In the end, it was just too much color for her. Her system got overloaded by red-orange-coral sacky goodness and she ordered the gerbils to prepare a very special all-black ensemble for yet another outing, this one designed specifically to make us forget that she ever, EVER wore a color. So the gerbils arranged this outing – Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, exiting Ozzie Dots yesterday in LA. Apparently the store is some kind of party supply place, and they got what seems to be birthday party decorations. Probably for Shiloh’s fifth birthday, which is this Friday (tomorrow!)? For some reason, though, I doubt Shiloh wanted a birthday theme of anything you could find at a party supply store. She probably wanted a samurai theme and Angelina was like “How about ponies? How about a horse theme, babe?”
Also, notice that in every photo, Angelina isn’t putting that lollipop to her mouth. It’s a prop! I want to see her eat a lollipop. I suspect she doesn’t know how to. She’s probably just holding it for Brad. Oh, and she’s carrying a Louis Vuitton bag. Of course!
Meanwhile, Brad has been talking about the Missouri floods and all of the terrible tornados in the Midwest: “I spent a lot of time in Joppa Joplin*, MO. My grandparents are from there and it is about 50 or 60 miles from where I grew up, so we’re looking into it now… My thoughts are certainly with (the victims) and of course a lot of them will be coming out in the next few days, they have a big mountain ahead of them. I wish them the best.”

It’s Joplin, MO and the devastation from the Cat5 tornado is unimaginable. We also got a ton of tornados in St. Louis yesterday and wave after wave of intense storms. One mom in Joplin had her 18 month old ripped from her arms when they were thrown from their house and they cannot find him/his body. It really puts things in perspective.
I’m sure she knows how…(lolly)

I love that they don’t flaunt their wealth. They are both dressed in very modest clothes and although Angie has the LV bag, she has used it before and it is clearly serving a purpose other than just the brand name.

They are seen out shopping all over the world from time to time. Just been a while since paps caught them in LA as there are sightings of them out and about all the time. Must say the Arnold’s bill re paps not taking pics in the privacy of celebs home has worked to an extent, the paps don’t lurk outside the gate to Brad and Angelina’s gate getting daily pics like they have in the past.
Obviously some of you are not LA knowledgeable, paps are everywhere, desperate for pics. They hang out at parks, malls, grocery store parking lots, outside studio gates, schools, they are like roaches LOL. They also pay for tips for celebs seen out and rush to get the photos.
Both here are head to toe monocromatic, cute.
Joplin like so many places this year has been hit hard. Hope this terrible weather ends soon as over 500+ have died. So very sad.

I was in a store yesterday in Mo. we had to go into a cooler as the sirens went off. Sedalia Mo was hit with a tornado, along with Montgomery City, MO.
Missouri is being hard hit by these tornados. It is a scary place lately.

I’m sure she refilles the upper lip periodically (the shape now is different and it’s fuller than the one she was born with), while the lower lip is clearely reduced, but I wouldn’t say that she eats a lollipop to hide the obvious, honestly, it sounds quite ridiculous. 🙂

The real question that all of us should be asking ourselves is why are we reading this silly website instead of rushing there to aid?
It’s so easy to judge someone who does go out and try to help but at the end of the day each of us deserve to enjoy our life without dropping everything to rush to the next disaster.
The key is balance, we can’t expect anyone to help at the drop of a hat every time we deem it to be important, the important part is that we as a whole reach out and aid those affected. If you don’t think the people in MO are getting enough help then do something about it don’t blame Angie. It’s the people who don’t ever do anything that are out of balance not her.

So good to know that they are looking “in to it” (meaning the situation in Joplin) that just made me feel so much better about the problems these poor people are having. I mean it if the Brange cannot save the world who can? Recently though, since they haven’t had any new children to sell to magazines for charity, their giving has dried up a bit. I expect that since together they made at least 60 million last year and they give one third away that they should be giving upwards of 20 million sometime this year. That is what I love about them. Yes MO is a scary place lately due to all the tornadoes. I spent 4 hrs. yesterday in the basement (under the stairwell) with my helpful weather radio. Luckily, we were spared. Joplin is really devastated. I was hoping Brad Pitt would lend a hand in some way. His generosity (and Angelina’s) is better than most…regardless of what they are wearing!

Okay, 1st of all it is Joplin, MO not Joppa… 2nd of all, I think it is horrible that these celebs can go to Africa and other countries to help but when a tragidy happens here in the States, they can’t even donate money or show up….
It’s not horrible, you are just too nationalistic and unfair considering those rich people have made their fortune by selling their product GLOBALLY and that besides it’s their money.
Plus those celebs who donates usually donates also at home where there are rich government to help too.
What’s horrible though it’s to be horrified that some people, especially those rich people are criticized for giving back abroad, as if there were an overbid of misery and some kind of classification of the worthy poor and then the rest of them.
Misery is misery, people donate where they want and people who are horrified can practice what they preach and do much better than being horrified, they can go there and help a fellow citizen.
In a rich country like the US, 75 % of people can if they want open their home for someone for a few days to sleep on a couch.
That’s solidarity. Most people in many sub saharian country, 75 % of people won’t even feel the softness of a sofa in their entire life, let alone a bed since they sleep in slumps directly on the ground while 50 % of their babies will die of stupid illness before they hit 1 year old.

And as a rural person, I can tell you its not unusual to take a skinny dip and have a horse, foxes or cattle roam up to you especially if its your property and they know you. Its so innocent and so commonplace. There was nothing at all perverted about that picture and one would have to be desperately reaching to think there is, let alone say it. Any other poses, Angelina did in her teens/20s, not middle-aged. Anything else you want to try?

What celebrities are you talking about.. there are tons. So why is it always certain celebs that get attacked.
I could make a list of tons of celebs with money that are faceless at many such disaster. But Brad and Angie are required to do it all.

Rena: I’ve lived in LA my entire life (outside of a jaunt to college for 4 years) and I’ve only ever seen paparazzi once in 25 years and that was at the Grove.
Celebrities can very easily move about the town without being noticed (most of them don’t even look like what we see them as without tons of make-up and special styling) or recognized easily.
The paps do apparently hang out in certain areas all the time, like Joan’s on Third but I’ve never seen them there.
