Re Batfleck: I’m more distracted by the throat vag. I’m trying to hold out judgement until the movie but I’m increasingly worried. It’s like they’re cramming too much into one movie. I hope I’m wrong.
I am distracted by his underbite. Thank god he is playiing Batman not Dracula or that could be problematic and unintentionally hilarious. Although we need a new Drac, now that Oldman has gone and f^cked evrything up. Who should be the next count?

I like Luke Evans, but no so sure about this movie.
It will be a disaster. Affleck’s face proportions alone do not fit with the batman chin/jaw/facial measurements.
And i’m 1 to notice a “butt chin.” It throws off the character continuity features for me. Once batman is in his mask he shouldn’t look different from other batmen. And Affleck has never done it for me as an actor. Especially a comic star (DareDevil was horrible).
As far as throat vag… Snyder and Bay both approach female anatomy the same way. Fit it in everywhere it isn’t and when it’s there make it over the top.
I still can’t believe that they cast him as Batman. Such a disaster. All I see when talking about superheros and Ben Affleck is Daredevil and that was one of the worst films of all times.
Wonder woman, Lex, aquaman, Alfred are all miscast. And Cavill and adams coming back in their roles is terrible. Adams is better than her Lois Lane role.
The line up is full of great actors, but not for here. It’s more of a compilation film than a DC crossover hodgepodge(?).
Maybe it won’t be that bad? Still, it won’t be good.
I think that Adams and Cavill had no chemistry, which ruined the film for me. I just read on Lainey Gossip that Wes Bentley was considered to play Batman. Who thought it would be a good idea to cast Affleck instead? So crazy. I absolutely loved Christian Bale as Batman, but I could have get used to Wes Bentley. Affleck is just wrong.
Oh and Michael Caine was so perfect as Alfred! I really have to laugh when I think of Affleck and Irons in a scene as Batman and Alfred!
The thing with Caine is his accent. Alfred is supposed to be upper class posh, no? And Michael being from a working class background really shows when he speaks and it kind of ruined the effect a little…He sounded more like someone from Croydon tbh.

GRRM does write some seriously disturbing sex scenes, but if you’ve read all 5000 pages of the novels, I don’t know how anyone could think he is a misogynist. Although I am a huge fan of the TV show, it has made some questionable adaptation choices in showing certain sex scenes and showing more rape than I ever wanted to see.
I’ve read the books. I’ve watched the first season of the show. The sex scenes put me off more than I had expected because I don’t usually care about them but when the sex scene takes away from the story, it bugs me. It’s like shock value or something. I’m content to just keep reading. Maybe one day I’ll go back and watch the show.

I got pretty tired of the sex scenes too. THough its actually the last 2 books that totally put me off the series as a whole… its just turned into bad people doing bad things to each other. I need some redeeming characters!

I wish everyone would calm the eff down about Ben at Batman. The internet looses it’s mind after every casting decision, and generally it ends up ok. I’m guessing the producers/directors have a better idea of Bens abilities than we do.

He’s not even my problem with this movie… everyone is quietly forgetting that this is a sequel to Man of Steel – a film that NOBODY LIKED.
