Here are some photos of Charlize Theron and Sean Penn on a Whole Foods grocery run over the weekend. They just returned to LA in early November, having spent months in Africa, filming a drama together. I was kind of hoping that working together would have been the death knell to this relationship, but if anything, they seem even stronger now. Who would have thought, back in January of this year, that they would actually be one of the strongest couples to get together in 2014?
Some people think that Sean is still the angry, rage monster dude that he’s always been and that Charlize probably just puts up with it. But a while back, Sean’s daughter Dylan said something interesting about Sean and Charlize’s relationship – Dylan said that Charlize is “awesome” and “She’s great and they’re amazing together…she’s brilliant for one thing and she’s the only woman since my mom who can shut my dad up. The only woman! That is a f—ing challenge so… She’s a powerhouse.” Huh. So, Charlize has the superwoman strength to get Sean Penn to calm down and shut up? Isn’t that weird?
Oh, and Charlize and Sean went out two weeks ago (shortly after they got back to the US) with Dylan. Apparently, Charlize and Sean were all over each other. So… this relationship is going to last for a while longer. I’m just saying, we should prepare ourselves. I’m not sure if they’ll get married (I don’t think Charlize is interested in marriage overall), but I wouldn’t be surprised if Charlize and Sean adopted a kid together, you know?

Everyone is always compared to Brad and Angelina. Ain’t Brad and Angelina the best couple in Hollywood, if not why are their names always on the tongues of people who are not fan of theirs? I’m thinking there are a lot of jealous people on this thread. I’m proud to be a fan of Brad and Angelina one of the most solid couple in Hollywood.
FWIW, I like both Angelina Jolie and Jen Aniston. I think neither are the end all, be all in the scope of things. Lighten up. It isn’t the end of democracy and life as we know it if someone has a different opinion or cracks a joke, or whatnot. Now let’s get back to what is important. The only person who really matters is SOPHIE. She can land on a comet, for crissakes.

I’ve never really considered Brad Pitt to be Leading Man material.
He’s fine in an Oceans 11 or a Thelma & Louise type situation but can’t carry a film nearly as well as Sean Penn.

I like Charlize even though she can be an elitist a-hole. Sean is a constant a-hole rage-monster but part of him will always be Jeff Spicoli to me. What I am saying is, these two work. I hope it doesn’t end in violence like her parents’ relationship though. And I really hope they don’t adopt or making any other long-term commitment to each other. They make sense together but it still will not end well.
And I agree that these two a-holes can act circles around the Brand as well as JA and JT (that last added just to make ALL the stans shed tears). And they are prettier (yes, even Sean) than Cucumberbuns.

Sean Penn is SO charismatic. Ugh. It PAINS me to even type that. But I can see why he pulls in all of these gorgeous women, despite being weird looking himself. I saw him in this movie with Kristin Scott Thomas–he was so charming. And understanding. And if a guy can portray that on screen, just imagine what he can do in real life.
I can get why Charlize would be drawn to him, but I can’t understand why she wouldn’t take a step back. It’s not like all of his violent outbursts were restricted to Madonna or back in the 90’s…..or maybe she thinks paparazzi aren’t people?
Have you seen 21 Grams? Penn was outstanding with Naomi Watts.
Penn is a great actor, despite his messy private life.
Since Sean has been with Charlize, he seems calmer. They both look good in the pics. Penn looks less greasy and disheveled. Charlize is gorgeous.

I don’t care how much acting talent Sean Penn has, he’s a bully and a ticking time bomb. Sooner or later, we’re going to see stories about Sean attacking Charlize.
We’d only find out if there were eye witnesses that exposed the story, the police were called in or one of the two wanted everyone to know what happened. Celebrities pay millions to cover up things they don’t want the public knowing about.
These two together are like the celebrity super-villaines of meanness. I know Sean Penn is a little tyrant but he may have met his match with Charlize.
