Here are some photos of Kim Kardashian out and about in Paris yesterday. The black outfit with the cropped white jacket – I think that was from earlier in the day, as Kim wandered around Paris looking like a zombie with designer Azzedine Alaia. According to Fame/Flynet, they visited the Galliera Museum and the Modern Art Museum together. I know we’ve discussed this before, but what’s going on with Kim lately? She really does seem like a zombie. Her expression is almost always blank and frozen. It’s not just Botox – it’s like the spark is gone. Is it just exhaustion from putting up with Kanye?
I’m also including some photos of Kim in a silvery jumpsuit. Yes, a JUMPSUIT. A satin jumpsuit. She wore that to the Stephane Rolland show, so I suspect it’s a Rolland jumpsuit, and man is that thing trashy and cheap-looking (the jumpsuit, not Kim). Look at the cut! Look at the cheap material. So gross. You can see some additional photos at the Mail. That fabric wrinkles if you look at it sideways too. Ugh. Another fashion fail, Kim.
As for the situation with the 18-year-old racist who got beat up by Kanye last week, TMZ has an interesting update:
The 18-year-old who Kanye West allegedly beat up last week in a chiropractor’s waiting room has approached the rapper, asking for a ton of money to settle the case without criminal prosecution … TMZ has learned.
Sources connected with the 18-year-old tell us … his lawyer called Kanye’s people and expressed the desire to strike a civil settlement — FOR A PRICE — several hundred thousand dollars.
We’re told the 18-year-old is adamant — he does NOT want to go through a public trial. As we reported … Kim Kardashian claims the young man was hurling racial epithets, calling her a “n***er lover” among other things. We’re also told he has not been responsive with the police since the incident.
As for the $$$ … although eyewitnesses in the Beverly Hills chiropractor’s office say Kanye pummeled the guy … we’re hearing he has no apparent injuries. Nonetheless, avoiding a criminal trial has a price. Sources say both sides are currently in negotiations.
Is it worth it to make this whole thing go away? If the kid doesn’t have any injuries and there’s a history of disturbing behavior from the kid, I say Kanye and Kim could easily call his bluff and refuse to settle. But it’s more likely that Kanye or Kim (or both) will just write a $200,000 check and call it a day.

Way before the fame, and during her very early fame, she used to be a stunner with a sparkle in her eyes. Now, she simply appears vacant. I think she is turning into a mannequin because Kanye wants a compliant piece of arm candy and dress up doll.
I can’t stand the woman but I agree that there use to be a fun sparkle in her eye that has been replaced with a vacant look. But she was desperate to attach herself to someone who could help her climb the social ladder. Looks like that has come at a price.

I had the same thought. In photos of her prior to the baby she was always smiling to a certain degree. Now, in almost every photo she just seems sad. And it looks like she had more work done to her face or is it just me?

I’ve been suspicious that Kim’s vacant look can be attributed to Vicodin use. With all the plastic surgery she’s had recently she’s probably doped to the gills.
As far as new procedures it appears she’s trying to conceal that incredibly large space between her upper lip and her nose. That top lip has been plumped to the max. She appears to still be swollen in the recent Paris photos.
I’ve wondered about post-partum too. Her eyes just seem….dead. Hopefully it is just a combination of new baby exhaustion and having to deal with Ye and his massive ego. Or possibly she’s self-medicating?

Kim is a narcissist who is consumed with beauty and admiration, she could be depressed over her botched face and being universally mocked and despised as well as having to tolerate Kanye. Whatever so called “career” she had is over, no more photo shoots, endorsements, etc.

Is Kim’s plan working? She wants to appear as the “victim”. She wants us to believe she is being controlled by Kanye and that he forces her to be away from her daughter. She wants us to think she’s just “so sad” when she’s far away from her baby. She didn’t need to go to Paris Fashion Week. It’s not a part of her “job”. Kanye was there to promote a new line of his, but her being there was not mandatory, especially when she has a baby at home. I don’t buy anything Kim says or does, it’s all calculated. She is preparing us for their break-up.
I think she has finally realized that she has no talent to fall back on. The reality show is not doing that well in ratings and this might be the last season. I’ve heard their Sears clothing line is not doing that well either. She’s got nothing left really. Part of me thinks she isn’t smiling in photos anymore because she knows that if she does smile, her facial surgeries will be even more obvious than they already are. Also, Kanye rarely smiles in pap photos – I’m thinking she’s trying to be like him to appear more “serious”. She wants to run in the same crowd he does, smiling for pap photos is not something you do if you want to be taken seriously by the Vogue crowd.

I agree. There were photos from Leno, I think, where she was trying to smile, and her mouth wasn’t moving normally. Her upper lip wouldn’t go up, her mouth only moved sideways in a grimmace-type look. I think she has frozen her “laugh line” area, the side of her cheeks near her eyes where crows feet would go, and her forehead. Trying to smile through that is frightening, and I thnk she knows this.

he may in the wrong legally but that means nothing, it’s a technicality. In any other country that racist would be arrested on hate speech charges but you don’t have laws like like in america protecting people from that kind of abuse, so yes kanye may be technically in the wrong morally however he is not.
It’s not a “technicality’ to assault someone. The reason that there aren’t laws governing words, is because, well, The First Amendment. While I don’t advocate hateful and hurtful speech, once you start legislating words, it becomes ever more easy for the government to silence dissidents.

@pinkerton. There ARE laws protecting us from abuse. All Kim had to do was call the police and tell them she was threatened by him. Since she claims to have it all on film it would be easy to prove. Everyone knows she wouldn’t stretch the truth, ever.
But the only statements she has made are to the tabloid press. Hardly proof. If what was reportedly said was true why would he be paid off to be quiet? And everyone knows how even tempered Kanye is?

Excellent post. Sometimes people don’t realize what a slippery slope that they are headed down when they want to stop someone else’s speech. Given time, that person speech may be limited as well.
However repulsive the man’s comments were, we are still living in a land the allows freedom of speech. That means freedom for racists to rant as well as those who have things to say that are worthwhile. Racists rants still do not justify a violent response.

Kanye is a song writer with a huge audience. Instead of writing trifling songs about Kim and Christmas, and showing her body on a bike, why not write about racism and this experience? They weren’t in the chiropractor’s office for a visit. That is the office the young man went into. It was stated that Kim went to her appointment at another non-doctor’s office after the incident.
Kim was at some furniture related business meeting. I guess she is starting a furniture line.

I’ve been saying it. Kim will file for divorce (if it makes it that far) or sole custody of their kid. She’ll site that she was miserable, unhappy, and controlled and she’ll have pictures to prove it. ‘He’s violent’ well that can be proved by Kanye hitting the guy ‘over thirty times’. Kim’s smart, she knows what she’s doing. Because if it came down to it I don’t see Kim getting full custody of their kid when her family has been shown on television. However if we look at Kanye’s antics there is no way a judge would award him full as of now.

They don’t have to settle, it was a set up the entire time. Not once in the video footage did you hear him say anything negative. Kim yelled they had it all on tape but where is it? Don’t tell me that they aren’t releasing it for a good reason, there was no attack. No one has stepped forward, no charges were filed, nothing. All the other times there has been a K-Trash stunt they have everyone they can to come forward and clear their name. Kris hasn’t said a word nor has any of the other family members. Looks like guilt to me since this is a serious offense. Wonder if Kim was left stranded by her family on this one.
I have always thought is was fake the second it just happened after the Golden Globes weekend. This is a woman who had a fake wedding and is in danger of getting her show cancelled. She cannot stand not being the ‘headline’ for anything. She does seem like someone who would set up a fake racial attack. I can’t believe anyone would seriously by it. That 18 year old kid was a paid actor probably and the fact this is not going to court shows it is a publicity stunt. Also, why no pictures of this incident? Why are they able to go to Paris and Europe after a few days it ‘happened?
Lately I have not seen Kim K. or her loser family on any magazines lately. This is all to boost their already faded popualirty. Can’t wait for whatever pathetic set up they have for Oscar weekend lol.

What I don’t understand is why the victim’s name has not been released. In a society where nothing stays private, how have we not seen this kid’s twitter/facebook yet? We have heard no statement from the guy either…no interviews, nothing. Something is fishy indeed.

With how quickly the photos of RiRi was released of her assault, some normal kid would have instantly gone to the press to tell his story of the Kanye beatdown. This doesn’t smell like a normal Kardashian stunt, at first it did. However the rest of the Klan hasn’t come out to support Kimye in the slightest. They’ve all been too quiet. I have popcorn that I’m willing to share to watch this unfold! 😀
I think they are waiting to be told what their roles are, and what they should be saying. They just haven’t received their scripts yet.

As for this “incident”, I’m not buying it. If Kim was verbally assaulted, where is the proof? The paps were able to capture the guy holding the door for her, but not him reportedly calling her names. The kid has witnesses to the fact that Kim & Kanye stormed into his chiro’s office and that Kanye punched him, repeatedly. Now, I don’t know if the kid has visible injuries or not, but I do know Kanye had no right to put his hands on this kid if this kid didn’t put his hands on Kanye or Kim first.

Besides, they wouldn’t “match” if he had his tough-guy face on, grumbling at everyone, and she was smiling like an idiot for the cameras. Also, I think that kid was originally opening the door for KK and was using the “n-word” at the paps, who were following her. She objected, and THEN he turned on her because he was trying to be nice, and he thought she was being an ingrate. Kanye did not need to come beat the guy up. He just loves to be Mr. Psycho Tough-Guy. I think he owes the kid a few bucks to just go away. JMHO.
Apparently both of them got rejected from the Palace of Versailles. They were told they can’t have their wedding their since its not for celebrities. I don’t think the Palace of Versailles wanted to be associated with this trash anyways. LOL they will probably be only allowed at a cheap , tacky place like Vegas to have their wedding.
