movie sounds interesting.
It’s so hard to listen to this vain little dweeb when he bawls and cries about not being taken seriously as an actor cause he’s so gosh darn purdy, then he goes and artificially alters himself, realizing his career is dependant on him making the panties wet at the box office. What a fake!!!
Like Matthew McConahy (sp?) Levi’s daddy. His hair did a 180 also. Are they wearing wigs? It looks too thich to be plugs.
Another reason that cause acne can be an adverse reaction to a particular food or the use or consumption of some drugs. These cases do not affect everyone equally. The consumption of these foods or medicines could favor the appearance of acne in some people and others would not necessarily affect them. The drugs most likely to cause acne are those that contain a significant amount of hormones, such as contraceptives. When you first start taking this drug, its use can generate a typical reaction, causing acne. In some cases, acne can persist as long as you keep taking the drug. # The main reason for both food and medicines and cosmetics do not affect everyone the same is due to some inherited genetic predisposition or the appearance of acne. If parents have suffered from acne, it is likely that children also suffer. In families where a member has suffered or suffers from severe acne , it is likely that other family members may suffer too.
