Rihanna rolled out of bed to attend last night’s MTV Movie awards. She wore a flowing Ulyana Sergeenko couture ensemble. This looks like a sexy pajama outfit, but I’m pretty sure Rihanna wears nothing in the sack. The good thing about Rihanna is that she can wear anything and absolutely own it. This off-white bodysuit with a pink robe would look monstrous on anyone else, but RiRi somehow pulls it off. Her smoky makeup and curly updo also beckoned the world into her bedroom. She finished off the look with Manolo Blahnik shoes and plenty of diamonds.
Rihanna won the Best Cameo award for This is the End. She and Eminem also gave a great debut performance of Monster. I always love their duets, and this song is good preview of their their upcoming tour. You do know Em has the biggest crush in the world on Rihanna, right? He’s been talking about it for years.
Shailene Woodley went wacky and chose a funky Balmain ensemble (including strappy black Balmain sandals). The army-green leather was unusual but appropriate for the occasion. I dig the knotted top that shows a little bit of belly, and the pleating on the skirt is very cool. This look is young and very trendy. It feels odd to see Shailene wearing so much leather though. Would the indigenous people approve? Shailene received some popcorn for playing Tris, who won Favorite Character. She also presented 21 Pilots with her double co-star, Ansel Elgort.
Rita Ora worse a sleek, black Barbara Casasola gown. This is a rather demure look for Rita, but the dramatic plunge neckline saves the look from being too classy.
Chrissy Teigen went playful with flouncy little Ulyana Sergeenko number. This cocktail dress gives the perfect vibe for an MTV show, and the bird print is cool.
Leslie Mann wore a polka-dotted Juan Carlos Obando dress. She looked fresh and springlike. Check out her orange sandals!

I usually think Rhianna rocks everything. But I almost feel like this look is boring. Don’t get me wrong. She is gorgeous, she has an amazing body, but still, the outfit is so ‘bridal lingerie’, and not cutting edge enough for her.

Rihanna’s outfit is gorgeous, love it. She comes up with looks no one else does, and it works. Rita Ora would look stunning if there was a little less cleavage. I’ll never get all the fuss about Chrissy Teigen, just don’t see it. Shailene Woodley looks ridiculous and Leslie Mann needs to ease up the botox, but I love the dress, casual and comfy looking.
