While my favorite party girl Lindsay Lohan is doing the detox thing and looking pretty good and fit if you ask me, her ex-lover (?) DJ Samantha Ronson was spotted today by Splash News Online out and about with a pretty blond girl and her pooch.

While people love to cash-in on their celebrity encounters, it looks like Lindsay’s friends have been cashing in a lot more than she hoped. Ronson supposedly set up those now oh-so-famous shots of a very…tired…Lindsay at around 4 in the morning. Oh yes, let’s get some gas…but the tanks still half full…yes that’s fine…oh look…all these paparazzi at the gas station this last at night…how could that be??

So besides setting her up for the paps, Ronson also is said to be the one who left the cocaine in her car after Lindsay’s latest driving incident, and some blame Lindsay’s visits to the other side of the fence on Ronson as well.

Great, so her girlfriend has it out for her. How lovely. BUT, one person would just not be enough when it comes to the drama that is LiLo. Now, her former bodyguard is set to write a tell-all book. Lee T. Weaver started working for Lindsay when she was just a young and innocent 18. Well okay, maybe scratch the innocent part. He said that she was one of the craziest people he’s ever had to work with and had to stop because he thought she was so dangerous. MSNBC gives this quote:

“I have looked after some of the wildest stars in Hollywood — but never anyone as out-of-control as Lindsay is,” Weaver says. “I lost count of the times I thought she was overdosing and had to carry her out of parties. Every morning I’d breathe a sigh of relief she was still alive.”

JUICY UPDATE: oooo…TMZ is reporting that Weaver is full of it!! They report that he only worked for Lindsay for a mere 10 days. Just like I thought, he’s trying to cash in hardcore.
