I sincerely hope Christina Aguilera has sent Charlie Sheen some muffin baskets, because the sheer volume of Charlie’s crazy eclipses other celebrities’ crack shenanigans, and too many of them are getting off easy. Like Christina, who is probably drunk right now, as I’m writing. Christina is a boozehound monster, and she’s been having a rough few months. Divorce, custody issues, trying to get her career on track, getting into drunken bitch-fights at the Globes, passing out drunk in strangers’ beds, being too wasted to remember the lyrics to the National Anthem, falling down drunk at the Grammys, and finally, getting arrested and held for hours for public intoxication because she was too blitzed to stand up straight, OR remember her address. Anyway, while Charlie and “The Bachelor” seem to be taking most of the tabloid covers this week, Star Magazine decided to run with a Christina cover. The “painful secret” that Star is referring to on the cover seems to be that Christina has unnamed “personal demons”. Not to be rude, but who doesn’t?

Eh. This sounds pretty basic. They might even bring up some stuff from Christina’s childhood, which she’s already discussed – apparently, her father was an abusive son of a bitch. But I’m not a big fan of saying using childhood abuse as a catch-all excuse for an adult’s behavior. As I said, everybody is screwed up about something, you know? And if Christina was just sitting in her house, getting wasted and not hurting anyone, I wouldn’t really care. But my biggest problem is that she’s continuously drunk in public, causing disruptions and failing and putting other people in danger – AND she thinks she’s fine. She’s thinks she’s maintaining. She’s being enabled by new gigs and new jobs and she doesn’t get that the only reason most people are interested in her at this point is to simply watch the trainwreck unfold.

A judge should sentence all these crack-head, boozehound, famewhore celebrities to two weeks working as garbage collectors, brick layers, roofers, or any other intense manual labor. Then maybe they’d appreciate and take care of the lives they have. We all got troubles and demons but having to have to concentrate on physically exhausting work, keeps them at bay.

Remember when Jordan refused to move out of their house? Now I wonder whether he was staying to try and help her or at least be a sober influence. I have to believe he did a lot of that when they were married.

I don’t blame anyone but her. She’s arrogant and has been this way ever since the inception of her career. Of course she doesn’t think there is a problem, because she stuck up her own a$$. When Max gets older and she realizes he is more used to the nannies (a la Britney), than her, she’ll get a wake up call.
@Bailey-remember they don’t measure and weigh you when they arrest you. The cops rely on what the prisoner tells they-assuming they aren’t too drunk to talk.

I hate this crab about childhood issue, I agree with KAISER, we all have them. But as an adult you take responsiblity for your own actions. My childhood was no bed of roses, but have never had a drink problem or drugs nor have I been in an abusive relationship. You should learn from the past and not make the same mistakes as your parent.
They probably just measured the amount of makeup that she was wearing to arrive at 100 pounds.

I bet right about now Jessica Simpson is laughing all the way to the bank and thanking her lucky stars that while she wasn’t the most popular “Pop Princess” when she, Britney Spears, and Christina Aguilera came out, she’s certainly the most normal one. That, and that people only talk about her weight not her addiction problems.

the only thing that you got right was the public intoxication. the rest was made up by the media. jeremy renner denied that she was ever in his bed, yet most media outlets failed to talk about that. as far as her ‘having sex with women while married’, that was never proven to be true, and even if it was that hardly counts as ‘hitting rock bottom’
no one knows whats really going on so they make things up. its just really sad that people are so quick to believe it.

I had the same thoughts (that her husband cheated) when I first heard the song. She did co-write it so who knows.
Thousands of people get divorced everyday and yes its hard and sad but she is a mother and needs to get her act together asap!!! Get into therapy or rehab or whatever it takes – she has funds for the best treatment so no excuses!

@ Bisou. Jessica Simpson is in a word ‘harmless’. She has never bad mouthed anyone in the industry, sure she tried some things and were not successful but Simpson is a bit dim but has a optimistic outlook and is willing to try. Christina is just catty and a bit mean. What is the saying, be careful with the people on your way up because you never know when you need them on the way down. Christina is slowly starting to see that.
Ryan Gosling was in the Mickey Mouse Club and he turned out alright. The problem with X-Tina is that she is and always was an empty vessel. It’s time for her to sink or swim.
