There are so many new photos of Diane Kruger in Berlin, for the film festival, that I thought she might be a judge. But I think she’s just the only star of Unknown who actually flew in to promote the film at the festival. No word on where January Jones or Liam Neeson are to promote this week‘s likely box office champion. Oh, well. We’ll have to make do with Diane’s fashionista ways. The red-pink dress with the flutter sleeves is Prada – I like the color on Diane quite a bit, but I’m still arguing with myself about whether or not the cut is flattering on her slender frame.
Next up, Diane in amethyst and beaded Chanel. It’s completely not my taste, and on someone else, I might hate it, but I kind of love this on Diane. I love the beautiful, rich, purple color, I love the beading, I love the way she wears it. Also: she looks kind of pregnant here…?
My favorite of all of Diane’s Berlinale red carpet looks, however, was this cream-colored, full-length Vionnet Spring 2011 collection dress. She wore this to the Berlinale awards ceremony last night. This… THIS is an Oscar dress. She looks beautiful and amazing.

She’s a lovely, elegant woman-but she could stand to gain some weight. Seeing the bones in her back in that last dress is not attractive.
Meh. I don’t like the way she dresses even though most of it comes from very High Fashion lines. I do, however, love the fact that she and her man live fairly low-key existences and spend a lot of time in Vancouver: not famewhores.
Love her because she takes those fashion risks and usually looks great.
I like all three (and I also thought she looked preggers in the purple one).
Sort of nice but none of it really works for me. The amethyst thing has beautiful colors but it seems incomplete and way too preggers.
All are great choices except I don’t like the shoes she chose for the red dress, the style of the shoe just takes away from the dress. The purple dress’ empire style makes her look pregnant. The last dress is beautiful but I wish her bones wouldn’t stick out that way, eww.
That last dress is tragic. God. She is starving.
The purple dress has pleats in the front that could be making her look pregnant. Or she could be pregnant who knows.
Don’t like the cut of the last dress – the white one at all. Looks like a skirt with a bib pinned on. The pink one is my fav, I usually like her in shorter dresses anyway. She has perfected the over-the-shoulder pose.
I really like these looks on her, on someone else maybe not so much…

I love these looks. They are just slightly weird enough to be different, but still beautifully made and worn well. Plus she has good posture (which is drilled into us Germans haha).
She’s naturally thin, not starving. Geez, is it possible to read something more original about skinny girls or am I asking too much? Not every person in this world is overweight, naturally skinny people do exist.
I like the dresses, especially the first one (not sure about the shoes, tho).
They are all kindof meh, which is is a shame, she’s a beautiful woman. A beautiful woman who needs to eat a sandwich.
The third dress is tragic looking. It looks like a weirdly bunched up sheet and shows way too much skin on the side. Her hair and make up are flawless though. Bu the dress is horrible.
My favorite is the purple one hands down. It’s original and different even though it does make her look pregnant.
I feel about her, the same way I feel about Thandie Newton- Do not like her and don’t know why.
Whoa, she must’ve been freezing her little behind off in that last dress! It was freaking cold the last couple of days here in Berlin, around 20° Fahrenheit!
I think she looks great in everything she wears. I believe that body dresses the dress and not vice versa. I have a big bust and will look horrible for example in the white dress. That is designed for small chest women. Diane obviously is one of the most beautiful women in modeling industry.
I only like the first dress, but not with those shoes.

Look, I am that thin and its totally 100% just who I am. She may not be starving….just suggesting an alternate possibility. I love that purple dress on her. She wears fussier things than me but that one I like. The cream dress has WOW factor though so yep, a more Oscars dress.

Srsly, look back in a the last few Kruger posts when shes on the red carpet, she wears those godawful black strap shoes with the gold band around her bony ankles. Dose this bitch not own any other pair?! Are these really the extent of her shoe closet or dose she just really like them alot?!!!! I am irked! Someone needs to take this chick shoe shopping! Stat!

The final dress is awful. Uh. Look at Kruger’s ribs! Pacey should take this girl to Tim Horton’s and feed her a few dozen crullers.
I LOVE the turquoise shoes in the first pic! And all of the dresses are beautiful…but you CAN see her ribs in the last photo…ouch
All 3 dresses are beautfil choices! I love the purple- it’s so unique and brings out her eyes. The white is my least favorite because the color doesn’t do much for her.

Agree that she would be so much more beautiful with an extra 10 lbs on her tiny frame. Thats only one size Diane, give your bod some nutrition! As for the dresses, didn’t like the red, sort of liked the purple, liked the white.
She is ridiculously gorgeous. I adore all three, though the first could stand to be taken up just an inch or three.
I like the first one. Don’t care for the purple, and the last one, I wouldn’t want it, but I like it on her. Though the first photo of it makes her look really bony. The second photo doesn’t though.
I love her looks. I love that she takes risks. What I don’t love is that because the bones in her back show everyone assumes she is starving. Some people CANNOT gain weight there no matter what they do. I am naturally thin and no matter how much I eat ( I daily eat 4,000+ calories) I still cannot gain weight on my ribs or back. It all goes to my butt and books. I’m just saying, there could be many things going on with her, and I HATE to hear people say “go eat a sandwich” to people who’s bones show. I’m not meaning to be confrontational, it’s just something that really bothers me, and I knew as soon as I saw that photo that people weren’t going to focus on the fashion (which is what the article was about), but focus on her weight. There could be a lot about her we don’t know concerning her weight. I’m just saying.

And I don’t thinks he’s too skinny. Her arms are a good size, and her back is not that bad. You can see my ribs through my flab; that’s just the way my back is. That, like collar bones, are not a great indication of starving.
@ Kate H, you must have a truly unique metabolism. But you are also very naive if you think all these size zeros in the ent ind don’t starve themselves, do coke, and barf up their meals to stay thin. They all do it, I used to myself when I was in my 20’s & modeled. My husband is a movie exec and we are in trendy restaurants a lot & I have seen a lot of women in restaurant ladies room purging themselves. Its very common, although, of course, tragic. Why would I believe Diane K cannot gain weight, as you suggest, when in her earlier movies, she is clearly heavier? Unfortunately for this younger generation, size 0 is what’s in, and they will do whatever it takes to achieve it.
I also love Dianes looks, but think she would be more beautiful, & age better, with another 10 lbs on her frame.
I just think girl has to quit losing weight/dieting.

I like the purple dress the best. The white one looks as though, if she moves a bit this way or that, it could easily cause a titty flash. It does look like a shower curtain with the top and skirt held together with shower rings.
I’m with ya, Cheyenne, I hate platforms and the shoes seem to keeping getting higher and higher and look very uncomfortable, not to mention the damage it will do to folks’ feet. I prefer my feet on the ground.

“Oscary” dress…it’s really pretty…though as a woman who possesses giant boobs, all I can think of is a rouge tit flying out somewhere. Which clearly wouldn’t be a problem for her…but still.
