Did you know that Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian still aren’t officially divorced? It’s true. At least, I think it’s true. There were widespread rumors for months that Khloe was fooling around with both Lamar and French Montana at the same time, and that she was trying to choose between them. My take? She should have dumped both of them (and taken out her butt implants too). Anyway, the entire time that Khloe was allegedly fooling around with Lamar (like, last fall and winter), I kept wondering, “Huh, is Lamar still doing drugs?” Because that was allegedly the reason why Khloe and Lamar split in the first place: he was cracked out of his face. Well, here’s the update: In Touch Weekly says Lamar isn’t smoking crack anymore. He’s found a “new” drug. It’s called sherm. It’s where you roll a joint and dip it in PCP. OMG.
Just 19 months after his DUI arrest, ‘In Touch Weekly’ has learned that Lamar Odom is struggling with a serious new drug addiction.
“He has been doing an old-school drug called sherm, which is taking a joint and dipping it in liquid PCP,” an insider exclusively reveals in the new issue of ‘In Touch,’ on newsstands now. “It’s really dangerous and can make you violent.”
And though Khloé Kardashian filed to divorce Lamar, 35, in December 2013, the insider explains she’s concerned about what could happen if the former NBA player keeps using it.
“Lamar’s friends and family and Khloé are all pushing him to get into rehab,” the source says, adding that so far, he’s refused and continues to party. “Lamar needs serious, serious help.”
I’m old enough to remember D.A.R.E. officers coming to my elementary school and showing all the kids what various drugs looked like. I’m also old enough to remember some PCP-themed afterschool specials. PCP is hardcore. PCP is nothing to do recreationally. PCP is bad news. But am I the only one morbidly fascinated by the logistics of “dipping your joint in PCP”? How does that work?
Anyway, this is bad news for Lamar. Yes, he should go to rehab. He’s needed help for a while now.

Um, this is In Touch. And sources are undoubtedly Mama Ten Percent, prepping another story line for the Kardashian Khronicles. Might be premature to worry too much about Lamar.
Exactly why I’m sideyeing it too. One thing that is apparent,mif you leave that family they will drag you through the mud to make themselves look better. Even if they don’t need to. They’ll just do it. What did Lamar do to them? As far as I can tell nothing. Even on the show I was like how did he suddenly turn in to the bad guy? Because he’s no longer making Laker money? Raking him through the coals for viewership was pretty messed up. And I see they’re still doing it? Why because Khloe needs to be loved in order to move on to her new career as a host? Their tactics are too transparent these days.

PCP is dicier than a lot of recreational drugs but it’s effects were massively overstated by the U.S. media back in the day. As for how the dipping works, its exactly as it sounds or you can spray it on.
Can’t say this guy looks like he’s got a serious phencyclidine problem, he looks a little too healthy for that.
This. The after-school specials had kids taking PCP for the first time, then impulsively jumping through a glass window and falling four stories to their death.
Yeah it can cause extreme hallucinations, convulsions and occasionally violent behavior, but most peeps are just chillin on that stuff. At the end of the day, it’s still a sedative.

Sounds like Kris must be trying to force his hand- send in another awful drug story! I don’t doubt that the guy needs help, but there is just some shady stuff going on with that family.
Can we stop with the Lamar and drug addict stories? We only have sources telling us that he is doing these things. I want proof other than “sources”. And all their other stories are failing so they need to try and up the ante. Also, my daughter did sherm one night and just about killed herself because she fell asleep at the wheel and ran into a road sign on the exit ramp. Yeah, she shouldn’t have been driving, but could have been worse. Was not a happy mom.
Could have been worse? I would think the fact she’s screwing around with with the hard stuff like PCP to begin with, is pretty fricking troublesome. I work in a drug abuse recovery treatment facility and trust me, people generally don’t go from a more “mainstream” commonly used substance like weed, straight to a hardcore drug like PCP. There tends to be a whole lot of experimentation with other substances in between those two extremes. And honestly, it’s more likely she literally passed out–not just “fell asleep”.
As long as she is still either living at home and/or depends on you for any type of financial help, I sincerely hope you were as tough on her as possible. Short of kicking her out, I’m assuming you imposed consequences for her actions (now and if this happens again in the future) and didn’t just let her off with a warning.
I don’t mean to come across as harsh, but I saw a couple of red flags in your comment that could be indicative of a current or future serious drug problem for your daughter. Like I said, it is not typical for an individual to jump from pot to PCP overnight. I hope it really was just a fluke, and wish you both the best of luck.
She was 17 at the time and yes consequences were tough. She now has a family, owns a home and has a job where she is now a supervisor.
Hmmm…I’m not taking a rag mag’s claims as true. I also don’t trust anything that is even remotely affiliated with a kardashian. This could be a sympathy ploy for Khloe so she doesn’t look like an a$$hat for playing him.
I don’t believe this for a minute. I’ve always thought the whole drug addiction was just some story-line from the Kartrashians. Part of the time that he was allegedly on drugs, he was still playing in NBA. And even the worst player in the NBA is still an amazing athelete.
I wonder if this was even worth it for him? Encountering this family has destroyed him.
You can’t blame the Kardashians for this. It looks like Lamar had problems before he met Khloe. They all just caught up to him during his time with the K’s. Kris Humphries and Reggie Bush are still playing. I hate that I’m defending these people but this isn’t on them.
Well if In Touch is reporting this we know it has to be false. One of these days this rag will go too far and someone will sue them into oblivion. The bottom line is this is just another story to make him look bad. It has been reported by several sources that Khloe has had issues with drugs for a long time and her weight loss is a combination of coke and smokes. Truth or lies? Who can tell anymore but I do know that the Kardashian-Jenner crew like to paint themselves as the victim always and we all know that isn’t true.
If this is true, that is really scary and poor Khloe. Addiction is taxing/scary to deal with alone but add something that makes the person violent and it goes to a new level.
However the cynic in me thinks it is a ploy to expedite the divorce. She must be running into a statue where either she needs to motion to continue without him (for some reason she refuses) or the divorce will be dismissed.
I truly hope this is not true. That would be beyond tragic! His children NEED him. Don’t be stupid Lamar and, using PCP is STOOOPID!!

So far, every previous or soon to be ex-husband of any of them… has had their entire life sh*t upon by the tabloids. By “sources” close to the family. Which will last for months/years.
As soon as it has been made public that the man is leaving one of them. He suddenly becomes a grossly flawed human… whom those poor poor innocent women have always supported. That the women have been used by this awful man! That the man is a good for nothing loser.
And now that list of men includes Rob. Whom apparently does not qualify as being a legit family member, any longer.
