The woman could wear a more flattering eye makeup look. Eliminate the black ringing the eye, which makes the eye look smaller. Emphasize the crease area and do a soft edging to the eye. But – if that dreadful eyeliner look is tattooed on, forget it. Same with Kate. Her under eye bags are accentuated with the black lower eyeliner. Soft smudgier would be much better.

As for TWC, the MPAA and ‘The Butler’….
There is a lot more to the story. Let’s just say that TWC tried to strong arm Warner Brothers and the MPAA into getting what they want on this. There are rules and regulations set down that were agreed upon by all the studios way back when the MPAA was founded, Harvey and Co decided that the rules didn’t pertain to them. It’s not about ‘confusion’ between the two films. It’s about the rules.
Funny… Considering that TWC distributed the film ‘Bully’ last year, that they tried to bully WB into getting what they want.

Big Brother this year is really disturbing. I had no idea about all the controversy going on because I do not watch the live feeds or BB After Dark. I’ve been saying since the first episode though that each contestant seems to fit the typical Big Brother contestant stereotype – but to the EXTREME. Several of my friends and family members also watch it and they have also said that this is the dumbest and grossest cast yet. There just isn’t one likeable person on there (although Helen seems decent, they really haven’t shown much of her, and I’m guessing that’s because she hasn’t done anything overly ridiculous yet).
Happy 4th & Happy Thursday (Friday in some parts, already)! The SO and I got up early to do yard work before the heat set in, and once it was too hot to work, we had a big discussion about whether the local hardware store would be open today – which it totally is. There was even a line at the cashier. So, I won that round, thank you very much.
Okay, I know that there won’t be a lot of people around to answer this during the day, but hopefully y’all will come back at night.
I know this 19 year old soldier, through my aunt who lives in Fort Drum. He’s going to Afghanistan soon, and I was going to send him some cookies, fudge, tablet (good on whoever mentioned it yesterday), and any other baked goods that travel well.
So I was wondering if anyone had any recipes, beyond the basic cookies, fudge, and so on…recipes that will travel well in a box.

Happy Independence Day Everyone!!! Lots of laughs on putting Carol Middleton on the front of your 4th of July shoutout. Though I do love her outfit. Maybe it is fitting though since Carol does resemble the proud and fierce predator the bald eagle. She is an expert and patient hunter. After all it took her 28 years to lock down her prey.
