This should show you just how dull and boring it is today, gossip-wise. I’m doing a post about Ashley Greene. Just my opinion: Ashley Greene only deserves her own post when she’s saying something dumb or wearing something especially hideous. Her styles for the Breaking Dawn publicity tour have been neither mind-blowingly awesome or completely awful. Much like Ashely herself, her style is just kind of there. Oh, and yes, she’s the newest face of Donna Karan, sorry I didn’t realize that before, Ashley-loonies (for why?). That’s why Ashley has been wearing so much Donna Karan lately – she’s the newest face of the brand. God knows how she even got that gig – could most people honestly pick Greene out of a lineup of bland brunette actresses? She’s like the budget Jessica Biel, and Biel is already a pretty budget version of the “bland brunette” type.
Anyway, enough of my bitching (whippersnappers!). Here are photos from two Breaking Dawn events – Ashley wore the black-and-white Donna Karan to a screening in NYC, and she wore the orange-red Narciso Rodriguez to the Toronto premiere. At first, I kind of liked the Donna Karan one, but that cut at the waist is really throwing me off. I know Ashley is always at the gym, but seeing her stomach muscle cast its own shadow is unsettling. I really liked her styling with that look, though – not so much with the Narciso look. Her hair was too tight, giving her a bird-like appearance. But the dress is cute.
Ashley has been getting a lot face-time on red carpets for Breaking Dawn. Usually, no one pays attention to her, but she got to tour Europe with Sparkles, and now she’s being sent off to more cities to represent the Twilight brand. I’m sure she thinks it’s because she’s so awesome, but really it’s because Kristen Stewart is stuck filming Snow White in England, and she couldn’t get away.

those cut out do nothing for her. I am with ladybert. I find Ashley much prettier for the most part than Kristen. Though when Kristen brings it, she really brings it. and I don’t even like her.
ugh. *shudder* my friends are dragging me to breaking dawn this weekend, i DID however convince them to go to the theater nears us with a bar init so i an be happily blitzed throughout it. it’s the only way i can make it through any of these. and they are quite fun to watch at home. drinking games. take a shot when ever kristen bites her lip, roles her eyes or rob get’s all serial stalkery. you could get alcohol poisoning form the games, but i’m convinced that’s preferable to watching them sober.
Both dresses are messy, ill-fitting and their designs are not daring, they’re distracting. I expected more from both designers. Karan in particulzr is an old pro at this, knows better and has done so much better in the past. I will give her a pass on this – still love her designs.

Lol Thanks ladies. I’m still trying to get out of this. But I’m telling you to get some vodka shot glasses and rent one of the movies. The first one especially gets you wasted. I think it takes about 20 minutes lol.
She exudes an air of snootyness whenever I see her photographed. Can’t really get past that to give a fair assessment of her dresses.

The DK dress is awful. Tummy windows aren’t attractive on anyone.
Ashley’s face is lopsided & she looks better when her hair isn’t skinned back.

Blah dresses, but she’s easier to look at than KStew. She does have a smug face, though, which I don’t like. Maybe they should have Nikki doing these things. She seems warmer and less snobby than most of the cast.

Thank you Kaiser. I was trying to figure out who Ashley reminded me of, and you’re right, she is a budget version of Jessica Biel.
They both have the same horrible esque nose jobs, and both think they are the hottest thing ever around.
I hope Ashley is going to get ready for hustling, because after Twilight is over, she will fade back into obscurity unless she puts herself out there.
And as much as I don’t like Kristen, I have to say thank god Ashley never got casted as Bella. Ashley is way too full of herself.

She’s pretty in a very generic way; nothing special. Both these dresses are pretty bad.
I hate both dresses, and it doesn’t help that I don’t like her either. In past interviews, she comes off as condescending and conceited (for whatever reason, I have NO idea). Annnnnd, her nostrils freak me out. She IS prettier, though, than Kristen, but by herself – not so much.

I like the red way better than the black and white. The b/w makes her look wide, when I think she is really tiny.
I give both of those dresses 2 thumbs down…love her hair makeup though
1st dress: If I was the designer I would not have wanted her to wear that dress, because she does not have the body for it. Besides the fact that it looks really boring and we’ve seen this style before, it just isn’t that good.
2nd dress: OMG that is just trying WAY too hard!!! SO not cool.

She really does have massive ears. I never noticed it before. She’s gorgeous, it’s just the ears.
But then I am on the opposite, I have ears, but they are very close to my head. and while they are normal sized, they just like lying flat to my head.

AG might make a great elf in some sword & sorcery epic (see photo #2, close-up). With her attitude, crooked grin, silly nose & ridiculous ears, if there was any comedy to the script, she might work out a new career arc. Goddess knows she’s come in at the rock bottom w/the Twilight nonsense. Happy to say I’ve watched no more than a youtube promo of that crapola. Wow-SOOOO bad.
The dresses AG is wearing in this post are both beyond horrible: ill fitting, ugly fabrics, unsuitable even for a first year fashion school student to turn in. FAIL!!
I can’t imagine either Karan or Rodrigues having anything to do with them-maybe they both have assistants who HATE Ashley & gave her the worst failure one of the student designes submitted in the new line to wear. That’s all I can think of to explain this tragic showing. How have they allowed such dreck to be seen? Have they lost their minds, their pride, their talent, or control of their brand???
I am beginning to believe that some stylists are the embodiment of evil-and that Hweird actresses cannot see themselves in the mirror-they are seemingly blinded by their own delusion. Shaking my head.
Lastly, AG gives off (to me) the same exact vibe and snotty facial expression as Ashley Judd.
Before she messed with her face, AJ was truly exquisite-mesmerizingly so-but she was-is such a horrific bitch that I just can’t with her.
AJ has/had shown REAL talent & range, but I suspect the hot part of her career ended due to her awful personality (and possible mental disorder-she’s come out with some awful stories, but who in Hollyweird hasn’t a horrible story to tell, especially when their career starts to die down?).
I will be so totally shocked if AG survives through the release of Breaking Dawn Pt. 2. She’s got no game. And she IS bland. Supercilious and bland-what a combo!
Blake Lively has more personality, charm & style than AG does, and frankly, I get nauseous at the sight of BL.

I actually think she looks elegant in both dresses. I find Ashley Greene to be very attractive but as one person says her look at least fashion style is never bad but it’s never Wow! neither. But these two outfits work on her to me. I think she looks lovely and out of the twilight girls her and Nikki Reed are the most attractive.
Her dress looks fantastic, however her nose looks too tweaked, like Paris Hilton.
She has a pretty face but her head is way too small for her body. She looks like the gorgeous version of those circus pinheads from the 1800s.
Congrats to her landing that Donna Karran contract. She is gorgeous and elegant and will represent well I think. I don’t think either of these outfits are great but she’s graceful and poised enough to carry them off especially the black and white one.

i think it is too funny when grown women try to tell others they are being dragged to see any of the Twilight movies against their will. If you like it, own it, if you don’t then don’t go!
