If there’s one silver lining to Jennifer Aniston’s role in Garry Marshall’s Mother’s Day, it’s that Timothy Olyphant keeps getting pap’d on set with her accidentally. This is probably the most Olyphant has ever been pap’d! Anyway, these are some photos of Aniston (and a few of Olyphant) over the past few days in Atlanta. Can I say some words about Jennifer’s jogging costume? While that ensemble looks cute on her, I feel like I’m the only person in the world who loathes capri leggings. I dislike leggings in general (I don’t have the legs for leggings), but the capri style? Hate it. Will never wear it.
As I said earlier this week, Jennifer has been in Atlanta for more than a week and she’s likely to be there for probably a month or longer. Mother’s Day is an ensemble film, so it’s not like she’s going to be in every scene with a hectic filming schedule. Meanwhile, Justin Theroux is back in Texas filming The Leftovers. OMG, they’re newlyweds and they’re spending some time apart for work! That’s basically what Star Magazine says.
Just weeks after saying “I do,” newlyweds Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux are getting ready to say “goodbye.” While Jen films ‘Mother’s Day’ in Georgia, Justin will be 1,000 miles away shooting the second season of ‘The Leftovers’ in Texas.
“They’re going to be apart for three months,” a source tells Star. “It’s hardly the most romantic start to their marriage, but it’s not as if this separation is a surprise. That’s just the nature of the job. They’re both married to their careers, as well as to each other.”
Pals say Jen and Justin aren’t happy about the distance, but they’re determined to make it work.
“It’s going to be hard and it’s far from ideal. But Jen hopes their schedules will at least allow them to see each other every two weeks.”

Not that I’m some Aniston Defender or anything, but I doubt she’s going to be in Atlanta for three months. Granted, Justin may be in Texas for three months and she may choose not to visit him all that often (she rarely visited him before they got married as well). But I’ve got $5 that says they do a big coupled-up show of force for the premiere of The Leftovers Season 2. Season 2 starts on HBO on October 4th. Meaning late September, HBO will do a big premiere and Aniston and Theroux will be loved up for the cameras and all will be well.

That’s what I was thinking. She is not looking good in these pics at all. I thought the header pic was a still shot from a movie set or something. her cheeks are chubby; either weight gain or too much alcohol from the honeymoon.

If Aniston and her tiny man are going to be apart 3 months, it’s not for work, her tiny part in Marshall’s film can’t take her over a couple weeks to film, and I doubt they’ll be a third season for her tiny man’s HBO show.
And what the heck did she do to her face, she’s never been remotely “pretty”, but now, she’s downright ugly. Whatever she had done, she should sue the doctor.

HA! I will be giggling about the case of Corona comment all afternoon. I know I’m a broken record with this but I wish Jen would take a good look in the mirror and hire a proper stylist. To me, the California Girl look she’s been sporting for years doesn’t work with her natural assets. It works even less as she gets older.
And not that anyone asked, but I’d dump Theroux’s butt in TX in a heartbeat to hang out with Olyphant. Just saying.

if they were younger, and had only been together a few months to a year before getting married, and had never lived together before they were married, and weren’t actors who traveled for their jobs, I’d agree with you.
but when you throw all those qualifiers in, I wouldn’t consider this a sign of a marriage “in trouble”.
Many entertainers are older, married, and have lived with their spouses before marriage and they still don’t go months without seeing their husbands and wives. They have millions of dollars. I mean this isn’t Sally and Joe barely making making ends meet. It’s understandable if you weren’t rich and your job separated a husband and wife for several months. Also, if a couple have children and they don’t want to take the kids with them. But Justin and Jennifer are filthy rich and they don’t have any kids.
I agree. The tabs just don’t want to let go of the “The Saga of Aniston’s Love Life”. It has been a huge marketing device for them. They need her “super happy with child” or “struggling to find/keep domestic bliss”……content Aniston ain’t gonna pay their bills.

I don’t agree and I laid out my reasons why. this is how this couple has been living their lives in their relationship for a while now, and…AGAIN, THIS IS WHAT WORKS FOR THEM. if they’ve been living this way for a while, and they STILL got married, I guess they’re OK, huh?

Well, I don’t think this marriage is a “love match” anyway. So the heading of this story is not at all shocking or unusual. I think their marriage is just an agreed upon “partnership” that both have willingly entered for their own reasons. They put in their “appearances” as a couple when necessary and then go about their own lives for most of the year. I think they’re great friends and get along, but there’s just no chemistry or connection in this pairing, in my opinion. Aniston even compared her relationship with Theroux to those of her gay friends during one of her Oscar stumping interviews. I don’t know any woman who would compare her then fiancé to her gay friends. So I think she pretty much summed up their relationship in a nutshell right there.
On a completely separate note, Olyphant rocks. 🙂 And they did work together previously in that awful Rock Star movie with Mark Wahlberg. Thank goodness Olyphant has Deadwood and Justified.

Me too. My calves/ankles are the best part of my legs by a mile, everything looks worse when they’re covered up.
Agree. I have stork legs and capri-length makes it look like I actually have calf muscles. My mother has short and muscled legs and capri-length makes her look strong and curvy.

Justin would be in NYC filming & Jen stays in LA even when she is not filming anything.
Jen can’t even bother to leave LA for Texas when she was not filming a thing, as she was seen in LA plenty of times.
Whatever they’re doing seems to be working for them.
She bought herself a husband, maybe on the sale rack, but a husband, all the same. If they don’t like each other’s company enough to spend time together, so be it. He likes being in NY without her, she likes being in LA, without him. This “marriage” is not exactly between two people in love, as much as it’s between two people that need each other for their own reasons. He needs her money, without actually having to spend time with her, and she needs a man to call her, “husband”, also without being burdened with spending time with him.
Aniston has always been happier with women, that’s never been a secret, and Theroux can hang out with Uncle Terry to his heart’s content. It’s all good.
I guess Star Magazine has not heard of airplanes. Jen has not been known to get papped at airports(she usually flies private) but I guess if there is not a picture of her getting off a plane in Austin then it never happened. Justin has been papped coming and going from LAX. Why is it when other couples are separated for periods of time due to work it is no big deal. Oh right, the rag mags are desperate to keep selling the poor jen stories. As far as that picture – it was an unflattering shot but there are plenty of others that aren’t. Everyone takes bad photos from time to time.

A honeymoon, while a post-marriage celebration, is also a certain phase in your relationship when you are new to one another. I just think that particular phase had passed for them by the time that they wed therefore more of a celebration, friends included, appears to be what they wanted. Sounds fun to me but to each their own.

Other couples do not have People mag on speed dial to report how they are happier than ever for the 10th year in a row. Other couples do not have people magazine saying they thrive on being apart & will try to see each other when they can, but if not, it’s ok!
One cannot help how feminine or masculine their features are. Its like picking on someone for being too tall or too short. Those things are beyond our control. Would you give a woman a hard time because she was an “A” cup?
But other couples DO have People on speed dial to report how they write love letters to each other when separated for long periods of time, have their own personal photographer send People and Hello Mag photos of their “very private” wedding that they invited no one to and have put on the cover for a price (which of course goes into their very own fund to distribute a little out each time they have something to promote People Mag money – not their own. A wedding, by the way which was just for show since they supposedly married earlier in private.. But then again, as long as it isn’t Aniston – that is ok

Star Mag needs better sources, or perhaps they should stop creating stories attributed to sources. The Leftovers is scheduled to end production on Oct 7th. That came directly from Amy Brenneman who is also a major cast member. Shooting began April 27th. The Mother’s Day movie will also end production the first week in October. They’ve been shooting for several weeks. Just thought I’d inject the correct info, rather than rely upon and believe Star mag and their so called sources.

eh, this Star story fits the narrative that so many seem to have written for her. the whole “they’re never going to get married” theory didn’t pan out, so now some folks are gleeful that “her marriage is in trouble!” when, in all likelihood, it’s not. if she’s not with him 24/7, she’s “asexual” and “they must not like each other much” but if she was flying to meet him and hanging out on his set, she’d be “desperate” and “clingy” and “can’t leave her man alone or he might cheat”.

Yep, she was incredibly kind to Heidi Bivens. Stepping out with her boyfriend, Justin, while lying about the relationship to the press. Then, when it was obvious, she released lovely photos to the press, done by her good friend Terry Richardson, to show the world her new relationship. Meanwhile, Heidi was moving her things from Justin’s apartment. What a kind, generous person! Her friend, Chelsea Handler is also so kind! They’re all such lovely people, just as Jen’s PR insists. Yuck…
None of us know what happened with Heidi Bivens. Were they on-off, as has been suggested (he said he was single in at least one interview during the time frame they were supposedly together), what did Theroux tell Aniston about their relationship, did anything even happen during the shoot? It’s amazing how locked down the details remain. Much ado on this site about the apartment vacating date, but he’d have been really cruel not to give her a few months to move out given how hard it probably was for her to find a place in NYC she could afford on her own. And, anyway, he was not married, commonlaw or otherwise, and, regardless, Heidi was his responsibility not Aniston’s. As for Handler, she’s not my cup of tea, but her words are not necessarily Aniston’s either. The fact that they have a wide and close-knit circle of friends, including actors they became close to on that shoot, and people they’ve each known since well before they became famous, who say what wonderful people they are, says something very good about them, individually and together. PR can’t manufacture that many loyal long-time friends, even if it can manufacture plenty of other stuff.

The whole Heidi Bivens situation was also telling. She knew him and his girlfriend for years. They met again on a film set in December and she’s seen dating him thereafter. They lie about it. Heidi is seen together with Justin at nearly the same time. Heidi is blind-sided, doesn’t move out until MANY months later, and she releases a pretty angry statement. And it’s all confirmed by Bivens mother–she said Justin told her he was only friends with Aniston. Aniston, nor her PR, has ever denied it either and they are not known for keeping quiet about anything. It’s all on record, but no one cares because Heidi isn’t famous or wealthy. I doubt Aniston is all sweetness and light. It’s probably just an act.
