Because that’s what we were all wondering about, right? Not her Krazy Kat Face, not her jacked lips, not those ass implants, not the nose job. We were all focused on her tits. Right? In KatFace’s defense, her boobs could totally be real. I’m not completely convinced that they’re fake. Sure, I think they look suspiciously perky and eerily “round” for natural boobs. But I also think that she has the “great big knockers” gene. It’s a gift and a curse, let me tell you.
They’re real — and they’re fabulous. That’s the message Kim Kardashian wants to get off her, well, chest during a Thursday appearance on Piers Morgan Tonight with older sis Kourtney, 31.
“There’s a lot of plastic surgery rumors that swirl and I’m the first one to be super honest,” says the Kourtney and Kim Take New York star, 30, who admits to trying Botox. “And so everyone was talking about that, saying that they must be, you know, fake.”
The truth? “They are real,” says Kim, in the video above. “They are completely 100 percent real.”
And when host Piers Morgan tells the reality star, “You just look like you must have had [surgery],” she responds, “That’s what Spanx and masking tape are for.”
However the eldest Kardashian — and mom to son Mason, 13 months — had a more permanent solution for her bust.
“These babies are not real,” she laughs while pointing at a cardboard cutout of herself. “I used to make fun of [Kim] when we were little and then I went and got surgery.”

Okay, I am going to stop commenting on this topic after this next remark: if you go onto those celebrity plastic surgery sites they have side by side before and after pictures on them and there is a marked difference in pictures of her circa 2006/07 in comparison to more recent ones. Her ass size has grown exponentially and so has her chest. I know that they can doctor some of those photos but I these ones don’t look altered or photoshopped. Yes, she was curvy in her younger days but people tend to not have such drastic changes to their appearance after adolescence without having children, gaining a significant amount of weight or going under the knife.

I think she probably has naturally big boobs, but still got some help with the shape. I believe it’s called under the muscle implants, so it’s pushing up what you were born with. If she started as a full C or small D, I don’t think adding a cup or 2 would look as fake as if she went from a B to a DD.

When she says her boobs are real, she means she doesn’t have implants, but that doesn’t mean she never had anything done to enhance them. There are other ways to surgically enhance your boobs besides implants. Like Dread Pirate said – muscle implants, uplifts, etc. I have naturally big ones too plus a small back(30GG). No way can mine stay firm and perky and uplifted without any help.

@dread–100% in agreement with you. Kim has naturally larger breasts, but she definitely has implants along with them. I know this because after I had my daughter, my breasts were larger but saggy, so I did get implants to fill out the extra skin–and they look like a hybrid mixture between real and fake, depending on what I’m wearing. Real breasts would mush together in some of those outfits she’s wearing (like Christina Hendricks–her boobs are real and sometimes they look square because they are crammed into her dresses). Kim’s breasts are two separate entities, and I really don’t believe real breasts behave that way. She should just stop lying–big deal, you have breast implants.

@mia135, enhancements under the pectoral muscles of women are still called breast implants. They’re placed there in order to prevent capsular contracture (scar tissue) which sometimes develops around an implant placed above the muscle.

Yes they are real. They would sit much higher on her chest if they weren’t and you can see they are sagging a very tiny bit in the photos where she’s not wearing a bra.
EDIT – Implants can still be saggy. Not all of them look like they’re bolted on. My mom has implants, and you could never tell they were implants, because they sag like normal boobs do.
That being said, some women with very large breasts have the perkiest ones you’ve ever seen, as they don’t even need to wear a damn bra, just some band-aids over their nipples. >.<

I agree with you. I only recently realized how many celebrities had work done… Especially Halle Berry. She was absolutely gorgeous to start with. I was really surprised by how many african american women (especially) had things done to their faces, especially their noses. Features that are considered ‘ethnic’ are usually changed to match a perceived ‘ideal’, which means women (like Halle, Beyonce & Rihanna) have work done to make their nose look less ‘ethnic’ (basically white) in shape.
But I certainly don’t mean to suggest one race has work more than another. I’m just amazed how many people have had work done in general.

As to Kim’s breasts & behind… someone mentioned how weight gain & loss sometimes doesn’t effect certain areas of the body… From personal experience, even at my lowest weight, my butt pretty much stays the same size/shape. (I can’t claim the rack Kim has, but my butt has always been pretty impressive.) My chest really doesn’t change size much. I think what features change with weight gain & loss really differs from person to person.
That said… I’m pretty positive Kim has had something done to her breasts, because of the shape. Her butt… Either she’s been doing some serious exercise to change it’s shape, or she’s had some sort of implants put back there. Seeing what she’s done to her face, I wouldn’t be the least bit surprised if she was more plastic than flesh.

I work with a lot of Armenian teenagers, and the girls are often very large breasted. I believe they could be real.
It’s easy for people like Kim to deny having any surgery because “injectibles” are not “surgery.” She’s clearly had Botox and lip injections, but she can say she’s never had plastic surgery and technically she isn’t lying.
