I can actually totally relate to what Blake Lively is saying and so I don’t feel the need to mock her even though she is actually freaking beautiful. I’m 5’10 and whenever I wear heels I feel like a beast. It’s not fun at all.

as a very tall girl I can vouch for what she’s saying. Getting all prettied up and feminine, you can sometimes feel like an overgrown doll even while other people think you look good. But towering over guys even before you put on heels… that’s the psychological effect, the unfortunate occasional ‘tranny’ feeling…
ps, in a formal-wear sitation, it’s hard for anyone to pull off flats. 😛
