Miranda Kerr is the cover girl for the September issue of Spanish Vogue, and in the interview, she confirms what has been reported for months – that she and her new husband Orlando Bloom are expecting their first child. And the baby is coming sooner rather than later – she tells the mag that she’s “four months along”. Which means that she’s probably five or six months along right now, considering the interview was probably done a month ago or more. Basically, everybody needs to drink a toast to Orly’s little swimmers! Did you ever think they could get the job done?

Make room for another Victoria’s Secret supermodel mommy.

Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom are expecting their first child together, the Australian model tells the Spanish edition of Vogue in its September issue.

“Yes, I am pregnant. Four months along,” says Kerr, 27, confirming much buzz about a possible baby after the couple announced their engagement in June, then quietly wed in July.

It hasn’t exactly been easy to keep the good news under wraps. “I remember on one occasion in the early days [of my pregnancy] when it was still too soon to say anything, and I had a dreadful time at one job,” she says, recalling morning sickness during the first trimester.

Settling down and starting a family has always been on the agenda for Kerr.

“My ideal situation would be to live on a farm in a solar-powered house with a hammock and a vegetable patch,” she told Page Six Magazine in 2008. “When this is all over, that’s where I’ll be. I’ve always wanted kids, so someday, eventually, yes, it will happen.”

Congratulations to them, for real. I’m very happy for them, they seem like a nice couple, really in love and really solid. Our resident Orly-loonie Stacie jokes the the other Orly-Loonies thought that the worldwide headline should be “Bloom’s Seed Takes Root”. Ha… Orly-loonies are massive dorks, yes? I jest (not really). Stacie also claimed that the other Orly-loonies were making jokes about how Orly has definitively answered all of those gay rumors. Not to play devil’s advocate (okay, it’s a role I relish), but just because Orly got a girl knocked up doesn’t mean the boy’s not afraid of vagina. I’m just sayin’. Of course, I don’t think Orly really is afraid of vadge – I bet he knocked her up good the ol’ fashioned way, and he’s probably over the moon! He’s just so sensitive, he probably wishes he could carry the baby. Le sigh.
