The top is good, prudish and interesting, especially if she wore it with classic dark blue jeans, almost 70s style. The light brown bag would match more that way.
Pippa cannot be compared to Hiltons, Karadshians or any of those. She is actually human looking and never too smooth or too done or too perfect. That’s her allure and as long as she stays that way people would be attracted to her big time. ‘plane Janes’ would inevitably become ‘the new sexy’.

i like that blouse but the jeans should have been black or brown and the shoes do not suit at all. also the earrings are too big and modern looking for the romantic looks of the top. fail

I really wish you guys would’t link to Evil Beet. That site is loaded with pop-ups, one of which gave me a virus. I had decided a while ago to stop reading Evil Beet when one of their writers decided to make fun of Angelina Jolie’s twins, calling them ugly, when they were about a year old. I couldn’t possibly support a site that made fun of BABIES. But I accidentally followed a link from CB to Evil Beet, and wound up with a pop-up that gave me a virus. CB and Kaiser, you should really re-think linking to them until they stop with the virus-laden pop-up garbage.

Doesn’t matter what she wears, she’s got a very plain face and the figure of a wood plank. I think I like the blouse, but not the outfit. Denim color on both the top and the bottom looks tacky and the shoes don’t match at all.
She’s has average looks, terrible fashion sense, and no career to speak of whatsoever. Besides being Kate’s sister, I cannot understand why she’s famous. There was some tabloid show on tv talking about her star quality, charisma, and beauty. And how she single handedly crashed twitter. Maybe I don’t pay enough attention to the royal family to understand her appeal, but she seems so zzzzzzzzzzzzz to me. Oh and her shirt sux because nobody over the age of 8 should try to rock a shirt like that. I think my niece has it like 4 colors. NEXT!
Light blue can’t be worn by everyone, so does it look okay on her? Secondly, the blouse has a “bib” look, which I don’t like. Didn’t we leave those behind in the last century? Or when we were kids in the high chair? No, I’m not a bib fan, and I also do not like the elastic sleeves on the blouse, not my favorite either. Wearing one color throughout can make you appear taller by not drawing the eye to different parts of the body, so this is undoubtedly the effect she was going for. The jeans and shoes are good, but the bib & elastic sleeves are out for me.

OH Yeah, Brits have way more style than Americans. As clearly evidenced by The Brit standing behind her in the “lovely” skirt and purse combo, who is most likely texting one of her friends saying “Pippa just walked by and she’s wearing the same exact shoes i bought at TK Max!”

I’d like this a lot more if it were in darker colors, like, say, a navy top with dark jeans. Or all in gray. Or anything, really, but that horrible late 80’s light denim they keep trying to bring back.
