Photo agencies WENN and Fame Pictures both have sections that feature interesting and odd photos from around the globe. Here’s a selection of some recent favorites.

NY-based photographer Meg Wachter pours food and drinks on willing subjects’ heads and then captures the moment. It’s a simple concept with fun results. You can see more of Meg’s work on her website.

Tiny Homes that range from just 65 to 774 square feet are offered from Tumbleweed Tiny House company. The homes are both ecologically and economically sound. Most of the homes shown here are 140 square feet or less and cost just $20,000. They include a workspace, kitchen, bedroom and a small bathroom with shower. Here’s a link to a youtube tour of a tiny home by Tumbleweed’s founder if you’re interested. They’re not for the claustrophobic.

Four rare veiled baby chameleons were born for the first time in captivity for the species in Sydney’s Taronga Zoo. The chameleons are found in the wild near Yemen. These chameleons were born in August and are about five centimeters long. They eat day old crickets.

Meat water is a real beverage that claims to offer a “meal in a bottle” for busy executives. They come in flavors that range from English Breakfast to Peking Duck to Fried Oysters. Cheeseburger is said to be the most popular. Their website claims the special ingredient is an organic protein that aids digestion and metabolism. Meat water is currently only available at special events.

Bear cub Lil Smokey was rescued from the California wildfires in July. He has been recuperating at the Lake Tahoe Wildlife Care center and just had his bandages removed. He will be released back into the wild soon.
