Back in March, In Touch Weekly got the “scoop” on Lindsay Lohan when they published a list (in her own hand) of all of the celebrity lovers she’s ever had. The list was later confirmed as real by Lohan herself, when she appeared on Watch What Happens with Andy Cohen – LL claimed she made the list as part of her rehab/making amends whatever. She claimed someone stole it and sold it to In Touch. I say she or Dina Lohan gave it to In Touch. Anyway, James Franco was on the list. Franco quickly claimed he never slept with her. Then Franco did an interview with Howard Stern yesterday and Stern tried to get more details:
James Franco wants to make one thing clear — he has never slept with Lindsay Lohan. Rumors started swirling when an alleged copy of the list containing Lohan’s 36 lovers was discovered at her Beverly Hills Hotel in January. After insisting multiple times that he had no right to be on the list, Franco, 35, again defended his innocence on The Howard Stern Show on Wednesday, April 30.
“I will swear on anything you ask that I have never had sex with Lindsay Lohan,” Franco promised the prying host. “I bet if you brought her in here and you asked her face, ‘Did you have sex with James?’ she would say ‘Yes.’ I think she’s that…”
“Delusional?” Stern offered.
“Or doesn’t remember?” Franco mused. “Alright, we maybe kissed. It was lame. I can’t believe she put me on that private list! She’s so delusional!”
The Of Mice and Men star said that when they kissed he was “in awe” of Lohan’s higher celebrity status, but that he quickly felt bad about it, considering “she was young.”
Later in the pair’s history, they were living in the same hotel. Franco recalled one night where he woke up at 3 a.m. to find Lohan, now 27, standing over him after letting herself into his apartment, but instead of taking advantage of the situation, he assured Stern that he remained a gentleman.
“It sounds so nerdy, but I read her a story,” he confessed. “I will swear on my mother’s life that I never had sex with her.”
All this did was convince me that Franco and Lohan did have sex and it was probably pretty disgusting. Yes, Franco couldn’t do the deed because “she was young.” HOW YOUNG? Like the 17 year old he tried to pick up on social media, asking if he should get a hotel room? And we’re supposed to believe that Lindsay Lohan entered his hotel room (???) while he was sleeping (is this a Penthouse Forum letter?!?!) and all Franco did was read her a story. FFS. His explanation has just convinced me that Lindsay Lohan wasn’t crack-lying about one thing.

Remember she didn’t used to. The majority of these hookups were probably between 17 and 19. Plus like in everyday life some guys are just drawn more to the loose and easy girls.
I believe 100% that LL would break into a guy’s apartment and just stand over his bed, watching him sleep. She stalked Samantha Ronson after their breakup – remember she moved into the same neighborhood as Sam and later claimed she “didn’t know” Sam was living there? Puh-leeze. And let’s not forget her obsession with Heath Ledger, who clearly didn’t want anything to do with her. She is so delusional and self-obsessed, she can’t imagine a scenario in which a guy or girl wouldn’t want her.

I heard about Lindsay’s list but I don’t recall her saying it was a “sex” list. When did she say that? Also, Franco is a weirdo.
@kaiser he said this happened back in 2004 when she was 17 in light of recent events I am not sure I should believe him but at the same time I think her cray cray legitimately puts people off, I mean if someone broke into my room when I was sleeping that is pretty desperate and would creep me the eff out.

OT, the new yorker review of franco’s performance in that play is SCATHING. they called him painful to watch and listen to, his voice and performance described as “grating”.
I blame her parents for about 25% of her troubles (which is about the rate that genetics play a part, and her Dad definitely is a sociopath – just like Lindsay). The rest is all Lohan’s.
But if 25% is genetics (I don’t know) then you still have to add the awful upbringing. Because I wouldn’t chose Dina as my favourite mother in the world. So Lindsay definitely had her fair share of baggage. On the other hand a lot of people WERE willing and trying to help her, so it’s not like she is a total victim in this.

I honestly feel sorry for Franco. If you listen to the whole HS interview – Lohan was young, high, invasive, rude (calling an undergrad actress in Franco’s class “Horrible” out loud) and definitely stalkerish. And we all know Lohan loves to stalk the objects of her desire. For once I believe Franco. Also – on another note… I know Franco can be a douchebag sometimes, but the one thing I really respect about him is his love of learning. He has earned his degrees – and that’s a lot more than what I can say for a bunch of (in fact a good majority) of celebrities. I think that going to college after one has acquired a certain amount of fame and success already in the industry – is nothing but an asset. And no, if Lohan was in my hotel room at 3am standing over me while I was sleeping – I definitely would not screw her. But I wouldn’t read her a story either (unless it was The Boy Who Cried Wolf). And with regards to the 17 year old – I honestly can’t tell how old some women are anymore. Some teenagers can look way older than what they are and that’s scary.
He’s lying. He’s also one of the many people who contributed to her downfall. She’s ultimately responsible for herself, but other people can do things that help or harm, and he and all the other scumbags who took advantage of her when she was a teenager definitely harmed.

I actually totally buy every name on that list. Between 2004-2006, there weren’t a lot of men who would have turned her down – especially within the industry, especially just for sex. Lindsay’s a liar, but I really doubt she has to lie about how much she slept around. Besides, it’s not like she says anyone truly shocking, like Brad Pitt or RDJ or something. They’re mostly standard issue Hollywood douchebags.

There is no therapeutic reason to make it, even less to lose it and “accidentally” get it published. I don’t think she lied because her claims are reasonable. I think if she was lying the list would be all super stars. She doesn’t have the togetherness to know that we would know she is lying if she said she slept with Brad P., RDJ, and Johnny Depp all in one night and they all begged her to marry them. She isn’t a very good liar. She keeps telling us how she barely does any drugs, she works hard, ect. Seemingly oblivious to the fact that NO ONE believes her.
Yeah, Moore, I believe her not because she’s credible but because I don’t think she’d be able to come up with a lie that realistic. Lindsay lying about her sexual conquests would have listed 36 A-listers she’s never met before. Instead, we’ve got some dudes no one has ever heard of, a bunch of dudes who are known for being sleazy (Kutcher, Valderamma, Timberlake, Farrell, Franco, Phillippe, Del Toro, Paris Hilton’s ex), a bunch of dudes who are known for having drug issues (Ledger, Efron, Farrell again), and some musician types who aren’t so hard to picture being either. I suppose Orlando Bloom and Joaquin Phoenix were slight surprises, but I don’t think either of them is important enough to lie about sleeping with. I think it’s also fairly realistic that a lot of these guys saw their careers peak just about the time Lindsay was at her peak.
I have never seen two people who deserved each other more. It would be the relationship to end all their relationships, the clusterf*ck of the f**king century. And with their equally dubious relationships to the concept of truth, it would bring an entire new meaning to the biblical term “lie together.”
