Charlie Sheen’s wife, who is pregnant with twins, has presumably left the hospital after she was seen for early contractions. Brooke Mueller, 31, is due to give birth some time in April. 37 weeks is considered full term for twins, so probably a little earlier, but not this early!
“Brooke is at a Los Angeles-area hospital, where she was admitted yesterday morning with premature contractions – which is not all that uncommon for someone at this stage of pregnancy, especially with twins,” says publicist Stan Rosenfield. “She’s fine and is expected to be discharged from the hospital today.”
I hope Brooke didn’t do what I did during my second pregnancy – turned up at the hospital with Braxton Hicks contractions. Given that this was my second labor it was expected I would be able to tell the difference between ‘real’ and ‘practice’ contractions, and at least four people laughed at me. At least Brooke is on her first pregnancy and is having twins so she might get some sympathy. Charlie Sheen has three other daughters, Cassandra, 24, Sam,4, and Lola , 3. He and Brooke are expecting twin boys.
In other Charlie Sheen news, if you ever considered him to be particularly stylish, you can now dress like him. He’s released a collection of shirts called teh DaVinci collection by Charlie Sheen. Your shirts are worthy of being named after Leonardo DaVinci? The shirts are inspired by 1950s rockabilly culture, and feature contrasting colors. Charlie in the past had a range of clothes for children called Sheen Kidz.

Wouldn’t his shirts have been picked by his stylist? And the ones on his show been picked by the costume designer?
That being said how scary for his wife, I was in the hospital alot for both my kids and I had to go on bed rest for five months with both of them. So I know how scary the thought of delivering early can be!!!

Are they still together? I thought I read something awhile ago about them splitting up. (Although it’s definitely possible that I just assumed they did!)
Hopefully the contractions were Braxton-Hicks and those babies get a few more weeks to grow.

Not very unlikely to have PTL this early with twins. I had twins at 25 wks and started having ctx at around 20 wks but thought it was stupid to go to hospital for simple BH. I should have paid more attention. My babies are doing good now.
I am glad she is at hospital, where they can keep the her babes cooking for a while longer.
Jammy, same here. I had twins at 25 weeks too. My doctor dismissed the early contractions as Braxton Hicks. I don’t think people necessarily realize that twin pregnancies are a lot more complicated than singletons.
i saw charlie on a late night show last night, and he said she was ready to have the baby any time now… im sure of it. and he said if he is not there after the next commercial, he got the call.. thats how close it could be.
