A joyous David Hasselhoff emerged from court Friday after being granted primary custody of his two daughters, Taylor Ann and Hayley. Hasselhoff has been in an ugly legal battle with estranged wife Pamela Bach.

Accusations on David’s end are of Pamela being psychotic, swearing and saying obscene things about him in front of their children, and showing up intoxicated and/or on drugs at their daughter’s sweet sixteen party. Accusations on Pamela’s end are of David being a cheater, abusive and psychotic. Lovely on both ends.

There was a video leaked not that long a go of a drunken Hasselhoff videotaped by his daughter…nevertheless, let’s hope it’s all for the best. Who knows what goes on behind closed doors?

Update by Celebitchy: Hasselhoff will have primary physical and sole legal custody, according to TMZ, and his ex Pamela Bach will just get the girls from Friday to Sunday every other weekend. She is also permitted to have dinner with them on Wednesday nights.

A psychologist is said to have found that Pamela was abusive to the kids. She also refused drug and alcohol tests, while The Hoff said he would submit to regular testing.

The judge is supposedly willing to change the ruling if Bach goes to anger management classes – for a year!
