Kim Kardashian has done a lot of work to her face. Exactly what she has gotten done, surgically and non-surgically, is up for debate. I tend to think that the fact that she lasered off her baby hairs gives her a very plastic-Barbie look. Plus, she wears a ton of (bad, orange) makeup. But what else? A nose job. Possibly eye work. Lip injections. And according to Us Weekly’s unshocking cover story this week, Kim has been overdoing the fillers? Sure.
She looks very different now than she did when she was in her mid twenties, before fame hit with Keeping Up With The Kardashians. And in the new issue of UsWeekly, a source insisted Kim Kardashian, 34, has been visiting plastic surgeons to keep her youthful glow, which she has been showing off during Paris Fashion Week to raves.
‘She’s had fillers all over her face,’ the insider told the publication. The friend went on to explain that the E! diva gets the treatment in her ‘nose, cheeks and chin.’
The mother to North West, aged one, doesn’t want anything injected around her eyes because she had a bad experience in May 2012 while in France that made her uncomfortable, it was claimed.
‘She didn’t like it,’ said the source. ‘She avoids that area now.’
Eh, I believe she experiments with getting Botox and fillers all over her face, for sure. I don’t think she avoids any particular area. I didn’t even know that you could get fillers in your chin though. What is the purpose of that? “Oh, I wish my chin looked a bit fuller and more youthful”???? Incidentally, I was looking at some closeups of Kim during PFW, and she really needs to stop augmenting her upper lip. It’s been over-filled and it makes her face extra cat-like.

Before she was kind of a sweet face type. Not Kim tries the sharp cheekbones and big lips on an elegant panthera face look. It doesn’t really work for her.
She could still emote back then. She was beautiful; and had a killer figure too. The mind just boggles why she’d do this to herself, and you know she’s not done either. Just sad
She was so naturally stunning, but let’s be honest this would be sick even for someone less genetically blessed. It’s a sign of a questionable mental state, as well a being a terrible thing to do to your body. How much of her life does she spend recovering from unnecessary procedures?

I think the problem with so many of these surgery “addicts” is that they have one feature or area that they don’t like so they change it. (“if only my nose were just a BIT smaller…”) then they realize that the changed feature doesn’t really “go with” or compliment the rest of their “old” face, so they keep tweaking it a bit here and there until they wind up with either a completely new face or they go the route of Jocelyn Wildenstein (or whatever her name is).
I wonder if, when KK sees pics like this, she has any regrets…

I think part of the problem is that photo is after she already had a nose job. If she had left it there, it would have been just fine.
I think when people get one surgery and it goes well, they can get confused as to where the line is for “overboard” and just keep going back for more and more.
I wonder if she has any regrets, too. As many are noting— KK truly was a knockout before she started messing with Botox.
Just to note on her butt, though—it was big bag then, too. I think because she has tweaked other parts of her body and how disastrously tight and ill-fitting her fashion choices are…it looks much worse now.
Many describe it as diaper butt and I would have to agree. It’s nice to read many compliments about her from women on this particular thread for a change though.

Well that explains it. In addition to an obviously overdone nose bobbing, I was going to say she had her jawline shaved to achieve a more pointed/feminine jaw shape ( not that hers wasn’t originally; she should have stuck with the knockout self that nature gave her instead of the butcher job she has chosen), but the chin filler theory fits quite well.
that can be done by the doctor going inside your mouth and through to your fat pads in in your cheek area and sucking the layer of fat out which cause the cheek area under the bone to sink into the empty space it leave you looking longer faced…and you can see that she has had that done and it explains the curious bruises that were photographed on her cheeks about a month ago when she had her lips reinflated just before the fake Montana Vacation…

I don’t know that she has fillers.. I think she had some of the fat removed from her cheeks to give herself more defined cheekbones.
She absolutely gets fillers under her eyes and in her nasolabial folds. I also think she gets filler in her cheeks to lift them up and create the illusion of cheekbones.

So true. She actually looked like a gorgeous, ethnic-looking Armenian girl before. Now she looks like about 10 million other girls out there. Kim’s ideal seems to be looking alien-ish and generic. I also believe she has had other procedures done to her eyes because they’re obviously pulled up and back on her head much tighter than they were in the past.
What I find most bizarre about her face is her upper lip – there’s so much filler in it that it has lost the “cupid’s bow” part to it. It just looks like a swollen sausage now! 🙁
Ladies haven’t you noticed by now that those Hollywood surgeons have the same template of what a attractive face is and they use it on all of the women that come to them …look at all the housewives of various shows whether they are black or white or yellow they all end up with the same nose…the same over inflated duck lips and the same chin….they all have the same hair and the same boobs ..I call them the Hollywood Clone Dolls and Kim is one of the Major Clones…

What I *really* don’t understand (of all the things there are to marvel about when it comes to her) is the amount of makeup the Kardashian/Jenners wear. WTactualF? It’s so, so over the top… and it looks gross – so orange, so thick… blech! They don’t even need it, either – they all seem to look better without any makeup at all than with the amount they wear on a daily basis.
They have really brought the contouring trend to the forefront, and I hate it. It is just so much make up on the face. I am all for a dramatic eye and lip, but seriously leave the contouring for RuPaul’s Drag race! They make up they wear sells out, too. Not their crappy brand from Ulta, but when they name drop a MAC or NYX product, it sells out. I can’t get MAC lipliner in Spice or NYX matte lipstick in Euro Trash anymore because the Kardashian’s name dropped them and they sell out all the time. They really do set trends in make up and hair, hate to say it.
Actually, I have been contouring for more than 12 years now, using the Lauren Hutton face disc. It is very nice- gives a nice subtle result with not a lot of makeup. I am 50 and can’t pile a lot of stuff on my face without it looking like a mask.
I also think the ridiculously long fake eyelashes with layers of mascara should go too.
Crumpet – I have also been contouring for years. I have a round rather broad face so the MAC shade Harmony is used for a bit of contour. A bit of a cool toned blush on apples of cheeks. Eyebrows done with a subtle eyeshadow in grey or taupe, and lips with a neutral lip liner and fairly neutral lipstick. Eyes – line with a brown, never black, then go over the crayon liner with a dusty shade of shadow to mute it – it will stay all day! It looks great and really also gives a healthy glow! That said, I am also a professional artist, so I know what to do. Add a coating of mascara in black if you want to bother.
Ok, full disclosure – I don’t have full, pouty lips. I don’t have lizard lips, either, just regular old lips. I like pretty and full lips – natural ones. But why do people like Kim think that big, meaty, fake looking upper lip looks good? It’s not attractive at all to me, and gives your whole face a stupid, blow-up doll expression. Look at her old lips. Much better.

Full lips are attractive to men but that does not mean artificial duck lips/trout pout is attractive. My husband saw Kim the other day and was repulsed by her appearance, I didn’t prompt him, he saw her on TV and screamed in horror. Being “porn star” ready or whatever she imagines she is doing with her lips is NOT attractive to all men. And it’s not attractive to me either, I may not be dating any women but I find natural lips just fine, Kim looks like a side show freak.
Kissing also. I had a fellow I met back in my 20’s, and after we kissed the first time he said he knew I would be a good kisser beforehand. How? Because I have a full, plump lower lip. I think another reason is that her last nose job made her nose too short and the distance btwn her nose and mouth too long, so she gets her upper lipped overfilled to close the distance

Well I feel bad about Kim. I have some self esteem issues and they say dysmorphophobia, so when I see how Kim is changing her whole face I can’t help think that there is something going on in that brain. That is definitely not normal. Poor human being that feels the need to do that to herself and I kind of understand that she wants to look “perfect”, I wish I could change a lot of my imperfections. It scares me to think that we are going to watch a woman destroying her face. It’s so sad and someone should talk to her.
Why, when you have had a nose job(s) done would you get fillers in your nose? Also, I get the chin fillers. I have a very, what I describe as, flat chin under the lips and would like it not to be so flat. But I’m not the sort to go out and get any type of filler (don’t like needles of any sort going into my body) or surgery.

You can get a non-surgical nose job through fillers to correct bumps or straighten a nose, etc.

Not to be argumentative with your info ( I never knew that existed!), but just to state the case for KK’s rhinoplasty vs. filler augmentation-
Kimmy has had mass/length removed from her nose. The filler treatments add to the nose to mask bumps/ dips to give a straight nose profile. It’s neat for those who have a bump that concerns them, but she definitely had length removed and an upturned slope created. You can see her nostrils much more clearly now.
The whole thing is really quite sad. She was gorgeous, now she looks like a living incarnation of a blow up s3x doll.
Wow, I’m a bit taken aback to realize that I actually know the girl in the first picture. We grew up together and didn’t see each other for a long time and I swear her face looked different but never knew why. Small world. I didn’t even know non-surgical filler nose jobs existed. I guess it makes sense that Kim might have fillers in her nose because she used to have a bump that has mysterious disappeared over the years.

On a serious note, injecting Botox, fillers, etc into your face. What are the long term effects? Having so much of that crap injected into ones body can not be good. Is it really worth it ?
I’m actually surprised she’s doing it. Have you seen Tori Spelling’s face lately? She looks like she has lumps under her skin, that’s what happens with fillers,:they move, form shapes, it’s just something that can’t be controlled.
Why somebody with money is doing this is beyond me.
Kim is going to look like a monster in a few years. It’s so easy to forget that she is only in her early 30s because her face has changed so much over the years. She ruined her looks and all this plastic surgery isn’t going to hold up well.
They don’t know, the FDA doesn’t care about the long term side effects, no studies have been done, people are making a buck, the Kim’s of the world line up to buy it. We’ll find out the long term side effects when they age into them. These products will be banned eventually like so many other products rushed to market.
I personally hope Botox isn’t too bad long term and isn’t banned, it has some really positive results for migraine sufferers and people with cerebral palsy. Or at the very least if it is banned a safe alternative is made available.
Her nose was way too tiny right after she got it done, and should have gotten much smaller as it healed so maybe she’s getting fillers to help with that. She should really lay off the rest of her face tho.

I actually don’t think she regrets it…yet. I think she is obsessed with looking a certain way, hence why she gets all these procedures. A lot of posters believe she will regret all this when she hits her 40’s, but I think she will still be this way in a decade. Plus, I think the scrutiny of getting older in the public eye will make her even more youth obsessed. Since this family proved they aren’t leaving anytime soon, I can see the media pushing an “All About Eve”-like angle with her Kendall — Kendall will be in her mid-twenties when Kim turns 40. And I wouldn’t be surprised if PMK is behind it all to keep the family relevant.
I think Kim will have to hit an age, way past hitting the point of being irrelevant, for her to realize the error of doing all this. I can see her being in her 60’s or 70’s and thinking, “why did I have to ruin the prime of my life with too much cosmetic enhancements?” But she is still a long way from that.
Maybe, but Kim can’t be happy being compared to Michael Jackson and Joan Rivers. I’m sure she is devastated by the recent comments about her.

What I don’t understand is her original face was so pretty and was what helped her become famous….and the sex tape. So why ruin it and if she is such a beauty, why so much make-up all the time. I agree that it is an interesting theory. Truthfully, every time I look at her, it makes me feel a bit queasy. Maybe because I am sensitive to needles and have cried like a baby every time I go in for surgery, but all I can see when I look at her is someone who has been under the knife, pinched by so many needles and been under so many drugs (medically speaking). To me, that is the definition of a nightmare.

The biggest is the face shaping/slim down. You can tell Kim had fat sucked out of her face to make it look slimmer. Lady Gaga uses face lift tape to give her face a more contoured look and even sometimes tighter to change the shape of her eyes. She has talked about it and even showed herself putting it on before putting her wig on. I think her face is going to lose its elasticity and start sagging because she uses it so much.
I wonder if Kim does that also at times.
She had a nose job years ago. But I swear she’s had another one in the last few years, because she positively is looking like Momager Kris with her nose. Her nose is different from the first nose job. It was better with the first one. She overdoes everything so she can be a Barbie doll.
I think she had a second nose job right after she had North. She was out of the spotlight for a little bit and that would have been the perfect time to get work done…and lipo. She even reappeared after the birth with blonde hair to distract us from the work she had done. It’s the same thing she’s trying to do now.
The eyebrows are doing her no favors. Her hair, eyes, and eyebrows used to give her a distinct identifiable look. With the refried yellow straw on her head and the evenly-trimmed brows she no longer has that je nais ce pas.
(Not to mention the deformed distortions of her posterior, et al.)
She seems to be going for the run-of-the-mill generic bimbo Barbie look. If Barbie made amateur p0rn as an inflated sex toy, that is.
I think Kim really regrets allowing her porn tape to be released (even though it made her famous). She’s trying very hard to look nothing like the Kim that was in that video.
It all just goes to show that no matter how pretty someone is, if they suffer from low self esteem, they will do anything to whatever extent to ‘enhance’ their beauty or what they so delusionally believe enhances their beauty. She should have just stopped at the boob job or maybe the first nose job. Unfortunate. And now she posts half or totally naked photos of herself as reassurance that she is attractive. It’s actually kind of sad if you ask me!
I think PMK might have told her she has nothing but looks or that she is stupid.

Yes she died from surgery.A Doctor wouldn’t do it for her so she found one that would.I can’t remember if it was from a heart condition or too many surgeries at one time.

She used to look like she had a personality; now she looks vacant. Although I recall an old Allure interview with her where the whole time she was on her phone making updates- even then it was all about the fame. They are nothing if not single-minded.
Of COURSE she did. She erased the breathtaking Armenian uniqueness from her face and exchanged it for a frozen over plasticized prototype. Tragic.

Here we have a very attractive family who is only making their features false and ugly at VERY young ages. Kylie is what, 17? soo soo sad when a girl that young who looks lovely thinks she needs to inflate her lips, butt(?). Even Khloe who HAS big lips, got bigger lips.
This is all about coveting. And yes, they will ALL suffer from this later. But I imagine there is not one person in the world right now that will convince them that plastic surgery is ruining their looks. Anna W. couldn’t even convince Kim not to dress her BABY in BLACK ALL THE TIME. That poor kid. omg, I can already see in her face the confusion and fear and wonderment of WTF? Her mother always always grabs her hand and pulls her along. She wants to show this kid off. She the little girl stumbles, pauses what ANY mother would do is pick UP THEIR CHILD. Kim never ever does this. Ever. We see her with North in her arms only while she is putting the kid in the car. Disgusting.

There’s been a lot of bone/cartilage removed from the upper 3/4s of her nose making it look more narrow… And giving the illusion that her eyes are further apart.
Kim’s mother was a model in her heyday, Kim’s good looks came mainly from her mother, her coloring is from her father’s Armenian family but she has always looked very much like her mother before and after the surgery.

It’s just contouring. I can totally change my face with contouring. She definitely had her lips done and botox. As far as any other surgery o really don’t think so. The only major difference is that the bridge of her nose appears narrower. Easily achievable with makeep up. And we all know how she likes to contour.
fillers can go in any part of your face.
a few years ago she got a nose job where they wittled her nose down to a very straight thin one. you might be able to find that picture online. since then she definitely has used fillers to reshape her nose. to fill it in more. which is why every few months, her nose changes shape, getting bigger sometimes to mimic her original nose, and other times smaller or upturned. The fillers don’t last forever so there’s plenty of upkeep needed.
It’s like she’s been taken over by an alien life force. I never thought I’d say this but I miss the old sassy Kim. I don’t even like this family but I feel sad for Kim.
