I’ve noticed something weird about Kim Kardashian post-pregnancy announcement. The paparazzi seem to be going out of their way to respectfully shoot her from the front. Which is sad, because I really want to see that pregnant ass. Is that mean? I didn’t mean it in a mean way. I just want to see if her ass gets crazy big, or if it stays the same size. I think Kim is worried about it too – she’s been pap’d going into the gym A LOT lately. Anyway, it seems that other people are thinking about the size of Kim’s ass, and how it will probably expand. TMZ spoke to reps at Jenny Craig and Medifast to see if Kim would be in the running for a post-baby weight loss endorsement deal. Long story short, no one wants to deal with that ass.
Two major weight loss companies won’t touch Kim Kardashian’s “big fat ass” with a 10-foot pole … TMZ has learned they have zero interest in signing the pregnant celeb to a Jessica Simpson type deal.
Reps for Jenny Craig and Medifast tell TMZ they won’t be be helping Kim K shed her post-baby weight — and their reason, ironically enough, is the reality TV star isn’t real enough.
Medifast said its not looking for any celeb endorsements — but Jenny Craig was more specific, telling us they’re … focusing on “real results for real women” this year.
Interestingly, JC’s rep added, “We will continue our working relationship with Mariah Carey.”
Of course we don’t know if Kim’s even looking for a new weight loss deal … she endorsed Quick Trim last year.

I imagine all of the WW people are still on suicide watch after the Jessica Simpson debacle – and I still say that people probably got fired over that at WW. On Friday, February 15 – the day after Valentine’s Day – Kim and Kris’ divorce lawyers will be in court setting a date for the trial. The earliest the trial can be scheduled would be the middle of June to accommodate Kris’ basketball schedule. His team the Nets is now in second place in its division, and the play-offs don’t end until June. Kim, who’s 12 weeks pregnant, is due at the end of June.

Agreed! I have also read on other sites that his grounds for wanting an annulment are purely because of his religion. I don’t know what sect of Christianity his is but I know in the Catholic church you cannot get married in the church or receive sacraments if you are divorced, your previous marriage must be annulled. The church does seem to play a large part in his life, remember when Kitty Killer flew to Minnesota to “save her marriage” in order to meet with the minister who married them. Because of that I believe that there may be more at stake then simply he wants her money and the ring back! An annulment does seem more fitting to this situation anyway.
@Relli – please let me clear up about annulments and the Catholic Church. First the annulment comes from the church not the state (I know, my ex wanted an annulment and I would not help with it – he must have paid big bucks for it). So that being said, if you are not married in the Catholic Church you do not need an annulment to receive sacraments or get married again. Second, I agree this was not about money. Didn’t he turn down $7 million when this first came out. He has always said it was not about the money. Kim is the one holding things up and she only has herself (and whomever is giving her advice) to blame. I think she does this because it makes for more drama and face time in the media.

I guess my point was that he may want an annulment for religious reasons within his own church. I was using the Catholic church as an example because thats what I know, but I know Humphrey is not a Catholic but is a Christian based on his actions. Therefore, it may be important to him and his beliefs that his “first marriage” be annulled in order for him to get married again. If that is the case, then I can understand the hold out; if she is going to put his life on hold by not granting him an annulment, he can put her life on hold too. I say, well played!

The prenup doesn’t come into play if there is an annulment, but neither do commmunity property laws. The whole point is that he wants a legal ruling that there was never a marriage at all. No marriage, no property settlement, no alimony, etc. The only way he could get any of her money if the marriage is annulled is under some kind of breach of contract claim relating to the marketing of the wedding, and he would have that same claim if they get divorced.

I think it’s a combination of both. Kim doesn’t want to admit what everyone already knows, that their “marriage” was a fraud AND she doesn’t want to potentially lose millions to Kris H. I also think that an annulment would allow Kris H to speak freely about the Kardashian’s, and no one the the KKK family wants that to happen.

I actually believe Kim married Kris with genuine delusions of a fairy tale romance/love etc. She was desperate to get married and rushed into it without getting to know Uh, Basketball. But this doesn’t make the marriage fraudulent, many ppl make mistakes when marrying and that doesn’t mean the marriage was fraudulent to the point of illegal. I think we must all know women who marry partly for te sake of being married with delusions of romance and love etc and I wouldn’t think that means the union should be dissolved as though it never existed (which is what would occur in an annulment).
Kris also benefited from the wedding so he needs to move on and stop pretending he wants the “truth” and that this isn’t a last minute cash grab. He started dating that KK lookalike the moment the divorce was announced, so it’s not like he can clutch his pearls here.

umm he wasn’t overheard he said it- and he said it as a huge compliment to weight watchers. he said it was a scam that he gets to get paid to lose weight, because the program is so easy.
If I remember correctly the ‘scam’ part was what was said on the microphone he assumed was off. The ‘scam because its so easy to stick to the program’ part came out in a later statement to explain why he called it a scam.

Math isn’t my strongest subject by far, but I need someone to explain to me the timing of this baby’s due date. I’m currently 17 weeks pregnant and due mid-June (June 10). So, how is KK only 12 weeks along (5 weeks behind me) but due only two after me?
And unless that announcement is three weeks old, I’m not sure how KK/Radar is getting those numbers.
Ok I’m glad I’m not the only one who thought that was odd. Two years ago on new year’s day, I told my family and friends I was pregnant and I was 10 weeks at the time and my daughter was born in August. So the timeline makes no sense, wouldn’t baby Kimye be due in July?
I would like to believe that I am open minded, but I am so sick of the term, ‘baby daddy’. If you are not married, you are having a child with your significant other, boyfriend or partner. That term is one away from an appearance on Jerry Springer. Feel that same about the term, ‘baby mama’. Ugggg.I just won’t accept that we are dumbing down as people.

I don’t think this blind is about Kim because didn’t she host at 1OAK? Isn’t that the same type of place she always hosts? The money sounds right though, because they are reporting she made $300K so even though that is a kings ransom for me if she is used to commanding twice that amount that part would fit the blind. #tabasco – I have seen some of the video but I don’t remember that part so someone will have to answer that one. I just remember not being impressed with her skills and Ray J is so gross. Also, I too think getting peed on is very weird and not a turn on, but there are people out there who like that. Kris Humphries isn’t entitled to any financial compensation if there’s an annulment — which is what he has been asking for THIS WHOLE TIME.
A pre-nup is only necessary if there is a valid marriage in existance.
An ANNULMENT would effectively legally declare TO THE WORLD that the marriage NEVER EXISTED. If there isn’t a valid marriage, a pre-nup is superfluous since there is no need for one.
A DIVORCE would legally declare TO THE WORLD that there WAS a valid marriage, that there IS need for a pre-nup and that the couple is in fact ENDING their valid marriage.
He wants an ANNULMENT because he says that it was NEVER a real marriage.
She wants a DIVORCE because she says there WAS a marriage and wants the pre-nup enforced (including the built-in CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT).
She DOES NOT want an ANNULMENT of “the marriage” because that would effectively prove that the whole marriage ceremony they participated in was FRAUDULENT and might have to RETURN or PAY the monies and gifts donated by sponsors for the wedding. Not only that she MIGHT have to give Kris HIS HALF of the appearance money E! Entertainment paid the Kardashian family for the televised special…and that’s still a BIG MIGHTY MIGHT because he might have signed over all future rights to his appearances/image when he FIRST started showing up on episodes of the “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” show.
If she REALLY wants out, all she has to do is sign the annulment papers. That’s it. One signature. Done. Over. Finito. No courts. No depositions. No fuss. She doesn’t even need to hand over any cash.
