My day is ALWAYS made when CB makes a Charlie Hunnam post. This man is so hot, I want to touch his hiney…
I really hope this film is a hit. Ritchie can be great. Hunnam has the chops. I want it to work out!
*begins daydream*
Ha! Somebody get the smelling salts! I’m having a spell, too!
OMG Jax as King Arthur . . . I’m just going to start camping out in front of the theater right now.
BTW, Terry Pratchett died.

@bettyrose
I’m not ashamed to say I’m shedding a few tears now that Mort has come for Sir Terry. Sixlet Major is utterly distraught. The Wee Free Men was the first “proper novel” he ever read completely by himself.
I hope he got the death he wanted.
A brave man, Sir Terry, and having watched my dear father go down with this ghastly condition without recourse except to bear it to the hideous end, I applaud Sir Terry’s outspoken honesty on options that should be available to all under these conditions, although I perfectly understand the difficulties involved in that kind of long-term planning. All I can say is, have these talks with your elders sooner rather than later, and ensure that your own wishes are made legally clear to your kin long in advance of conditions developing. Sorry for the rant, but I know my father if he had had another option would not have chosen to live this out.
YUM.
That’s some white cheddar Cheez-it yum right there.
I give this photo four white cheddar Cheez-Its.
Would have given it five Cheez-Its if his naked butt was in the pic.
His appeal is lost on me- but hope to goodness Guy R doesn’t make Sherlock Holmes in Camelot!
I wish Joe Scarborough would be fired from his own show. He really would be a better fit for Fox News.
Charlie Hunnam is not a good actor or good looking in my opinion but I seem to be alone in thinking this.
I agree with you on the looks aspect-so you’re not totally alone😃
I used to think that, but then I finally started watching SOA and was converted. Then I looked him up and read some silly things he said in interviews so now I just want him to keep his mouth shut but he’s still hot.
Curious – what silly stuff? He always comes off as articulate and very open-minded.
I’m torn on Charlie. I love to look at him. and love to watch him walk/move. But I find that he narrates almost everything that he’s in and he’s not good with accents. and that is distracting.
Are you referring to the way he speaks English? I watched every episode of SOA and could hear the influence of his native tongue throughout. It was very subtle though and didn’t bother me at all.
Yeah. His attempts at an American accent.
I don’t get him either. He always looks like he needs a shower and NOT in a good way. Maybe he’s a good actor? I couldn’t tell you.
That looks like Dominic Monahan in that photo.
Are they just doing the Arthur legend? There’s no chance this is more like the once and future king is there?
I don’t mind Charlie (wouldn’t kick him out of bed) but I am sick to DEATH of Camelot/Excalibur/Arthur, blah blah blah! Sooooo overdone! This one is a solid NO for me.
Charlie should have been cast as Lancelot. He’s that darn dreamy.
I agree. He seems too young to play King Arthur.
Apparently they are making six movies(why?!) so Charlie will be in his forties by the time the movies wrap.
On the other hand I’m sure he’ll continue to age like a fine wine, so I’m here for it.
Maybe they’re modeling them after this series of books I read a long time ago and am too senile to recall the name. I think there were six books, and it started before Arthur was born, maybe when Merlin was young? And went on the Arthur’s childhood training by Merlin (I might be spelling that wrong) and then there was a whole part about his seduction by the lady of the lakes? And he had a child. Lol, I am getting it all balled up, but they were good books.
My favourite Arthur books were the three books by Mary Stewart; The Crystal Cave, The Hollow Hills and The last Enchantment. I wish someone would adapt these. They contain the right amount of fact, fiction and magic. I love them and have read them a number of times. She followed them up with The Wicked Day about Mordred, Arthur’s son.
I also enjoyed The Mists of Avalon by Marion Zimmer Bradley.
I cannot see Charlie as the Arthur from any of those books I am afraid.
Or Galahad. I always think of Galahad as dreamy too.
So they are making a 6 movie series about King Arther.. Why??
Whaaaat…. who do they think they are? Peter Jackson? And is there a market for that?
Ok so read the official synopsis. Oy vey. A punk on the streets of londinium? Just hit me in the face witha crowbar.
No – it’s the Knights of the Round Table which is 6 installments though I am not sure if KA is going to be in all of them. I mean, that’s a HUGE commitment.
Ya’ll LOL Karina Smirnoff’s Third Engagement is OFF… which .. im sorry But ROTFL this woman is at this point in DWTS* to collect Boyfriends and engagement rings
*Has Beens and Never weres
Hope Ritchie really funks up the King Arthur story and Hunnam rocks it. Have high expectations on this. Didn’t get the whole Charlie Hunnam thing until I watched SOA – then I was ALL IN. Love him. Beyond hot and sex on a stick. He’s from New Castle, England (totally blue collar, coal-mining area) and moved to LA when he was 18 so his accent is all messed up but I have no problem with it. I hope his acting chops improve – he showed some real promise as SOA progressed. He seems like a total sweetheart, down-to-earth in interviews – he’s an introvert and comes from tough upbringing so I can see how he may come off as awkward when interviewed – although he’s had some really good ones on Conan – check them on out youtube. Until then, I’ll just have my Jax fantasies and will stop now with my Charlie Hunnam obsession! 🙂
Please replace your daily Bendy posts with Charlie Hunnam 🙂
ditto
+3!
+ A MILLION!
Yes please!!!
Pretty pretty please!
Oh yeah! Can’t get enough.
I’m always disappointed with King Arthur adaptations, they always lack authenticity and any sense of realism. And casting Charlie Hunnam won’t help, LOL. But, i do like him, a lot and he can’t be worse than Clive Owen.
However, due to Monty Python i am not sure anyone can take Knights of the Roundtable seriously anymore.
I am into this series for the mere fact that Eric Bana has been cast as Uther. Bunk time.
*swoon*
Sploosh
Cat hugs dog!
Why is no one talking about this?
OH MAH GAWD
Bradley James will always be my King Arthur.
After watching a few episodes of SOA season 7, I became hooked and began watching the series on Netflix. The show is addicting. And his sex scenes *fans self* giving shots of that gorgeous ass, my my! Jax Teller was a complex character that he played perfectly. Love him and lust him. 🙂
