Brandi Glanville has an awesome resting bitchface. These are photos of Brandi at the launch/announcement for the new season of Celebrity Apprentice. Brandi is one of the “celebrities,” a group that also includes Ian Ziering, Vivica A. Fox, Kate Gosselin, Geraldo Rivera, Lorenzo Lamas and many more. Brandi filmed this junk months ago, and I totally forgot that this happened. I guess the show is about to air? Probably.
So, let’s check in with Brandi. I wrote about her a few weeks ago, when I learned that she met a guy when she visited Amsterdam as part of RHOBH. The guy was Dutch and 23 years old. And now it’s over! Brandi announced on Twitter last week: “No more 23 yr old fun while it lasted but onto the next”. So, it’s over. If it was even all that serious. That’s one thing I’ll give Brandi – she’s a hit-it-and-quit-it kind of woman. She doesn’t cling and try to make her hookups into serious boyfriends.
And this week, the trailer for Season 5 of the RHOBH came out. It includes thrown wine glasses, drama and Lisa Vanderpump getting slapped.
It’s a “big mystery” as to who slapped Lisa, but Lisa spoke to Billy Bush and she basically confirms that it was Brandi. Brandi slapped her former friend! I don’t even know, you guys. I barely pay attention to this mess, but this season seems especially liquor-soaked and messy. Lisa Rinna will probably bring some interesting drama too – she’s been around forever and she knows lots of dirty secrets and gossip. That should be fun.

I was thinking the same thing, but she doesn’t have the best people in her life right now. However, to say something nice, she *does* look relatively sober & non-clownish in these photos (I didn’t bother with the video) and it appears she’s gained a little much-needed weight. Her hair is shiny.

So true. I used to be fond of Brandi, but she is just too addicted to drama and acts like a baby when she gets called out for her behavior. Classic case of being able to dish it but not take it.
Agreed. I always rooted for her against LeAnn Rimes but her saying she wanted to be molested, her abuse of Jake, her bullying of Joyce lady last season and her utter refusal to do anything about LeAnn and her psycho behaviour instead just whinging about it lost me.
I think Brandi rocks! I wish her nothing but continued success. Why is everyone freaking the hell out about that slap? We don’t even know what context it happened in yet. I mean seriously!

It looked rather like a stunt/false slap to me- so much a fingertip effort rather than a full-hand slap.

No matter the force of a slap, I guess it’s the insult of the gesture… But I’d rather take that pat on the cheek over a glass of wine to the face anyday (especially if I was wearing as much makeup as any of the Househags)
i couldn’t bear most of last season, so i checked out early, but i am looking forward to this one. going the trailer, Eileen Davidson is going to be the villain this season.
where are people freaking out? anyway, she didn’t slap her. looks faked, no force in it. brandi may be a trashy, drunk woman but she’s smart enough to know not to mess with lisa vanderpump.

@Franny – My take on what happened between Brandi & Lisa last season was that Brandi realized that Lisa is fake and wanted Lisa to admit to lying and trying to involve Brandi in instigating more drama for more camera time. I don’t think Brandi was picking on Lisa. I think she was trying to get Lisa to change their relationship from the used & the user to two people of equal position.
Brandi said she didn’t like Adrienne trying to manipulate her and now that she’s figured out Lisa was doing the same thing to her, she put it out there so that if Lisa valued their relationship, then Lisa would change. But Lisa won’t admit to wrongdoing. Ever notice that whenever people bring up what Lisa has done wrong, her reaction is just to give out a loud sigh and not deal with it? She tries to make it sound like she’s a victim and the other person is crazy for saying anything. Ken is her enabler and he’s shown himself to be downright cruel and a bully.
oh sorry, I don’t watch the housewives. i do watch vanderpump rules from time to time. and the vibe i get is that lisa is not one to mess with, imo. i think brandi’s smart enough not to mess with her. but again, i don’t watch housewives. my mistake
I strongly disagree. Lisa is the only genuine one on the show. If anyone is being manipulated, its Lisa by Brandi. Brandi never ever EVER admits her mistakes either, she either turns it around on others and blames them or she uses her old go-to card “I’m only JOKING!!” to get out of it. She is always the victim. She never takes responsibility for the impact her actions and words have. Its Brandi who can NEVER admit to any wrong-doing. And Ken ‘downright cruel and a bully’? What RHOBH are you watching? Ken is a decent, loving and gentle man. To be honest, I think Brandi is (quite rightly) jealous of Lisa and the relationship she has with Ken. Which is why she was always trying to come on to him. Ken is down to earth, sensitive, smart, caring, loyal and has a bit of sex appeal. He protects and defends all the ‘wives (he defended Brandi so many times) and he stands up for his wife. Come on, lets be honest, who wouldn’t want a guy like Ken as a husband? I think Lisa’s popularity and her stable and solid relationship with Ken has Brandi seething with jealousy so she has to try to manipulate all the other ‘wives into helping her take Lisa down. Brandi is the manipulative fake and bully. We all know that.

The first season of RHBH was pretty good but then it got boring quickly. I hate to admit this, but I kind of liked VanderPump Rules. That Stacey chick is next level crazy but she makes good reality tv. VPR is far better than the Real Housewives of Menopause. I like the Bravo shows in which the men play a major role. Of course they are all shows one should never admit to watching, but yeah, Millionaire Dollar Listing (except Miami), Southern Charm, VanderPump Rules, I watch them but then feel very ashamed for wasting an hour of my life doing so.
I have never watched a single episode of this show, but I am going to watch this season. I wish there was a way to watch on my iPad, so I could hide somewhere.
The slap looked fake, and as much as these people like to sue & cause personal non televised drama – someone would have pressed charges if it was a legit assault.
Also, I used to like Brandi & was really rooting for her… Especially after she seemingly uncovered Kim’s addiction problems & got attacked. Now she just seems drunk all the time, addicted to drama, & will do anything for attention even outside the show… You have kids to think about Brandi, please don’t let LeAnn look like the better *bonus* mom
I stopped watching a couple of seasons ago because of Brandi. She–or her scripted storyline–was just way too tacky.
Agree, same. I stopped watching the season Brandi came on and haven’t really watched a full episode since. It became way too trashy and mean. She was just plain mean and nasty but blamed Everyone else.
Well I wouldn’t be surprised if this boozy, drunk-driving (and joking about it), public-sex-having, perpetual-middle-school-mentality Botox monster did slap someone. Seems right up her alley.
Couldn’t stand her , the first season she arrived. Stopped following the show really after her first seaon on.
This woman really has some mental health issues. Her ex must be so happy to be out of that marriage. Usually I blame the cheater – but in this case it was justified.
If he was so unhappy he probably wouldn’t have dated her for years before he decided to marry her, then have 2 children with her, then beg her not to leave him once he got caught cheating with multiple women. Cheating is never justified, some men just like sleeping around and it has nothing to do with their significant other. Eddie is one of those men who will always be unfaithful, he’s a lazy and selfish gold digger and a horrible example for his sons.
No I think in this case he was sleeping around to forget what a nasty woman he married. I don’t blame him. He probably didn’t want to leave her because of the kids but could not stomach actually being with her – I mean who really could – she is a drunk and abusive. I don’t believe that he begged her not to leave him. I am sure that story comes from Brandi herself. I usually agree with you but in this case I truly believe she drove him to it. As you do I feel very sorry for the kids. Falling down drunk, doing it with everything in pants, hitting people on national TV? Poor kids – believe it or not Eddie comes out as the “good” one in all this mess.

Nobody SWFs an ex that the ‘new’ husband supposedly hates.
Nobody keeps bringing up the ex in one’s new TV show.
Nobody tracks the ex’s social media if one thinks the husband is done with the ex.
When someone actually believes that her husband is done with the ex, then she is DONE with the ex too.
Nobody keeps bringing up that ex over and over again through the course of her own relationship, because she would follow the adage “out of sight, out of mind.”
Anne this is not about LeAnn – she has her own problems for sure. This is about Brandi and Eddie. I in no way blame Eddie for having affairs who would? Brandi is mean, abusive and just plain awful. Any man would fool around with a wife like that. Is Eddie done with Brandi – for sure. I am sure he does a happy dance every night that he is not married to her – especially when he sees her falling down drunk and slapping people on TV. Unfortunately for him he has to still talk with her due to the children.
@BlueeJay – I mention Leann because her behavior shows me evidence that she too thinks that Eddie didn’t hate Brandi during his cheating on her and at the near end of their marriage. It also shows me that it was probably Brandi who dumped Eddie and that Eddie was most likely trying to get back with her until Brandi made it clear that she doesn’t ever want him back.
You don’t copy an ex that your ‘new’ mate supposedly “hates.” You copy her if you think he’s attracted to his ex.

You also don’t keep track of your husband’s ex if HE truly does “hate” her. You’d feel secure enough to let her go yourself too. You get on with your life if you actually believed your ex wants nothing to do with her.

I do feel bad for the kids, I’m sure they pick up on the hatred their parents have for each other, it would be best if they’d all grow up and get along!
I kinda think Brandi went off the rails because she was dealing with so much BS and being publicly humiliated by LeAnn and Eddie, I don’t think she drank a lot before the divorce, seems like she was happy being a wife and stay at home mom. But who knows! I just don’t think cheating is ever justified, get divorced first and start a new relationship respectfully. I also agree with Anne, LeAnn’s stalkerish behavior doesn’t add up since she got the man. I believe Eddie slept with Brandi after he was already living with LeAnn, that’s why he’s pure scum in my opinion. I think he enjoys women fighting over him and is likely emotionally abusive in a sneaky way. I almost feel sorry for LeAnn, she has physically changed so much in just a few years you can tell she’s really insecure.
I agree with you and I agree with @anne. I believe both that Eddie did find her attractive and it’s believable that he wanted to stay bc of the SWFing of Leanne. I also kinda feel the worst for Leanne bc though Brandi got the rawest deal, she is stronger than Leanne and can cope/survive, even if it made her bitter (or more bitter?). Leanne is an insecure mess.
Read Brandi’s book! If anything she wrote was a lie, I am sure LeAnn would have sued her. Brandi kicked Ed to the curb. Ed called LeAnn a speedbump and tried to stay with Brandi. LeAnn moved into Ed’s neighborhood and stalked him. You can’t make this crap up….it happened and is in the media and some of it in Brandi’s books.
If I was Brandi and I had chosen a life with my two children and supporting my husbands career–then some “child star” involved her self in my life and marriage, I would be pissed off and crazy too! Now she is on her own (not by her choice) and she is trying to figure this new life out. Give her a break if she drinks, give her a break is she is on RHOBH (she is a better actor than her hubby, she has a job). This woman is working her butt off and yes, she is acting on RHOBH.
Also, she loves her boys…loves them. You know how you can tell, she does not use them for publicity or to keep herself relevant in the media. The pics Brandi posts are always showing her kids doing homework or being young boys. She cares about them, they are her life, so was Eddie, she HAD the same love for him. He betrayed her…at the end of the day, that broke her heart and she is bigger and better because of it.
I keep meaning to read Brandi’s books! LeAnn would’ve sued her or stopped the release if there were lies about her. She sued her own dad for crying out loud, and a woman SHE called to harass, no doubt she would’ve done the same to Brandi if anything in the book wasn’t true. And don’t you have to get consent to write about people anyway?
I agree on Brandi obviously loving her boys, she’s not perfect and makes mistakes in other areas of her life but you can tell she’s a great mom. She seems very involved with them, and she doesn’t spend hours online tweeting everyday, which tells me she cares more about real life, unlike LeAnn who is obsessed with proving to the world how happy she is, it’s pathetic.
Cheating is never justified, if you’re that miserable in a relationship you’re willing to degrade yourself to having to dip your crotch into whoever will have you just to escape your home life GET OUT. Find some self respect if you can’t muster up enough respect for your partner.
Sometimes cheating is the only way to get rid of someone. Can you imagine if he hadn’t cheated she would never have let him go. The only way he could get rid of her was to get with another woman. He had cheated for years and she keep hanging on to him. Don’t know how she didn’t get the message after multiple affairs. That is for sure an indication that he doesn’t love you. She did not want to give him up ever. So, he got out. Not always easy to get out when you are dealing with someone like Brandi.
Blueejay, Brandi did NOT KNOW he had been cheating for years. She only found that out AFTER they split up. She explained this in her first book. She thought LeAnn was the first, and only. She had absolutely no idea he had been cheating almost since day one, until they sat down and really talked during the divorce. She basically had to apply for a court order to try to evict him since he would not leave. She tossed him out, he begged and begged her to give him another chance.
I look forward to seeing cameos of Harry Hamlin. Love him! He can still get it!

The woman hitting Lisa is not identified in the teaser, but Billy and Kit told Lisa they believe it was her on-again, off-again friend Brandi – which Lisa seemingly confirmed.
Lisa explained that the slap came after a long period of the pair mending their friendship.
“That was right at the end of filming and it think it definitely changed the dynamic for me. For the most part, things started to get back on track,” Lisa said of her co-star, shaking her head. “It’s not good.”

Brandi may have hit it and quit it plenty of times, or the guy was the hitter and quitter, but I think if it’s the right hook up, she’ll try to turn him into a serious boyfriend. She did that successfully with Eddie Cibrian and I would not be surprised if that’s what she unsuccessfully tried to do with the guy who works for Kyle’s husband. Brandi says we’re supposed to see what happened with her, him and some other woman on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Why the awkward silence? Brandi and Eddie started as a hook up that became a serious relationship. According to Brandi herself, she met Eddie in a club and hooked up with him that night. The rumors are that both Eddie and Brandi were in relationships, actually with Sleazy Eddie it is not a rumor, he was indeed in a serious relationship with someone else. Brandi outlasted that girlfriend, she and Eddie eventually got married and had children.
I don’t think that it can be disputed that Eddie and Brandi were a hook up that became a serious relationship, but given how dysfunctional their relationship was as a married couple and now a divorce couple, it is obviously a cautionary tale, one that Brandi should have learned from but apparently has not.
It’s a scripted show they are using two soap stars this season as new members, its not real . They all get paid to fight and act like rich crazy bitches.

Can’t hack Brandi. Felt bad for her in the beginning but she’s so trashy and dumb I grew to find her vile. I too think she’s green with envy re Lisa and anybody else who has a good marriage and nice family. She and tamra barney from orange co. are similar in character. Whenever they’rë called out for bad behavior they cry or they scream, swear and throw things. Never any accountability. Gross women who are too self-involved to be good parents.
