Nicole Richie is an obvious perfectionist about her body. She starves herself thin, and has admitted wanting to change her nose:
This may be her way of letting the press know that she’s about to undergo plastic surgery. Richie was photographed outside a plastic surgeon’s office on May 9th.
She needs to see a therapist and work out her issues. From what I learned from the handful of college-level psychology courses I attended while nursing a hangover, Richie suffers from body dysmorphic disorder:
Even though Body Dysmorphic disorder isn’t just shown in cases of eating disorders (someone afflicted with BDD can obsess not about weight, but instead about their hair, nose, chest, etc.), it still hurts and ruins the lives of whoever is afflicted with it.
Meanwhile Richie has said that she’s not friends with Paris Hilton anymore because she’s just too good for her:
Sounds like a junior-high level assessment of friendship.
Nicole looks like she has gained a little bit of essential weight. In these pictures of her shilling for Sprint at the E3 convention on Wednesday she looks slightly more healthy. Maybe her confession to Vanity Fair about being too thin helped her to eat a little bit.
She has a sickness…don’t know the name…but she’s never be happy with the way she looks. I mean why the hell would she be changing her nose…there’s nothing wrong with it. It looks fine! She just constantly wants to change something about herself, weather it’s weight or surgery, etc etc…But I can’t blame her! People these days, when talking about someone seem to never notice their qualities but rather point out everything they can find wrong with them. That’s fucked up! A person can look amazing and have an unusual nose or some other feauture or have some scar, etc…that’s not what makes you beautiful! It’s all of your feautures together that do! Plus, nobody’s perfect. If they were they would be plain and boring!
