I had mixed feelings about Stacy Keibler and George Clooney’s appearance together on the red carpet for the Palm Springs International Film Festival over the weekend. On one side, I enjoy seeing them together because their body language is always interesting, and it’s always fun to analyze George with one of his girls. On the other side, Stacy looked like hell, and her Oscar-Date Barbie Game should really be improving. It was interesting reading Lainey’s take on Stacy and George – Lainey says that Stacy gets points for patience, sweetness and being drama-free. I could see that. But I also think Stacy will end up making the same mistake that all of the other girls make – she’ll start to get comfortable and think that George will give her a ring and babies. For now, though, George and his girl are very happy. When they stopped to speak to Us Weekly, they “joked” about George “locking up” Stacy. Kinky bastard.
George Clooney doesn’t want Stacy Keibler to be the one who got away!
“I don’t let her go out. Don’t let her do anything,” the 50-year-old actor joked to reporters at the Palm Springs Film Festival Sunday.
“George keeps me locked up,” Keibler, 32, quipped, to which the Descendants star laughed, “I do!”
Clooney even gives the former WWE star fashion advice. “We sort of have the same taste so it’s pretty easy,” Keibler said. “Whatever I end up liking, he likes it , too. So it works out good because if he didn’t, then I don’t know what I would do!”
The duo began dating this past summer, shortly after Clooney’s split from Italian TV personality Elisabetta Canalis.

And then George made a “joke” about liking to be choked and Stacy laughed uncomfortably and George hitched up his pants and said “Off the record.” Oh, well. At least George isn’t pointing at Stacy’s vadge and laughing.
Meanwhile, George has signed on to a new project which he will co-write, direct and star in. It’s called The Monuments Men, and it’s about “the story of a hand-picked group of art experts chosen by the U.S. government to retrieve artwork stolen by the Nazis.” That’s a true story, by the way. There’s a wonderful book and documentary about the subject as well – The Rape of Europa. The book and documentary don’t limit the story to the American involvement in locating Nazi plunder, they also examine the European historians, artists, curators, and more who all helped in various ways to save and protect great works of art from the Nazis. I saw the documentary a few years ago, and it’s a really amazing story.

George is hitting the wall…pretty soon he is going to realize his roguish rico suave looks are fading/gone, and he probably WILL settle down with whoever the spinner lands on when he happens to have this realization. So if Keibler is low maintenance/quiet enough to hang on for awhile, she might win the prize….the prize being Old Man Clooney (who looks like his youth was sucked out by a spider)and his money/villas, etc….AND the envy of all those who have gone before her and lost, of course. I suggest she lose the Bump-It though, fast.

Wow. Before I read this, I thought they might actually be dating, but the way they talk about each other….she really is “Oscar Date Barbie!” I’ve never seen a speck of chemistry between them, and now she admits he has final say on dressing her.
If only that could be true!!!!
At least if she was locked up we wouldn’t have to suffer that fake stupid smile of her!

That last remark is unfair to them, call me crazy but I really do think that it’s a real relationship and not a just a PR thing. I get the feeling that he really likes or love that piece of trash more than the others and unfortunatelly we better get used to that busted face because something tells me that she’s going to stay a while.

First of all Kaiser ,you need to see the movie “Fixing Pete” Stacy was in it and she needs acting lessons. You can see why her acting career has come to a standstill and she needs Clooney to get her name out there. I saw what Lainey wrote how nice Stacy is and that is what he needs right now, but eventually she will want more and she won’t be able to control herself in the media. Monuments sounds like a great film, what annoyed me is his interview in Entertainment Weekly where he says he understands the hardships women face in the entertainment industry, but his new picture sounds like the boys club stuff and I doubt there will be any leading roles for women in it.
Oh the irony – she said they have the same taste and he likes her clothes. In an interview this past Monday he stated his greatest fear was hurting someone’s feelings and he would lie to keep from doing that. If this is the case, George, you would harm Barbie less by giving her honest fashion advice. Better yet, buy her a stylist which I assume/hope she doesn’t have and if so, fire them STAT. When she’s on the red carpets, her cheeks and forehead look like they’ve been pumped up with an air compressor. Make it stop.
Rape of Europa is a fantastic book/documentary. Lucky for Hollywood Europe is still making art they can feed off – like Dragon Tattoo. Pitiful.

I think he and Stacy are a really dating, but he has been living in this Hollywood bubble lifestyle for so long that he probably doesn’t know what a dating relationship really is. Having Stacy escort him on his Cabo and Como vacations, on the red carpet, airplanes, hanging out with his friends and a dinner with friends is a relationship for him.

After a long debate today we need to share our thoughts with you guys to see what you think.
Over the past couple of months we’ve been watching and discussing the showmance, right? We all know GC has gone from absolute privacy or you’re history to the tell the whole world our plans via every mode possible, yes? And his response is ‘she can do what she wants and he rarely tells anybody what they should be doing’, right?
Now, does anybody remember GC saying in a interview a few years ago that he doesn’t read gossip or google himself (remembering something to do with girls toileting in a cup and chocolate that made GC and Stan sick..though could be wrong interview..)?
Well, clearly that has changed! How do we know that? Not only the recent change of attitude but also recent comments! Yes, he still looks p*ssed and bored at playing out the showmance but the detail is in the words/interviews.
For those of us who read multiple (well, a handful!) gossip sites you will have noticed that CB is the main one for the commentators to dis, big time, how the Clingon looks, right? We’ve all noted her ‘trying’ to improve, even though she’s failing, right? But we also dis GC big time for his arm candy motives and how he looks. (Notice they both looked better the other night than they have done for months even though she made an AMcQ dress look cheap!).
But, have you also noticed/has anything clicked when you have read something that GC has said more recently he makes subtle reference to the recent gossip on CB and Lainey in particular?
There have been several more recent including the she can do what she wants, (in reference to commentators noting how she is using the media?), there have been references to his ‘sexual’ behaviour particularly in Rolling Stones interview and then again the other night (Lainey and CB). This is not all (we’ll be here all night!) and there could be more from other sites we don’t know about, but, how interesting!
We doubt this is a fluke, that was our initial thought back in November when we first noticed, but it’s happening too often. It’s clear that he is either reading what is being said or, it is being reported back to him.
What is most interesting though is that he is playing along, repeating subtly, giving hints – he’s playing with us people! Why? Perhaps to increase gossip (success here..!), more publicity (only for the Clingon..!), to make sure he stays on the radar (votes..!)? Oh, and blatant attention seeking?
Just a theory guys, we haven’t gone made honestly..yet.. 🙂

George has always said little innuendos when he is being interviewed..It is his sneaky way of getting a dig in…He has been doing it for years!!! There are only a few that catch his comments..like when asked in Venice what he likes about Hollywood and he said there are a lot of seductive people there…He was referring to SK… that is what they called her legs of mass seduction!!!! I really can’t wait till this one is gone SHE DRIVES ME NUTS….She does the same s–t with twitter …I am sure if we all stopped acknowledging this childish relationship it would just die off sooner…She is about as insecure as it gets and he just loves the attention…
Hi Bingo, we don’t think he’s having a dig, we discussed that topic at length. His wording and actions are wrong for that.
It is our opinion that he’s letting us know he is aware of what’s being said about him/them.
If you think about it, how many times have you read pleas for him to read what is being read about him? Not just here but elsewhere. Well, maybe he is now and he’s letting us know..?
But, let’s be honest he’ll look a right fairy if he just comes out and says it..huh!? Imagine the press coverage though..haha!! 🙂

Did you guys see Stacy on DWTS – it was about a million years ago. I think she came in 2nd or 3rd place. She is super tall and she IS super nice.

during this red carpet one interviewer asked stacey how she felt to be there. stacey ‘joked’ about how george gave her some nice jewellery so she said she would go.

I saw that too!and I have to admit I was a little taken back by it.I always took George at face value when it came to his relationships,you know,not for publicity sake. Yes I know I’m in the minority here but after hearing that statement come straight out of her mouth I have to admit I’m starting to have my doubts.Even E talk has an expire date on this relationship.So does that mean that the above statement is now true?
