Ben Affleck’s latest alleged infidelities cover the upcoming issue of Star Magazine. I guess the Affleck and Garner covers must sell well for the tabloid. Supposedly Ben has been seeing an actress named Abigail Kuklis, who has a bit part in the Batman v. Superman movie and also was in that terrible film that Jennifer Garner did with Matthew McConaughey, Ghosts of Girlfriends Past. Ben is of course separated from Jennifer Garner, at least the last we heard of their situation, but they’ve been seen out together many times since their split this summer and were most recently photographed together on Tuesday.
This news comes courtesy of Gossip Cop, which calls out Star for making up the story based on the angle that Jen has worked with Ben’s alleged hookup:
On Wednesday, the new issue of Star hit newsstands announcing a “devastated” Jennifer Garner has been “betrayed again” after Affleck was “caught with [a] sexy costar.” The accompanying story claims Affleck has been “having romantic rendezvous” with Kuklis, who has a small role in the upcoming Batman V. Superman: Dawn Of Justice movie. The magazine points out Kuklis had a bit part in the Garner film Ghosts Of Girlfriends Past, and says their “worlds are colliding again,” thanks to Affleck.
“Ben and Abigail began seeing other on the sly,” a so-called Batman V. Superman “production insider” alleges to Star. “They’ve spent time together on both coasts.” But the tabloid then goes on to contradict its earlier claims, with its supposed source saying, “I think Jennifer will be devastated and humiliated when she finds out Ben was keeping time with Abigail behind the scenes…”
While the two have maintained an amicable dynamic for the sake of their kids, they are still separated. And there is no secret relationship with Kuklis to make Garner upset. An impeccable source close to the situation tells Gossip Cop the Star cover story is 100 percent “incorrect.”
I’m jealous of Gossip Cop for getting ahold of the tabloids before the rest of us. We don’t get them until Thursday nights. Maybe they’re right, maybe this is a made up story. I mean it’s Star Magazine, but we know Ben is a cheating cheater and he slept with his kids’ nanny for God’s sake. He doesn’t care if his estranged wife has some kind of tenuous connection to a random bit actress whom he’s hooking up with. I mean I wouldn’t doubt that Ben is getting his and trying to hide it and play happy conscious uncoupling for the cameras. Whether he’s hooking up with this woman or not may not be relevant. Plus, he’s currently working with Sienna Miller.
As Kaiser previewed in the links a few days ago, a new Batman vs. Superman teaser clip came out. It looks laughably bad to me, like this is the best they could come up with to release? I don’t think it matters that Ben’s acting is wooden and that he’s a tabloid darling though, this movie is going to make bank regardless.

I feel like I’m crazy but I’m kind of digging obnoxious Jesse’s insane, flamboyant Lex Luthor. Yeah, this tabloid drama is going to bite Ben in the ass. Men get a pass, and the majority of mainstream America doesn’t even care that much in the end about their private lives, to the point it will prevent them from seeing a film, unless it is constantly smacking them in the face of tabloids. Why on earth hasn’t WB or Ben managed to shut the stream of stories down? Anyway, regardless the film will make bank but I bet WB is massively unhappy.
I had no idea that was Lex Luthor but yes, the character adds a bit of life to an otherwise very dull trailer. Affleck is trying way too hard for the debonair, middle-age bachelor look and his acting is wooden indeed. It looks like he’s channeling George Clooney from 10 years ago.
I think I’ll stick with Lego Batman at this rate. 🙂

Not Cavill. The lawsuit says the person’s residence is California. Cavill’s residence is in the UK.
That was extremely interesting….because it’s based on a real case and who else could it be? I honestly wonder if that’s why Garner finally dumped his ass. I wouldn’t be surprised if she was willing to look the other way but if it got to the point he brought something home…..
I would think that if the actor was Affleck, the person would be going after more money. But I’m not a lawyer so I have no idea how those types of cases would work.
There’s info on this on the blind sites. Apparently this $75,000 is just an opening figure that is mandatory to get the suit opened. The claimant can go for much higher after the ball gets rolling. Affleck rented in Royal Oak that summer and also again for the reshoots. Jen spoke at numerous press junkets for Draft Day and I believe even Dallas Buyers Club about how they would all be moving to Detroit that summer for the movie, but then strangely she and the kids did not go. I think that was when things really started falling apart again for them. At the time I remember thinking something big happened because she did not go to Detroit and she was not working that summer.
The comments re that blind are full-blown calling out Affleck. He was the one who rented a house in Detroit during filming. He is the one who is from and currently lives in California and he is definitely the skeevier of the two – known to hire sex workers. I want it to be Ben rather than Caville. I don’t see Caville being that douchy to hire prostitutes let alone knowingly risk infecting them with anything. Ben – I can totally see it and if it’s true, he deserves to have his career shot down in flames.
I’m also looking at the timing. It was last year that that movie was filmed in Detroit. Right about the time things started going south with Ben and Jennifer…again. Makes me wonder if all the hoopla supposedly about the nanny was actually about Ben knowing he was going to be sued for giving someone herpes and that he’d have to pay millions in hush money. It didn’t happen recently. The law suit was recently filed, but the incident(s) happened last July, 2015. I can easily see the nanny thing being a cover to distract from something much worse.
@ScotiaGirl – Yes, I remember those interviews with Jen talking about how the whole family would be living in Detroit that summer (2014). I live in the metro Detroit area and while it is true that Jen and the kids visited from time to time (including for their wedding anniversary), they were not residing in MI that summer. There were lots of pictures of her and the kids in California at that time. I also thought it was strange, as she had talked up their temporary move quite a bit. I had a bad feeling about them even then.
It is well known around here that Ben rented in Royal Oak (a suburb about 20 minutes out of downtown) but have not heard any further rumors about his behavior. Plenty of our Detroit professional athletes also stay in Royal Oak during their seasons, but I don’t know of any of them that reside in California.
I LOVE my city but Detroit is not necessarily a celebrity gossip hot spot – so I love whenever I have info to share! 🙂

I never found him attractive in his younger years but time and lifestyle choices have not been kind to him, that’s for sure. I caught a clip of him on Kimmel’s show last night and he looks so weird, with a really smooth and plastic-like face. Is it the make-up people trying to cover up bloat face?

This is way worse than merely cheating. If true, he’s entered into Sheen territory – disrespecting and thinking so little of women other than how they can pleasure him to the point of knowingly infecting a person.
Changing the subject somewhat – if Ben does have The Big H, he didn’t get it yesterday or today. Even becoming infected himself as early as last summer and that’s giving him the benefit of the doubt that he only contracted it right before he supposedly infected someone else, that would mean Jennifer has been with him for a good six months (I suspect he’s had it much longer than that) and how does that work – a married couple where one has Herpes? I don’t beleive for one moment that there is any kind of protection from it other than abstinence. So, what would that mean for them?
Ben denied the nanny story. He is playing along with Jennifer’s divorce how she wants it done. I believe he is still hooking up with chicks. He still looks miserable around Jennifer it’s obvious to everyone he is not in love with her except Jennifer Garner. Her cheesy fake smiles for the paparazzi fool no one.
The picture made me think it was Willa Holland from Netflix’s Arrow. lol They could be sisters.
