Paris Hilton has a new interview with New You magazine, which is all about how “real” Paris Hilton is as a person. This is a woman who banked seven figures for faking a terrifying plane prank. She’s one of the world’s highest paid DJs even though she doesn’t mix her own tunes. She’s tanned and bleached to the hilt, but Paris says she’s “all natural.”
Paris denies ever having Botox, which I can sort of believe. She’s only 34, and she can still move her face even though it’s always fastened in a pose-hard expression. Paris does tell a fib by denying she’s never had a smidgen of plastic surgery. Her before and after photos reveal an obvious nose job. Maybe Paris thinks a nose job doesn’t count, or Paris may have forgotten her long-ago tweak. Some excerpts:
She’s natural: “I’ve never done any [plastic surgery] in my life. People love making things up. I am very lucky that I listened to my mom through my young age. She told me to stay away from the sun, so my friends would be frying in the sun every day and now they all look much older and all have Botox.”
Her doctor said she was too perfect: “I even asked my dermatologist if I should do [Botox], and he’s like ‘I refuse to do it to you … your skin is so perfect. I will not do it to you until you need it, and I don’t know if you ever will.'”
Her friends are another story: “I have nothing against it; all my friends have done everything – boobs, nose, chin, cheeks. I live in Hollywood, so I’m used to seeing it. It’s just that I’ve never wanted to do it.”

Paris is such a humblebragger in this interview. She usually comes out and tells us how fabulous she is, but this time, she deferred to the plastic surgeon who absolutely refused to put a needle into her “perfect” skin. Oh, girl.
Paris also goes on to discuss how she’s not at all like her dumb character on The Simple Life. In that instance, she admits to faking something. Otherwise, she’s completely natural.

I have stayed out of the sun most of my life in terms of not laying on the beach getting a tan and I usually wear a hat outdoors. My skin doctor says women much younger than my actual age would kill for my skin, no wrinkles on my neck and very few on my face. So yes, I believe her as it sounds like she did much the same thing, avoiding the sun. A good sunscreen is essential too, and more than 30 spf.

This is a bad example of a before and after pic. Google her in her younger days, and then remember that her mother has also had work done. Her nose has been subtly altered…a bit of shaving down the tip. She has also dabbled in lip fillers in the past, and wears blue contacts every day….SHe has had work. Good work, but theres work there.
I agree wkth those above ^^. That is the same ol’ beaky nose with better make-up. I believe her. If she had done plastic surgery she would have fixed the nose and bought some boobs. If I had the guts and the money I’d tummy tuck my csection pooch!! 🙂

I tend to agree with her. I dye my hair and put fake tan on cos I love a good tan too, although hopefully that’s where the similarities end! I do think maybe she had her nose done but that’s about it.

Umm, Botox doesn’t have anything to do with skin.
I have great skin and I still do minimal Botox.
If I didn’t, I’d have railroad tracks between my eyebrows.
Botox reduces lines and wrinkles. It doesn’t improve your skin and since I’m here, Botox was developed to help people with crossed eyes, “wonky” eyes, etc.
The getting rid of wrinkles was just a bonus.

That’s what Paris and Jen and them do that gives them that pretty skin and, OMG!, she avoided the sun??

Also, I always heard that her slightly droopy eye was the result of bad plastic surgery but I don’t know. Some people just have one eye that droops.

Ooh, what kind of laser are you wanting? I’ve recently dipped a toe in myself. I started getting Rosacea and my derm recommended IPL to nip it in the bud. It got rid of all my redness and has just improved my texture in ways I had not imagined. I’m only 30, but I can see the benefits of a laser treatment or two every so often.

“wonky” eyes or lazy eye (amblyopia) happens to kids who did not ask for it, why can’t Paris be one of them?
I have the same eye problem. It is called ptosis, and it came from contact lens use in my case, as she suggests it did in hers. Two surgeries did not correct it completely. It is one of the hardest defects to fix properly, and I have had the best surgeons say a third surgery is risky and could make it worse. Those of us who cannot correct don’t love it, and it doesn’t help when people make nasty remarks about cosmetic issues you cannot change (or, frankly, those you CAN).
Sadly for Paris, no-one would care if she got a horn grafted on to her head.
Yes, the wonky eye DID just happen by itself! Jesus. Have you never heard of an asymmetrical face? Google it! Not everyone has the same features on both sides of their face. It is usually genetic. For the record, I believe her. There is no nose work. The only difference is makeup.

No wonky eye!
I have Amblyopia since I was born, and it has become more noticeable with age. Once I had surgery because amblyopia causes my eye to be a crossed-eye one.
It got better, but my amblyopia won in the end, it is crossed again and uneven more than ever, but I do not care enough to get surgery again.
Even with Paris’s vapidness, I commend her for not caring enough to be altering her looks as much as others in HW have. She is faithful to her tanned barbie style, but no, she’s not plastic.
I find sad that people make fun of her eye, tho.
I’m trying to figure out the time when it was all over for Paris as a hot pop culture item. Even after jail time, she was still a media sensation. It was like suddenly she’s not a thing anymore.
Big butts took over. Maybe it was the oversexualization of society, who knows? Paris was dancing without underpants for a long time, she even got her sex tape, but she is not “sexy”,
while the era of big a**es came along with a bunch of look-alike sisters.
she’s just kind of pathetic now, in her mid-30’s, still dressing in a 20-year-old’s clothes, partying the night away at the clubs, dating teenagers. It’s even more obvious when you compare her to her former friends Nicole Richie, who has moved on to marriage and family life and acts like an actual adult. Even Kim K has matured in comparison to Paris.

While sure she may not have technically had plastic surgery, she has for sure been doing laser and chemical peels since her 20s and who knows what else. She has access to things that most of us don’t so she is able to slow down any aging without overuse of Botox. Which I do still wonder about.

She stayed outta the sun when she was younger? Um, literally every other episode of The Simple Life featured she & Nicole hunting down a tanning salon to lay in the beds! I’m not judging that, cause I even do it too(to build a true base tan before I faux tan,) but at least own up to it, geez!
I don’t see the nose job work… if she had one then he/she didn’t do a good job. The colored contacts alone definitely go against being all natural lol
Sooooo…I work in plastics as an RN. This girl has had a nose job with several ‘tweeks’. She also had at one time breast implants that I personally thought were to large for her body type. She has gone down a cup size and they look more natural now. Girl was very flat chested back in the day. I don’t see the tell tale shine sign on her forehead which results from using too much Botox, but I’m not totally convinced she doesn’t currently have some on board but in small amounts. I am also sure that Paris has filler injected into her lips. Not huge amounts but enough to create symmetry between her upper and bottom lip. People’s bottom and top lip ratio are rarely even naturally. I’m also sure that she has had a small nip, tuck, lift,suck along the way. Whoever does her work, does a very good job.
Very interesting comment since you work in the field, thanks for sharing! To me it looks like Paris has had just about everything done and redone, much like her mom, aunt & sister. I think she already had the nose job in the before pic, but just google and you’ll see the real before pics.

I actually believe her. Her face looks a lot like it did when she was a kid. Her face doesn’t look frozen or botoxy to me.
There’s nothing surgery can do to make your eyeballs the same size, so I think once she realized she was screwed in that way she gave up on the idea. She certainly HAS had a nose job, and I believe, but cannot prove, she’s had her jaw done. Look at very early photos of her and compare them to now.

Ummmm…girl has DEFINITELY had her boobs done!!! Does no one remember when she was COMPLETELY flat chested, and then suddenly she showed up with way bigger boobs?!? Lol she has definitely had a boob job.
