Here are some new photos of Robert Pattinson “escaping” LA yesterday – he was at LAX, allegedly on his way to London for some quality time with his family and friends, I’m hoping. I’ve been wanting Sparkles to get out of LA for a while – too many memories, too many bad influences, too many drugs, too much Kristen Stewart. More on the drugs in just a sec…
It’s interesting to note that I was right, Sparkles was in the LA area during the Thanksgiving holiday, as was Kristen Stewart, and yet there were no reports of them spending any time together. Huh. Trouble in Twihard Paradise Redux? Even Hollywood Life seems wary of hyping the “romance” again – they claim that Kristen has been “partying” with friends since Rob left. Although HL does say that Kristen would “love” to go public with her renewed romance with Sparkles, he’s all “no, baby, this is a secret.” Which means that they’re banging but he’s also banging other ladies.
As for the drugs… Radar has a “story” which is basically – and I’m not even joking – saying “Rob was photographed with some dude and in the background of the photo, someone seems to be holding a baggie of cocaine, thus Rob has a drug problem!” You can see the photo and story here. Don’t get me wrong, it wouldn’t surprise me at all if Rob was doing rails every other night. But I just don’t think that photo is definitive proof.

Oh goodness gracious, so because they’re in the same city they must be doing it? The reporting on these 2 passed ridiculous about a year ago. He looks bummed he was photographed, nothing else. Although, he might be flying to the UK to pay off whoever at Glamour put him as #2, there had to be favors included.
I really don’t think or care whether they are back together. What I notice more is R Pat seems to be partying hard these days. He is always photographed looking strung out on something. Maybe it’s just me????

Look, I don’t even like the guy, I don’t think he’s sexy, I think he’s average at best as an actor but his career is not ending, at least not right now. Save these kinds of comments for maybe two years from now, he still has time to prove whether or not he’s a legit talent and whether or not he has a future in Hollywood.
It kind of surprises me, but Ashley Greene, Kellan Lutz, Kristen, Rob, and even Nikki Reed all have steady work to varying degree. Lutzy’s even in the new Expendables. Poor Tay Tay Llama Face is the only one left out in the cold, but supposedly that is due to his insane manager father.
He’s probably going to be at Cannes again next year with the new Cronenberg film, he’s starting to film Herzog’s Queen of the Desert with Nicole Kidman soon. Sundance announces its lineup today and everyone is expecting The Rover to be in it. I hardly call that someone’s career being “over”.

Is he wearing the same clothes in both the airport pic and the party pic? The Radar piece said the pic was taken on the 17th? I’m kinda confused. Maybe he’s left LA for good (he’s only renting in BH). Might be a healthier move for him to get away from the LA drug scene.

Hollywood Life is fanfiction and I highly doubt he and Sulky are banging (no receipts). I think they are friends, and I kind of wonder if they were only good friends the entire times. They both seem happy apart imo and they have steady work….. I guess the psychotic twi-hards though provide enough hits to keep the tabloids going on though from depicting her as a Jen Aniston 2.0 or saying they are banging again. HL’s and Radar’s crappy writing is funny though, red wine and a restaurant in Venice turn into “partying” and Rob is depicted as some romance hero on the cover of a Harlequin novel or “shocker, party in HL has coke in the background” RME.
As far as the drug thing, he always struck me as just a stoner but I saw some photos of him on Just Jared at some charity thing not that long ago and his pupils were the size of dinner plates. I hope that was just the flash, but mama is starting to look rough and not in the dirty hipster way. Being in London will hopefully be good for him, away from that Chateau crowd.

Alcohol pinpoints or dilates pupils though, I know from personal experiences, I get black disks after two drinks. His eyes always look red and glazed over. He seems to be more into depressants, he always looks mellow and even drowsy to me. So I agree with you that he probably is a pothead, and a really heavy drinker, which is just as bad a coke head IMO.
Rob has a face longer than a horses. Nothing like wearing your emotion on your sleeve (or your bottom lip for that matter).
Ho hum, the redux on the fauxmance didn’t garner the kind of attention their PR teams were hoping for, so now they have to break them up again…

I usedv to think he was really ugly when he the first twilight came out. My friend kept going on and on about how hot he is. A couple yrs ago i ended up watching one of his interviews and he was funny and charming and for some reason after that i started to think hes cute. He is one of the Few celebrities that i root for.

Loyal opposition here- I find him quite good looking, esp in a suit. Seriously, tho, the drugging insinuations are going a bit over the top. I just read a brief story about Nigella testifying re her insinuated “drug binges”- amazingly, now when there are consequences to saying this stuff in court- she doesn’t have one!! Yet Nigella kept quiet and soldiered on through all the mud slinging. I am in no way suggesting that the apparent horror show of Nigella’s marriage is equivalent to this, but it does highlight the impossibility of combatting Internet based rumors. I agree it’s good he’s in London.

I read that one too. HL is hilarious, and I’m convinced they keep up with the fanfiction of a now old break up for the money from the delusional twi-hards. Tay Tay Lautner was photographed at a gas station in Los Feliz, so somehow that becomes “he was hanging out with Kristen late at night” escandalando (the reaching on that smh). LBR too, Llama Lautner is as gay as Elton John and since he’s tight with Sulky he is probably trying to rifle through her closet and throw away her trucker hats.
Sparkles needs a real publicist imo. A real publicist could help quell some of the constant tabloid rumors. Some of his career moves are weird, too. The Dior commercial with a romantic movie vibe, when he’s trying to shake off his Twilight image and doesn’t need the money was bizarre. Anyway, here’s to hoping he stays in London and hires a real publicist who can direct him on making the right moves.

@Tig – since there is no proof or admission that’s Taylor’s gay, his coming from Kristen’s in the early morning hours is a bad story. Although Robsten is done now, it raises the old allegations that Kristen and Taylor were messing around on Rob’s watch during Twilight’s heyday. Given Rupert – who saw THAT coming – it’s not a stretch. If proven true Kristen will be reaffirmed as a trampire and Taylor’s good guy reputation will take a hit. He’ll be Rupert 2.0

Oh come on now! How is Taylor leaving Kristen’s house a “bad story”??? Can’t a guy and a girl have a genuine friendship without sex involved? Besides, what level headed person bought into those silly made up Kristen/Taylor hook up stories during the Twilight days?! Taylor and Kristen both openly admitted in many interviews that they have become close friends who still ocassionally hang out together. It’s not unheard of for co-stars to develop close friendships off camera, during and after filming. Kristen has even said that Taylor is like a little brother to her. Just because Taylor was seen leaving Kristen’s house late at night or in the early morning hours, doesn’t neccessarily mean they are having sex! Platonic friends of the opposite sex can hang out together into the wee hours without sex involved. LOL

He may drink, but the drug thing is false. He just needs to decide if he wants Kristen as a wife or not. He is 27. I can’t believe that his father let his sisters dress him up as a girl until he was 12, then introduced him as Clare. This seems weird. I have not seen him smoking recently either. I think he is a fine actor. If his family is interfering with he and Kristen, they need to stop. Especially his sisters. If they marry, Kristen will bare his children. I am sorry for the tears Kristen shed, but Robert needs a break. Just leave them both alone and let them rest. God in the Name of Jesus be with them both.

I agree. Rob drinks socially like most guys his age but there is no proof he uses drugs. Pictures of him looking tired or bleary eyed at a bar do not mean he’s strung out or using drugs. As if he’d be so stupid to use illegal drugs openly in a public bar or nightclub in plain view with bystanders nearby. I don’t believe any of these claims starting with the Viper Room/Chateau Marmont stories and certainly not by an instagram picture which may or not have some stranger in the background with no known association to Rob holding an unidentifiable substance. There’s no proof… just alot of assumptions and made up stories that sound more fanfic than truth.

Yes, Kristen was caught making out with her SWATH director over 18 months ago. She admitted her guilt and everybody involved has moved on in their personal and professional lives. I am not a close-minded person who judges a mistake, even one as big as Kristen’s, as a life-time sentence. A mistake made, especially at age 22, should not be what defines a person for the rest of their life , including Kristen. People do change for the better…especially after making a very bad judgement call that affected and hurt others. She is living a very quiet life these days working on her small independent films and spending time with close friends away from the Hollywood spotlight. She admitted she is more of a homebody who prefers low key gatherings with friends to hanging out in celeb filled bars and nightclubs. Her recent sightings these past 18 months seem to back up her words.
With that said, I have no reason to doubt her strictly platonic friendship with Taylor as they both have admitted many times in interviews what close friends they have become since their Twilight days. Even if they are “dating” or exploring the next level in their friendship, so what? Both are single now and are free to do as they please. I still don’t think they are romantically involved with eachother. And it certainly isn’t a “bad story” like you implied it was in your first reply.

Rob always looks like that when papps are taking picture after picture of him. He gives them no expression. He’s walking through an airport. How this makes him a “drug addict” and all moony over Kristen, is beyond me.
If he was doing promotions, interviews, etc., and he looked depressed, was slurring his words, was acting “out of it” in any way, I would start to worry.

He went to London to start preproduction on his new film. I don’t believe he has a drinking or drug problem. I think he is like any othe twenty something single man and goes out for drinks. As for Kristen they have been over for a while, but are now just friends.

Where’s your physical proof that Kristen and Taylor are in a current sexual relationship? Also I’d like you to back up your allegations that both were fooling around with eachother behind Rob’s back during the filming of the Twilight movies like you mentioned earlier. All these false claims and blatant lies about Taylor and Kristen were purposely started by crazy Rob stans to stir up trouble. They took innocent sightings of Taylor and Kristen hanging out together and twisted it into fanfic to suit their agendas. It didn’t matter that most of the time Taylor and Kristen weren’t even alone in these sightings, usually some of Kristen’s friends were with them too.
Let’s not forget how the Kristen-hating Rob stans sent Hollywood Life and other media outlets pictures of Kristen’s openly gay friend arriving at her house while Rob was in Australia filming The Rover and claimed the gay friend was her secret lover. Those same crazy stans also sent all the media outlets pictures of Kristen’s friend’s car being driven by a valet employee at a Mexican restaurant Kristen and her friends had dinner earlier claiming the valet driver was really Rupert meeting up with Kristen while Rob was away in New York. The restaurant manager even issued a statement confirming the man driving the car was an employee of the restaurant, not Sanders like the stans claimed. Both fake stories went viral all over the internet and even landed on the covers of some magazines.
So excuse me for not wanting lies about Kristen and Taylor fooling around together spreading like wildfire once again by crazy stans wanting to stir up trouble.

You’re joking right? I used to (hiding my head in shame) semi-stan for both, and am now just a regular old kind of fan…but BOTH sides have a few incredibly pathetic stans who stalk the other and send in fake stories to the tabloids. Both stans do the same exact thing, even though they’ve been broken up for ages…..and both of those remaining stans need to move on. As far as the drug thing goes, they gained traction because mama was hanging with a rough crowd (I love Michelle R. and the Death Grips, but their issues with substances are well known) and at places like the Chateau on a regular basis and looking bad. Regardless of whatever crap the stans send in, those kind of rumors would have started up no matter what in those circumstances. He’s in London now though, so that ought to stop.
