Season 2 of The Leftovers has been filming in Texas this year. That’s one of the reasons why Justin Theroux and Jennifer Aniston have been apart for months – it’s not that she’s so busy in LA (she’s really not, she hasn’t filmed anything since last year), but she’s still not visiting Justin all that much (or at all). But I guess she decided to fly down to Texas for the Independence Day holiday to visit her man… but it sounds like it was mostly about attending Sandra Bullock’s party.
God bless America! Sandra Bullock hosted an A-list Fourth of July party at her home in Austin, Texas, over the weekend. The Gravity star celebrated the holiday with pals Jennifer Aniston, Justin Theroux and Jason Bateman.
According to an eyewitness, at one point during the weekend, Bullock and Bateman were spotted at sporting goods store Tyler’s Sports and the group dined at La Condesa. Bullock and Aniston became fast friends after bonding at one of Gwyneth Paltrow’s dinner parties in July 2014.
“Jen and Sandra are new BFFs,” an insider exclusively told Us at the time. “They’re very excited about the new friendship.”
“Sandra and Jen have a lot in common and enjoy each other’s company,” the source added. “They have been having each other over for dinner regularly.”
Aniston and Bateman, of course, have starred in a bevy of comedies together, including The Switch, Horrible Bosses, and We’re the Millers.
I get the feeling sometimes that Jason Bateman is literally friends with everyone in Hollywood. Do you think he’s really as nice as he seems? I never hear anything bad about him, and his collection of high-powered friends rivals Taylor Swift’s squad. So… the Batemans, the Bullocks and the Aniston-Therouxs enjoyed a nice holiday in Austin. Sure. What do you think this means for the state of Aniston and Theroux’s engagement? I wouldn’t care so much except that in Jennifer’s last interviews in June, she made it clear that she’s still daydreaming about a wedding and what it will be like when they marry.

I saw on another site that someone looked for the tweets’ and the story is actually based on tweets from random people. The tweets say they saw Aniston, Theroux and Bateman having dinner and one saying they saw Bateman and Bullock at a store.. but none of them said they saw the 4 of them together.
so it seems that the story took these separate tweets and created the story.. but of course. Aniston and Bullock are BFFs.. and all these disconnected accounts equal them spending the 4th together.. maybe they did.. maybe they didn’t. Why it is a story is the funny part.
it sounds more like a story planted by their PR people they have the same management is one of those everybody loves and wants to be friends with Aniston stories trown out there by Huvane once in a while.

But is this story true? because I didn’t think Sandra still had her Austin home. I thought she got rid of it when she divorce Jesse James because she’s seems to be there. The only places other then LA she live seems to be is New Orleans.
I think she does have a home and some restaurant and other properties. But that could be a rumor too.

She had two austin homes and sold one of them. She still has the property on the lake. The funny thing is that her lake house is on the same street as JJ’s father in law’s house.

that picture of them hugging looks weird and wrong with his fake creepy smile and her fake adoring look she gives him, like Huvane told them go out there and show the world they are in love and happy, they try so hard to look like a real couple it looks more fake.
Yeah, that Oscar picture of them looks extremely awkward and forced. Hopefully if was just a bad shot. Nice that they spent some time together, I guess.

I think posing with your significant other on a RC takes practice (not the best word for what I mean).. but it is an art really. Some couples just know how to pose together. Others look awkward or try hard. I don’t think they have had that many RC events to get their stance or body connection right. They don’t exude sexy to me; but not everyone does or can.

Wasn’t Tate engaged to Sandra when he started dating Jennifer, and that’s why they broke up? Or maybe I’m confusing that with Jennifer cheating on Tate to date Brad, and that’s what ended their engagement. Whatever, I can only recall that there was some overlap with someone, Jennifer, and an engaged Tate.

while I do believe that a relationship should END before another begins (as in Donovan should have clearly ended things with Bullock FIRST…if he didn’t), the only one to blame for leaving is Donovan.

Donovan was on HuffPo a while ago and talked about his stint on Friends. He said by the time he started filming his relationship with Aniston was over and it was a very awkward, negative experience. Something about his phrasing implied Aniston caused a problem for him

As someone astutely pointed out yesterday, Jen wants Sandy’s career. However, I don’t think that has anything to do with this story, which sounds completely made up. I still stand by my premise that Jen and the Eyebrow broke up awhile ago, but they remain friends, so of course they will be seen together, especially at public events for which Jen needs an escort. The part I find disingenuous is Sandy and Jen being besties. In fact, I’ve never heard it uttered that Bullock was close friends with any of these people. I know Sandy owns some businesses in Texas, but I could have sworn she sold that house when she divorced Jesse James. Sounds like US Weekly went shopping for a celebrity who might own a house near The Leftovers set, and built a story around it. Remember, US Weekly also said Chris Martin and JLaw were no more, and that Bennifer 2.0 weren’t getting a divorce.
Yes, I just confirmed, Sandy sold that home in June, 2012, for 2.5 million.

Considering that Sandy had her baby for months before anyone knew, it’s quite likely that she has friendships that aren’t public either.
Sandra Bullock was at Chelsea Handlers handprinting on the sidewalk last year, which surprised me. So I think there is probably some hanging out going on between these ladies.
Hmmmm….definitely don’t think they will marry. Justin was in the Miami Vice movie! Jen and Jason did several movies together. I once heard Jason skipped ahead of like a million people when he was in line for a new Iphone. Could have just been a rumor, but I’ve always thought he was a major d*ck ever since then.

The Pitts say they fell in love working on Mr and Mrs Smith..that would be late 2003 early 2004 and he was married to ja in 2000, left her in 2005.
boredblond no they did not say that. And the movie filmed in 2004 and didn’t stop filming until mid June 2005. 6 months after Brad and Jennifer announced their split on January 7, 2005. So from January 7 to late June, is a 6 month time frame that he was single, so thereby entitled to date Angelina. Aniston had already moved on even before then, she was dry-humping Vince Vaughn while legally married. And it was later proven that no cheating happened, and the timelines prove it, Brad was completely exonerated. Of course, Aniston then went on to have an adulteress affair herself, AND she was with married Chris Gartin and broke his marriage up, and THEN, stole Justin from Heidi Bivens. So if Aniston was cheated on, WHY would she turn around and inflict that pain on another (two) woman? Proof itself she wasn’t cheated on. Aniston is a serial cheater and homewrecker herself.
So we have had commercials for hair and beauty products, interviews about beauty regime, interviews about her “wonderful” relationship with Justin and how they are planning their eminent wedding, rumours about pregnancies and stories about how popular Jennifer is and how many showbusiness she has.
So basically Jennifer is doing the exactly same thing she did last year and year before and the year before that….
Only thing difference is that now people can see how desperate she is for publicity and some work – Hollywood is not knocking on her door, people have started to call her out on her hypocricy over cheating, beauty products, critizing the media etc.

I really think talking about marriage and relationships is actually bad for Aniston’s career/image at this point. She talks about it the same way she talked about having children when I think she just isn’t really interested in marriage or children. Which is fine, but saying that you are when you’re not is just silly …do that many people really buy it? Or would that many people stop watching her movies if she lived a single life, and possibly a wild one? I mean, maybe she does want to find a man and have a family and it can be harder to do the older you get, but still, it just feels like nothing rings true there. And I get that having a public persona helps keep privacy (because really, we don’t actually know her), so I guess I’m at the point that the persona (as indicated by any story about her) seems kind of done for me.
