I’m splitting up the photos from the No Strings Attached premiere, if only because I could totally devote an entire post with my musings on Demi Moore’s hair. Yes, last night was the big premiere of the terrible-looking romantic comedy, which is possibly Natalie Portman’s Norbit (meaning it is so terrible, she might lose the Oscar because of it). But Natalie and Ashton have been promoting the hell out of it, so maybe it’s not so bad. Anyway, in the first part, let’s talk about Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore’s appearance on the red carpet. Specifically, let’s talk hair. Question: Do you think Ashton is trying to use his hair to send some kind of message as to “limp” status? That’s how I read it. The limper the hair, the limper the dong. As for Demi…
I mean… at what point do we just say “Bitch is crazy”? I think Demi is aiming for “high fashion bouffant” and maybe it would work if the bouffant didn’t look kind of scraggly. But I actually like the zippered dress. I wonder if Demi was really jealous of Ashton’s flirting with Natalie? That story came out before the story about Ashton and the club girl, so maybe it was an actual concern of Demi’s. But she probably is so clutchy with Ashton because she loves walking a red carpet.
Oh, and Rumer got an invitation to the premiere too! She walked the red carpet without Demi or Ashton. Because she’s an actress and model in her own right! She’s trying so hard, it’s a little painful.

I actually like Demi’s dress which is unfortunately not complemented by what could only been described as a hair fail by me.
Rumer is rocking that dress- I approve. I really think she does a good job of appreciating and working what God has given her. For right now I really respect her b/c her mum is the poster girl of plastic surgery yet she seems to be holding her ground against all the negative and harsh comments about her looks and suggestions as to what she should do about them.

All I can think is “Wow, Demi is one ripped gal”. She appears to be totally focused (perhaps obsessed) with sculpting every muscle. I have to wonder though if her physique looks like it does because she’s demonicly bat-shit crazy about it. That’s not a good thing.

Demi does look kind of coked. The picture where she has Ashton by the head is highlarious. She is sending him daggers with those eyes. “If you so much as say hello to that Natalie bitch, I will cut your sweet ass, son. Now give Mama a kiss, Tweetie.”
Demi looks cute and very happy. Rumer looks lovely but I feel bad for the girl. The shape of her face almost looks like a deformity.
Demi looks her age in the photo, although she looks damned good. She’s got that angular, sharp look that mature women can get when age starts to catch up, the “padding” of youth is not there. Still looks amazing (sans the denture look)but starting to feel Madonna-ish desperate.
Rumer. Poor chile. She has an unfortunate facial shape, almost like a drawing a child makes who hasn’t learned proportion or position of eyes, etc. She is the first person I’ve seen who needs her nose to be larger, ya know? The balance is off.
Ah, she’s just a young woman and I feel bad about critiquing her looks; she hasn’t done anything famewhore-y…that I know of. She doesn’t seem like a bad kid. Sigh. Superficiality sucks, I guess.
@Riley: She’s sure got surprised eyes going on. I’m wavering between coked and brow lift. Could be either or. Whereas Ashton looks like he just hit a bong.

I think Demi and Rumer should’ve traded dresses. I think the zipper dress is cute but too young for Demi–and the woman needs to start covering up her saggy knees. And Rumer’s dress is pretty too, but she’s kinda getting lost in it. They shoulda switched in the limo on the way to the premiere.

I have to agree also that Demi’s dress seems a little too young for her. She’s got the physique to pull it off, but I think that once you hit a certain age, there are certain dress styles that should be let go, like baby doll and ultra short dresses. Not that this dress fits into either category, it just seems like something you would find in a store that caters to teens.
Maybe I’m just getting too old.

IMO Demi looks pretty good here, her hair looks nice on the 3rd pic but with the side profile pic, you can see the scraggliness in the back. I personally think Demi looks nice overall. Sorry but most women don’t look this awesome at her age, so I find it funny that some comments are nitpicking every little part of her body. Yes she has paid alot to look fake but overall she doesn’t look like a catface. I wish she would cut it down a bit and stop trying to look like a barbie doll though.
I’m getting very annoyed at all these comments on how unfortunate and horrible looking that girl is. Please, are you guys trying to be the bullies in high school or something? Then, very ironically, everybody criticizes when others go overboard with surgeries, for not feeling good about themselves. These comments are really not necessary anymore, she is not good looking, OK, period, there is no need or point in going on and on about how one looks. And linking her name to some cartoon (#39), or saying she looks like she has acromegAly is not funny, it is just mean.

Don’t feel sorry for Rumor. If her parents weren’t famous she wouldn’t get ANY attention at all. If she were pretty she would be an at least B list by now. Do you know how hard people work to get where these celebrity brats get just by default? Talent or no talent. Do not feel sorry for Rumor.
I agree with you that people are talented and try very hard, nonetheless, don’t have the same opportunities someone like R has just because her parents are celebrities. I feel exactly the same. But this is not a reason for the extensive mean comments about how she looks, imo. On the other hand, it would be just fair to comment that she is not talented, and therefore doesn’t deserve the opportunities given to her.

Sorry Grace, but you are on a gossip site! As long as Rumer puts her self out there, she is fair game. Rumer is a really, really obvious case of nepotism. Looking the way she does, there would be no way she would get the work she does. Not happening without her connections. Anyhow, she always elicits catty remarks. This isn’t the place to get “annoyed” when posters are commenting on someone’s looks.
As for Demi, she would look so sexy with an age appropriate man. With someone like Clooney or Hamm, she would shine.
I saw the movie at a screening, and I actually kind of liked it. No, it wasn’t anything new or different, but it was fun and the secondaries were engaging and Ashton wasn’t too horribly annoying … though his hair looks much better in the film than it does at the premiere, heh. One thing I did notice about him in this was that, even though he is nude in this film, he didn’t go all out to tone his body prior to filming the nude scenes. He has a nicely shaped body, but it is mushy soft in a lazy, I-don’t-have-to-try way more than it is trim. And for someone who is known for his body and face more than his talent, that, I think, is a mistake.

I agree with some other comments, this is a site with mostly snarky comments, it is amusing and makes me laugh at times, so if you feel it is insulting don’t come to the site. And as far as Demi is concerned, I do believe she is working really hard to prove to the world that somehow she is defying the aging process. I feel sorry for her, it seems to be her sole purpose in life, to look “hot,” what an utter waste. And Rumer I’m sure is a nice young woman, and I know some models have unusual features like Tyra’s high forehead, but does anybody really believe that some young woman going to a modeling agency that looks like Rumer and had no connections would be hired as a model? Really?

Ok lets establish the facts: Demi Moore “bought” herself a fab body…that doesn’t mean however that she should wear any ‘ho’ thing on the red carpet. It would be a perfectly fine dress to wear to a party, a club or whathave you. But would it kill girlfriend to wear something classy ONCE IN A WHILE??? The hair and the stare are also heinous…

Re: the comment about the nylons-Beyonce has always worn 3 pairs(shiny ones are ultra control),on top of each other,her and mother/stylist said it on the View. Mom also got all defensive when Beyonce was asked if she worked out,saying she doesn’t need to! I am guessing there is alot of cottage cheese that needs to be secured and hidden,since she refuses to wear pants.

I kind of think the hair is age appropriate for Demi. I mean, what is she now, 60? Maybe she’ll start acting her age one step at a time. First it’s her hair and maybe the next step is she will stop having impromptu pole dances in the middle of a park. That’s probably asking for too much though. I wonder if Demi and Madonna are friends? They are both so desperately clinging to their long ago youth.
