These are some photos from last night’s UK premiere of What To Expect When You’re Expecting. As I expected, Jennifer Lopez was a no-show. She only came to one of the premieres! Probably because she’s such a BIG STAR! Then how to you explain Cameron Diaz’s constant red carpet hustle on behalf of the film? God knows.

Anyway, Cameron was the biggest star on last night’s red carpet. She wore head-to-toe Stella McCartney which… is better in theory than the reality on the carpet. You know how much I loathe Stella’s designs, but I could see how the idea of this worked – smart white trousers and a simple, elegant white strapless top, combined in some kind of jumpsuit-like onesie – only a beautiful woman with a kickass body could make it work. The problem isn’t with Cameron – she’s a beautiful woman with a kickass body. The problem is the cut and length of the trousers (cheap, unflattering) and the weird effect of the top part, which really just seems like a glorified tube top on Camy. I think the jumpsuit fails because it’s a onesie – if it had been separates, the two pieces would have had smarter tailoring.

Cheryl Cole was at the premiere too, and Camy and Cheryl posed together for some reason. Next to Cheryl, Cameron looks great. Probably because Cheryl looks like a busted bride at the mall in this Victoria Beckham dress.

I am a huge fan of Anna Kendrick. I think she’s incredibly talented and adorable. But this girl really needs to find a stylist who knows what they’re doing. She should style herself like Reese Witherspoon’s early Hollywood years, and not try to be… whatever this is. The dress is Christian Dior, and I just don’t think this high-style look fits Anna’s general “cuteness” vibe.
