These are photos of Chris Brown celebrating his twenty-fourth birthday at Oak in Vegas on Friday night, and he’s wearing a jacket that vaguely resembles an overpriced version of Bradley Cooper’s sweats-with-trash-bag uniform in Silver Linings Playbook. While I always snicker just a little bit when a full-fledged adult throws a (non-milestone) birthday party for himself, I guess Chris really doesn’t act like an adult, and the Mirage undoubtedly paid him to party there. Evidently, Chris can’t hold his liquor either (no surprise there) because the next morning, he proudly tweeted, “Do too wasted at the party. Threw up crazy!! Lol!”

Mostly, this story is an excuse for me to post photos of Rihanna’s new extreme-ombre hair extensions (shown at the bottom of this post), but it’s also somewhat noteworthy because Rihanna did not attend Chris’ party for various reasons, including but not limited to the following: (1) They’re off again, and he’s stalking her Instagram to the point where he figured out within hours that she followed Drake; (2) She was on tour in NYC all weekend; or (3) Both. Who was present at Chris’ party? Karrueche Tran. Naturally:

With Rihanna in New York City on her Diamonds World Tour, Chris Brown celebrated his birthday at Emerson nightclub in Hollywood … with ex Karrueche Tran in attendance.

We’re told Karrueche — Chris’ other on-again/off-again girlfriend — was invited by Chris himself to the party to celebrate Chris turning 24. Our sources say the two still talk often and hang out, and that she still cares about Chris very much.

Here’s to hoping some combination of these crazy kids can make it work.

I sort of wish that Karrueche realized that Chris is probably only using her to get back at Rihanna, but I also think that any woman who dates Chris should damn well realize what she’s getting herself into as a matter of course. That is, being with Chris means that one not only subjects herself to periodic rejection when he inevitably gets back with RiRi but also that any association with him is physically dangerous as well.

Meanwhile, Rihanna is showing off her unusually long hair extensions in New York, and she shared a few photos on Instagram. The Mail also has some courtside views so you can see just how long these suckers really are. These extensions really are too much, right? The two-toned look is far too drastic as well. Rihanna can get away with almost any look, but not this one.
