We actually got some requests yesterday for coverage of this story. I’m actually struggling to understand why this is news, though. Radar’s sources claim that Lindsay Lohan was a drunken, coked-up cracktastrophe at the Chateau Marmont on Sunday. But here’s my point of view: doesn’t everyone just assume this about Lindsay Lohan anyway? Do we really need “sources” telling us that the Cracken was doing blow in the Marmont loo and that she was falling-down wasted? Isn’t that a daily (hourly?) occurrence?
Oh no Linds, say it isn’t so! Lindsay Lohan appeared to be under the influence when she was at the Chateau Marmont on Sunday night, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
The Mean Girls star was with friends at the infamous watering hole/hotel and was spotted going to the bathroom frequently with a male companion.
“Lindsay was spotted going to the restroom with a male companion on numerous occasions in a short amount of time,” an eyewitness told RadarOnline.com. “When the two of them emerged from the bathroom, Lindsay was giggling and her nose appeared red. Lindsay was spotted only drinking water in the lounge area, but she appeared to be loaded on something, and she seemed under the influence. Lindsay’s eyes were glassy and her pupils were constricted.”
The actress is currently on probation for her no contest plea in her misdemeanor theft conviction. Judge Stephanie Sautner has ordered Lindsay to complete her court ordered community service at the Los Angeles County Morgue, but Lilo isn’t randomly drug tested.
Lindsay has been arrested for DUI twice, for cocaine possession and has battled substance abuse problems with numerous trips to rehab.
A second eyewitness tells us that Lohan, wearing a plunging v-neck black dress, sans bra, on Sunday night: “was definitely on something. She was slurring her words, and needed help walking at one point in the course of the night.”
A third eyewitness tells Radar: “Lindsay was sitting on a chair adjacent to Harvey Weinstein’s party – his was roped off and she didn’t get past the rope. So she sat on the other side looking over. She looked bedraggled and desperate.”
Negotiations are in the final stages for Lindsay to star in a Lifetime television movie about the late iconic actress Elizabeth Taylor and her Playboy magazine cover earned record sales.
“This is yet another example of people making erroneous assumptions about Lindsay, I seriously question the credibility of any source who refuses to be named as well as their motivations for making up such trash,” Lindsay’s rep Steve Honig tells RadarOnline.com.

My guess is that Steve Honig was the dude doing lines with Crackie von Cracks-A-Lot in the bathroom. I had kind of forgotten that LL’s probation is still an on-going thing. Why is it that she doesn’t have court-mandated drug tests anymore? Is it because she flunked so many times, the California justice system simply decided to stop testing her rather than actually punish her?

By the way, TMZ reported last night – after this Radar report was published – that LL has officially moved out of her Venice Beach crack den and she’s now living full-on at the Marmont. That alone should be a red flag to the judge, right? “Moving into the Marmont” doesn’t mean that Crackie is taking her probation seriously. Like there was any doubt, I know, but how does the judge not say something about this?

Hillary Duff who had a career similar to Lindsay is worth 25 million. So, I’m thinking, Linds blew a few million on drugs and legal fees and is pretty “poor,” compared to her peers (but still a wealthy crackie by poor folk standards).
Actually, the Marmont LOVES that kind of attention. I don’t know if you guys have been, but the only thing the Marmont has going on for them, is their nightlife, where you go in to have a drink, and spot the stars.
In reality, the Marmont is considered a 3 star hotel. Yes, 3 stars. I book travel for an executive who deals a lot with LA people, and my agency NEVER allows me to book, not even a suite, at the Marmont. It’s ok to go have a drink after 8 p.m. But you really don’t spend the night in their cheap and old rooms, with their so-so clean beddings.
You know why people go sleep at the Marmont? Because they know “stars” like Lindsay will offer a show, and that surprisingly, the room fees are very low compared to the other more recognizable brands… That is until you actually sleep there, or are hardly able to!
I’m calling BS on this story about her moving into the Marmont. Like they’d really want her drugged up carcass up at any and all hours, scaring off the guests?
Too bad the Chelsea Hotel in New York City closed. That would have been the perfect crack-haven for Lindsay.

She could have got married, had a child, settled down in the armpit of a place without media attention and lived very happily.

Both can be snorted. I believe she is addicted to pain killers (oxycontin, oxycodone etc (which can be snorted/injected). The natural progression as those pain killers becoome too expensive is Heroin. Like oxy, H can be snorted/injected.
I think she takes adderall and coke then uses oxys, Xanax or heroin to comedown. That’s a pretty common junkie pattern.

That’s depressing! I wouldn’t trade for all of the money and perks in the world if that was part of the deal. I myself feel sorrier for homeless people or alcoholics – or desperately poor people – who’ve never had a second chance and have had miserable lives. People who may possibly been able to turn it around and live a good life if anyone had ever given them a good leg up. Yes, Lindsay had bad parents and got involved with drugs at an early age. But she’s also had ample opportunities to take the first baby step to recovery and she refuses. Think of the many opportunities the various judges have given her, and rehab. and therapists. And she’s had the money to get the best help she could possibly need and yet she refuses. Sorry but I think that says something for her character and as I said above, I’ll save my sympathy for those who have some hope.

She is 25 yrs old (looks like she’s 40 but this is no offense those of us who are about to turn 40!) and she has had numerous 2nd, 3rd and 4th chances to turn her life around and get rid of the sycophants in her life. There are so many beautiful talented young women coming up. So far these women seem to be driven and hard working whereas our Ms Lohan is simply in party mode and cannot seem to get out of it. She is always refered to as The Mean Girls star, well how long ago was that movie made? Sorry, I have to disagree with you on that. I don’t see people trashing her to feel better about themselves. The first few years, everyone thought she was just in a phase going down the wrong road-but that “phase” has taken up more of her life than non-phase. She lies, steals, cheats, does drugs and makes a mess of herself constantly. After a certain point you just have to sit back and shake your head and laugh at her lack of intellegence and her repeated behavior after being jailed, dragged to court and clipping babies with her car-she STILL won’t accept responsibility for her actions and turn herself around.
For some reason I am recalling that when she got into that scuffle with that woman at rehab, the rehab facility said it would pay her rent at that place for a year so she wouldn’t sue them….Is the year up??

I’m embroiled in a huge thing with Delmar on TMZ on this story. I know I should just let it lie, but I can’t. This story is beyond stupid and unbelievable. Lindsay is just so fucking lovable that people give her free hotel rooms because they are worried about her safety. Riiiiiiight. How many “artists” in this country can afford to buy a hotel room for a year and then not use it? Who is this artist? Did she dig up Andy Warhol and loot his grave?
A lot of high end prostitutes also hang out at the Marmot. It’s really sad at this point and I think it’s getting close to John Belushi time for her. Her body cannot withstand her damging it much further. Look at her teeth, her skin, the bloat and I wouldn’t be surprised if her hair badly damaged and falling out (hence the ratty looking weaves). She cannot go much longer if this is the path she has chosen. It used to be funny but now it’s just sad.

She used to be so, so pretty! She had so much charisma, I thought she’d be an enormous star with staying power. I do feel sorry for her and I feel like this is blood sport watching her decline. I think her problems have less to do with addiction and more to do with not having boundaries and self-discipline growing up. It’s Shakespearean really.

why should i feel sorry for her? She made her own bed. She hasn’t changed. From the carjacking & kidnapping those guys, to all her stealing,and her repeated DUIs or being busted for cocaine on SEVERAL occasions and then claiming that rehab was like a vacation.
She got away with attacking that Betty Ford worker,(we heard the 911 call)and Betty Ford paid for blohan’s house.
She has been seen throwing cigarettes and drinks at people in public (makes me wonder what she’s like in private) and yet she still gets into parties.
She got away with running a red light and clipping a baby stroller, a guy who installed a sound system had to go to the tabloids before she paid him.. and on and on…
She’s never been held accountable for anything, so why should I feel sorry for her? The very courts of California scrape and kiss her feet.
I’d say she’s doing great for a so-so former-child-actress whose claim to fame is based on remakes and ensemble pieces.
I reserve my sympathy for people who actually want to get better and can’t afford all the opportunities she has gleefully pissed away.
I feel the same way, When she finally dies, I will NOT feel sorry for her.
She has had ONE too many chances and she blows them every fucking time.

If she would have made at least one attempt to get better I would feel sorry for her but for someone to get away with so much crap and not give a flying rat’s ass WHY should anyone feel sorry for her?

It’s a shame that not one of you knows anything about addiction or recovery.
But try to imagine breaking a habit – any habit, never mind something as tough as drug addiction – with a bunch of mindless trolls screaming at you every day. “You’re no good! You haven’t got a chance! You’ve got no career! You’re a pathetic loser, and you’ll never break that habit!”

Plenty of us know what it means to be addicted. But what do you say to someone who has been given an insane amount of chances to clean up and yet they still refuse? I think for many on here calling her these things is our way of giving her tough love. It may be cruel but she is the one who is choosing to throw her life away instead of realizing she has a problem. I realized I had a problem and made the choice to stay clean. I took responsibilty for my actions instead of making excuse after excuse. Many of us see ourselves in LL but we made the choices to live a better life. Why should we coddle someone who utterly refuses to help themselves?

I cannot feel sorry for her. She’s had means, opportunity and more than enough 2nd chances to get her shit together! Addicts who don’t have her “status” are not afforded the same measure, so why should I care about yet another bratty ex-celebrity who pissed her life and career away for drugs, yet pretends like she’s still the cat’s meow? Nevermind Weinstein’s party, she shouldn’t be allowed in WalMart!
