I don’t even know where to start with Christina Aguilera these days. Yesterday was a big day for her – she received (paid for) a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and she had her big premiere of Burlesque, with CHER. Sigh… okay, let’s do the Walk of Fame stuff first. Christina was drunk off her ass, judging solely from these photos. Her hair was a mess, her makeup was applied with a shovel, and she came close to flashing her cooter at the world. She’s just a f-cking mess.
Next up, the Burlesque premiere. Cher looked especially waxy, like she had just frozen herself in 1989. Christina is wearing Elie Saab, it seems, although I first thought it was Roberto Cavalli, because Elisabetta Canalis wore an almost identical dress LAST YEAR to the Venice Film Festival, only Eli’s Cavalli was more of a blue-green, and Xtina’s is just green. Almost the same cut, though. Is Elie Saab copying last year’s Cavalli? A discussion for another time – Christina looked totally jacked for the premiere too, and her cotton candy hair is just… f-cking tragic. She could be a cute girl, but I have no idea why she feels like these drag queen styles are good for her. I’m not even joking about the drag queens either – there are drag performers who wear less makeup than Christina.

She reminds me of Anna Nicole Smith in those first pictures. She’s so talented, it’s hard to understand why she presents herself this way.
Oooo cute guy in a suit 2nd pic. Christina Aguilera is a permanent hawt mess, she has moments where she looks nice but not in these pics. There is no hope for her. I did really liked when she had worn this butterfly dress to the Grammys years ago that I loved.
The actual movie premiere dress is boring and Cher totally looks hotter than her.
I have to disagree. I love the dress whether it was last year’s or not. I also think for a woman going through a divorce she looks great. If I were getting a divorce I would be there in my pj’s.
Undeniably one of the best voices in music of the last ten years but celebrity-ville sure f’s up people. She seems to have a little Cindi Lauper thing going on there.
She seems determined to bury her natural good looks under layers of greasy makeup and bad hair.
I don’t really follow her, but saw her SNL appearance a few years ago and will say that she’s got plenty of talent in the comedy department.

It seems that there is a tipping point beyond which the cosmetic tweaks deliver diminishing results. People start to look bizarre.

All things considered, I think x-tina looks quite nice in these pics. But I think she and Mariah Carey have a lot in common. They usually almost always dress inappropriately because they (and only they) think they are sexy by showing more when in their cases, less is much much more.

I am sorry if this is going to offend someone, but what the heck is wrong with us as a society when we call a woman like this “heavy,” or “bloated?!” This woman (who should NOT be built like a 14 year old boy) is fit and curvy. She is a mother, and frankly looks a lot better than most of her critics. I am not a particular fan of her music, but this is ENOUGH. Have you not seen the news pieces about suicides from bullying? Some of you ARE bullies. What is a young girl to think when she comes across this site (no doubt looking for Robert Pattinson articles) and sees you call a woman like this FAT?! Who wouldn’t be depressed? When the itty bitty actresses of Hollywood are “heavy,” what does that make your average woman? She didn’t “pay” for the star, people get nominated for a star and then if they are accepted they have to pay $30k for the upkeep of it and that goes for everybody not just Christina and sine she’s sold 63,000,000 records and won 5 Grammy’s i think it’s well deserved.
As for her look i think you deliberately picked the worst photoes because i’ve seen pictures on other sited where she looked better not in akward positions and the green dress is gorgeous. I agree she should go more natural but she still looks good.

So much for style and class. Yes, she’s won grammy’s but everyone knows all these awards are mostly about sales, pr, and popularity not true talent; correct me if i’m wrong but Jimi Hendrix never won a grammy but Milli Vinilli did. If her songs are still played and covered 20-30 years from now then I’ll say she’s truly achieved something – hate to say it but great voice for mostly average pop music – how many of her songs are played with any frequency on the pop stations these days? Just asking.

First of all, that is a tragic looking wig that Christina decided to wear. She has more than enough money to buy the good wigs like Beyonce has… so why wear some budget piece of hair on her big red carpet walk?

I like the green dress. it’s the first tim in a while she has decided not to show her punnany, so that is nice for a change. However, the hair and christmas lips….. a good drag queen wouldn’t allow that without the necessary christmas bulb earrings.

Is it me or does this movie look like a cheap wanna be remake of Showgirls?? I think it will end up being a good movie (maybe) but the commercials arent impressive at all and the cast, besides Cher, are nobodies.
Christina has never been classy. People bag on Britney country but when Britney cleans up she looks ok but Christina ALWAYS looks cheap. She wears WAY to much makeup and dresses cheap. She did that ad where she wore less makeup and she looked SOOOOOO much better. Her & Gwen Stefani needs to lose the 90’s red lipsick.
I agree Kiss55; it also reminds of that movie early this year Nine about theater people that I believe bombed at the box office although it had bigger names in it. I just don’t see this movie being a hit, especially with the younger crowd. But who knows I certainly could be wrong.

I think she looks good, and especially beautiful in the green dress . . . in that pic of her alone. She always wears lots of makeup (or what LOOKS like more makeup than others do . . . perhaps it’s because she’s so fair-skinned that it comes across that way). Either way, I think she’s adorable. (I actually really like her “cotton candy” hair. How come nobody says anything about Gwen Stefani’s hair. Xtina looks way better with bleached hair than Gwen does.)
Finally – do we have EVIDENCE that she was drunk when she got her star?
I don’t think Xtina has looked any good since her Genie in a Bottle days, she was MUCH cuter then. And her talent did all the talking then as well.

I was in Hollywood yesterday when she got her star and I thought she looked great in person. I think the pics make her look bad. Christina wasn’t drunk, she was excited because she was getting a star on the walk of fame. Christina signed autographs for a few of the people that were there and I thought was really nice of her.
What a bunch over the top reactions. Yes she looks heavier than last time i saw a picture of her, but only people with a really screwed up body image would call bloated or fat. And yes she is wearing too much make up but thats hardly news is it? I wish she would wear less- but to be honest the most striking thing about Aguilera is that she is a proper singer and there aren’t many of them around right now. I wish celebitchy could have a little more depth and write something about her movie or new music instead of just opening up for a bunch of people to sit around dissing her weight.

I think she tries to look vintage or 40’s glam, but can’t seem to do it right. And that is an awful, awful wig on her head. I don’t mind the bleached blonde thing, but she can definitely get a better quality of hair.
As for her being fat, we have to remember we’ve seen this young woman since she was a young teen. Back then, she had a slender, teenaged body. Now she is a woman in her late twenties, and a mother at that. She’ll never look like her Genie in a Bottle days, nor should she. I think she’s just the right size for her age and build.
