Abs! That was my first thought when I saw these photos of Pink and Carey Hart at the VMAs last night. This is maybe the first time I’ve seen a woman wear a gown in which her crazy ab muscles are so… prominent. The dress is Stella McCartney, which I wasn’t expecting. If I’m judging it as a Stella dress, it’s pretty decent. If I’m judging it overall… it’s not the best. Still, I love Pink and Carey and they look great together. I wonder if they’ll be making another baby?!
As for Pink’s performance of her new single “Blow Me (One Last Kiss)”… I’ve included the video below. I actually wasn’t really a fan of the song, but this performance was pretty good. Pink is almost always a great live act. And seriously, her body is CRAY. I wish I was that athletic and strong.

Meanwhile, I can remember when people hated on Pink the same way Ke$ha gets hated on these days. Go ahead and flame on, but I like Ke$ha. She’s a funny, interesting and intelligent interview, and some of her songs are very catchy (I have “Blow” on my iPod). She writes a lot of her own stuff too, and she writes for other artists too. Not so dumb! I think Ke$ha is trying to revamp her image a bit along the way… she looks like she’s lost some weight, and her makeup actually looks decent here.
PS… Why were so many people wearing sleeves these days? It’s a wonderful new trend! I love a good sleeved dress.

When Ke$ha came on screen last night, I immediately commented to my bff that she looks like she showered. I actually think she looked really nice- it’s crazy what looking CLEAN will do for your overall image.
As for Pink, I think she’s absolutely fantastic, but the abs look weird in that dress.

Pink looks real cute. Athletic is the word to describe her, for sure.
Kesha just has an inverted triangle body-shape that needs much, much different clothing styles! But yeah, can’t hate on the girl. She reminds me of those kind of thoughtful-dreamy girls that always seem to be a bit spaced out in their own world.

I have always liked Pink, even if I’m not a huge fan of most of her songs.
I really don’t care for the sexy or budget, beautiful or fug, botoxy or natural, whimsical or dated – openers . Those silly headlines have irked me for the longest time. We come to read your opinions, so have one. We will agree or disagree one way or the other but for Pete’s sake pick one.

I disagree. The headlines that are a bit off are the ones where she writes, Ugly or Hideous? Tired or Budget dress of 6 months ago?
She asks us to choose one or the other but it’s basically the same opinion. A headline like this one makes me curious to see if she’s going to choose sexy or budget.

You are correct. I know that I’m going to disagree on taste in men (which seems less smarmy lately , no) and most Oscar/ Emmy/ Tony wardrobe opinions. That’s half the fun! Perhaps that why I find these posts odd.

I love Pink’s commitment to interesting love acts. She never just struts around with background dancers, she brings interesting visuals and athletic elements and keeps it fresh. She’s a true performer.

I love Pink so much. I think the dress has that effect and she liked it. I like how you can tell she earned that body by working out and eating right. Sometimes I wish she would take it back just a notch to look a little softer, but that’s just not her thing. Respect.

Being a blue grass and alt country type, every fiber of my being wants to hate Pink.
I just can’t!!! She’s fantastic!!! Her body is INCREDIBLE. Though her tunes are really poppy they’re empowering, and I always find myself singing along.

I’ve really grown to like Pink a great deal, and I think she looks fabulous. What I admire the most about her lately is that after she had her baby, she managed to keep a low profile, lose the weight without trumpeting how “easy” it was. I find her down to earth and I love her music.
As for Kesha, she looks so much better without all the glittery crap, but that dress does her no favors!

Kesha does look so much better these days,I don’t love her music but there are a few of her songs I like and she doesn’t annoy me like Katy Perry so she’s ok for me.
I actually like both these girls with their give zero fucks attitude. However, Pink has the six pack abs over a slight pot belly that I’ve noticed before. It’s a common side effect of using HGH while working out (Drita from Mob Wives has the same thing). And I hope it’s not the case because if she is getting that physique by messing with that crap she’s playing with fire. People end up having weird cancers and growths and the swollen torso doesn’t go away even after you stop using it. Hopefully I’m wrong….

I love Pink. She is a genuine talent, and seems down to earth, humble, and smart as hell in every interview I’ve seen or read.
