Fantasia Burrino of American Idol fame will play herself in her life story

to be aired on Lifetime Television. The singer, who had admitted to being illiterate, will portray the poverty and sexual abuse she endured as a child. This is a brave decision from Burrino and we hope the film is better than Lifetime’s usual glurdge.
