Jessica Alba is pregnant again! She must have been tired of all of the attention Natalie Portman was getting. At first, I wrote that as a joke, but it’s probably true, right? Anyway, Alba revealed her pregnancy on her Facebook page. She’s been making a few public appearances over the past few weeks, and I didn’t notice any bump or anything, which is so unlike me. I usually call “bump” over nothing. CB pointed out that she called Alba’s last pregnancy, when Alba first started to show and before Alba had announced it.
Jessica Alba has announced she is pregnant with her second child. The Fantastic Four actress shared the news with her fans on Facebook this morning.
In the message to fans, she wrote: ‘I thought I’d drop by to let you all in on some exciting news – Honor is going to be a Big Sister! Cash and I are thrilled and wanted to share the news directly with you so you didn’t hear about it somewhere else. I appreciated all of the love and support you all gave me during my first pregnancy and will definitely appreciate it again this time around.’
The 29-year-old actress and her 32-year-old husband already have a two-and-a-half year old daughter, Honour. The little girl was born on June 7, 2008, at Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre in Los Angeles.
Jessica and Cash met on the set of ‘The Fantastic Four’ in 2004 and got engaged in December after learning of the unplanned pregnancy. They wed at the Beverly Hills courthouse on May 19, 2008.

I forget, does Alba’s expression turn even bitchier and more bored when she’s pregnant, or does she get happier? From what I remember, her first pregnancy didn’t really improve on her “natural bitchface”. But at least we can count on more interviews from Alba about her weight. Ever since she had Honor, she’s worn that pregnancy weight gain like a friggin’ crown of thorns. It was seriously the worst, most traumatic thing that ever happened to her. So… I’m excited about this one!

I saw her in that blue dress and figured she was pregnant. There was another picture of her over the weekend or this week where it was obvious there was a bump.
You know, I actually thought she was pregnant when I saw the photos of her at the BAFTAS or wherever she was when she wore that blue dress. Something about the stomach screamed baby.

Every time I see her picture all I can think of was her desire to have a ‘brown baby’ before her first child was born. She strikes me as incredibly vapid and boring. That being said….you know….congrats and all.
I get that she always has a serious face, and that she has self-entitlement issues, but I don’t understand how that always means she has a ‘bitchface.’ She comes off bitchy, but I guess I don’t like the stereotype that if someone looks serious or doesn’t smile alot, they are automatically a bitch. Congrats to her and Honor.
Way to hop on the pregnancy bandwagon! Except a day late and a dollar short. This is a less high profile pregnancy than – Kate Hudson, Victoria Beckham, Natalie Portman, or any of the other women who are expecting summer babies. Ha! I bet that frusterates Jessica, who seems to revel in the bits of attention she gets from the media, here and there.
Ummm…Boobs don’t always get bigger in pregnancy thank you very much!!!! I am pg for the second time and, like the first pregnancy, I didn’t move up in bra sizes!

I said that her blue dress would make a perfect maternity dress. Everyone says it’s hard to find nice clothing while pregnant but this looks pretty. I didn’t realize she actually was pregnant.
Jessica Alba does seem pretty vain but I can’t blame her since she doesn’t have much else going for her career wise.
malachais- I have what I fondly refer to as a bitchface. If I’m not smiling people think I’m mad. I’ve had more people than I can count tell me that when they first met me they thought I was a stuck up snob. Then they get to know me and realize I’m just a dork.
Jessica’s face was referred to as a bitchface, but her interviews are what really gets on people’s nerves.

It may be sexist and unfair, but her prior fanbase dropped her when she got married and had a kid. It wasn’t what she was famous for.
She is gorgeous and I think her lips are even prettier than Jolie’s.
I don’t expect a person to be smiley all the time, but gosh, she seems to have a petulant expression often. I wish she would lighten up and not take her “artistic gift” so seriously.

I never liked this chick because of all the ignorant and hypocritical things she says. It’s annoying. And what is really getting me here is why she is at the BAFTAS at all.
i am happy for her. i am newly pregnant too. (my fourth!)she obviously isnt that far along because you really can not notice it. so i like having a celebrity to see pics of who is expecting around the same time.
I am shocked by this. I guess this just goes to how bad she is in interviews, but I always got the impression that she loves her daughter but HATED being pregnant, hated what it did to her body and really seemed to resent the whole experience.

The hate comes from her holier-than-thou attitude, including repeatedly biting the hand that feeds her. The most recent incident that comes to mind is her insistence that all good actors change their lines. The screenwriting community sure wasn’t thrilled about that one.

@Isa, @Fallen @anyhoo I too posess bitchface. I just call it my solemn face and use the excuse that funeral directors aren’t supposed to smile LOL. My biggest pet peeve, however, is when men say ” you should smile more” or ” you’d look much prettier if you smiled more.” if you truly posess bitchface you’ve heard this. It’s the height of rudeness, and in sure men with solemn face don’t hear this often (if ever).

Rosalita, I never had boobs to begin with. I was excited about having them when I got pregnant. I got nothing till the day after my son’s birth. I went from a 31A to a 34C. I insisted my significant other take a pic. I knew I would never see it again and I was right. Did however stop losing when I hit 32A so thats something!
not everybody that goes to award shows is nominated for an award theres stars that attend as guests of nominees for example Joan Collins attended the oscars in March of 1958 as a guest of Joanne Woodward who waltzed away with the best actress oscar or there are ones that attend as seat filers. Jessica is doing this pregnancy as a publicity stunt she can’t act to save her life and her mouth is helping to kill her career. she so resented what pregnancy did to her body the first time that it’s a surprise that she was willing to go through it a second time
My boobs were clue #2 to me that I was pregnant. First, the jeans I had jogged my butt off to fit into and fit just the week before were suddenly too tight. Then, my sports bra was too tight. I felt like I had to stuff my boobs into it. Then I would just randomly fall asleep in the afternoon after sleeping for 10-11 hours at night. And finally, smoking, which I had enjoyed previously, suddenly smelled so vile and disgusting to me. I took a test and here I am now, almost a mommy!
I hate getting asked what’s wrong. No one ever believes me when I say nothing! After about the 5th time I just want yell at them.
I get told that too, if I were to smile I’d be prettier. Sorry, I’m not going to walk around with a stupid grin on my face to make others happy. Plus, I’d rather strange men think I was a bitch than think I was interested. It always amazes me that my bitchface doesn’t fend off all men.

I can’t tell if this is before or after but either way, I’m jealous. Mine didn’t change very much at all. I’ve been waiting on my boobs since I was 13 and pregnancy was my last chance! They were my first sign I was pregnant both times. But they never changed during pregnancy or even much afterwards (which is why I think I didn’t produce enough milk) On the bright side I didn’t have to worry about stretch marks there, but I REALLY wanted to BF longer.

I have talked to her before, believe it or not, and she is really nice and totally down to earth so idc what you people say..Jessica is a great person and loves her daughter to pieces and loves her body. And even if she has complained, she had anorexia when she was younger so what do you expect? She is not used to being the slightest bit overweight. Give her a break.
