Here are some assorted photos of Khloe Kardashian out and about in NYC late last week as she made various stops by TV shows to promote her new E! series, Kocktails with Khloe. God help me, but I’m still enjoying her haircut. I even like her as a blonde. She looks very Real Housewife to me (this particular shade of blonde is VERY Real Housewife), but I actually think that’s an improvement over her old look. Anyway, while Khloe is promoting her show, she’s been asked a lot about Lamar Odom. And she answers all of this questions with a surprising amount of candor, because Kardashian women don’t know how to keep anything private.
The moment Khloé Kardashian heard the news last October that her estranged husband Lamar Odom had been hospitalized following a near deadly overdose, the reality star rushed to his side, where she remained for over a month.
“Mentally, it took its toll,” Kardashian tells PEOPLE of the tragedy. “But it wasn’t about me. I realized how much it was about [Lamar] so I didn’t think twice about it.”
Still, long hours in a hospital room, coupled with the extreme emotions of the situation, weighed heavily on the reality star.
“Normally, when I’m going through stuff, I have my release of energy or stress at the gym,” says Kardashian, 31. “But I literally didn’t leave the room for a month. I wasn’t sleeping as well. I went a week without showering.”
Continues the star: “I was stuck in a room with my thoughts. My mind didn’t have that release. I was like, ‘I can’t breathe!’ “
I know it was an emergency and she was really devastated and she didn’t want to leave his side, but not showering for a week? Yikes. I could not do that. Of course, showering is my therapy. I feel rebooted and energized when I’m clean.
Khloe also talked about Lamar when she appeared on Live with Kelly & Michael, saying that Lamar “walked” out of the hospital on his own and that he’s making “great strides” with his physical rehab.

Unlike Khloe ,Jennifer Lawrence hasn’t made her living from oversharing every aspect of her life. Lawrence isn’t walking around with a pinocchio butt either.
Yeah, I was going to say Khloe is looking good from the neck up. Her ass has a hidden PSI number kind of like the hidden 666 number on Damien’s head (The Omen). Damn, I love that movie ie- the original, especially the scenes from overseas.
That ass has her looking like she has a spinal issue that needs corrective surgery. She WOULD look amazing if she didn’t destroy herself with that cartoonish ass. It’s so ridiculous and obviously fake-looking. Such a shame these women can’t be happy with themselves naturally. It’s so obvious that Khloe doesn’t have the body frame for a butt that big. She’s got such a long, lean body everywhere else and then half a beach ball hanging off her back.

Her hair looks very good this length and color, I will admit that. But she will always be vile and gross to me.

Since when is blatantly lying considered candor? We saw plenty of pictures of Khloe out and about doing stuff while she was supposedly literally in that hospital room for a month.
100 Bridget. Twitter and ig are Kardashian staples. But in the long run, it will prove them to be the liars that they are. They made sure all the hospital runs were photographed…..damn, Ryan Seacrest probably took the pix himself…but also were the pictures of Khloe with James Harden. You can run but can’t hide from the truth. And whomever compared Khloe to Jennifer Lawrence, seriously? Khloe has to pay for her tickets to watch Jennifer perform. These are people from an entirely different place in life.
I get she is getting questions about Lamar, but I really think beyond the comment “He’s doing better”, she needs not to discuss him. I also don’t believe she went a week without a shower.
What does she say beyond the he’s walking on his own and doing better though? This interview was more about her feelings and what she did, than anything specific about Lamar. I’m not sure what is true and what isn’t but I thought I read somewhere Lamar was pretty upset with all the stuff she had released and banned her from the hospital. But if he goes back and forth on recognizing people, is having trouble putting sentences together, etc, I am not sure he could even confront her on any of this.
Until Lamar speaks for himself, I guess we won’t know.
swak; When you’re going through a tragedy, you barely eat or sleep, you’re just trying to keep one foot in front of the other. The fact that she declares she didn’t shower is more proof of her not preparing for her interviews. If her mind was so muddled, she wouldn’t even remember her hygienic rituals. They would have been done robotically as would everything else during that time frame. I dislike her intensely for declaring her love for Lamar on such a consistent basis and then crying on every avenue presented to her, what a victim she is. This family is fraudulent and appalling to me and I hate every second of air time they suck up.
Nancy I totally agree with you, I try to stay out of any conversation regarding this family but it seems so disingenuous to constantly speak about her love for Lamar and then parade around with different men. It seems her whole storyline is Lamar so she must continue to play the victim while she kicks a sick man down. That to me is despicable.
THIS. The endless waiting in a hospital as well as caregiving can turn you into an emotional zombie (I hope that makes sense). Your time is spent hashing things out with doctors, letting the nurses know they’re appreciated, and trying not to fall apart in front of the patient. There’s little time for lip injections, changing your hair color 947 times, or making a deal for another insipid talk show.
I do not understand how this family is still a thing as far as celebrity news goes.
She was not there for 1 Month, that is a lie. Photos showed her out n about.Lamar was fighting to stay alive yet somehow she made it sound all about her.
The new hair is working for her. Does anyone really believe she didn’t shower for a week? I’m sure she was staying in some luxurious hotel in Vegas. I don’t believe anything this family says.

But, but, it wasn’t about her
She probably was actually afraid to leave the hospital for at least the first few days, so I doubt she was going back to her hotel room. But there was a private bathroom and she had to use that eventualy, so she probably just washed herself there like other people do. And yes, you can get quite clean in a few minutes that way. There are certain areas that are must-do and others that are lesser priority… But even a full wash from a sink doesn’t take more than ten to fifteen minutes. And you can wash your hair in a sink also. She could have had family watch Lamar while she washed if she was afraid to leave him alone and a nurse wasn’t there.
I do not need to know, nor do I want to know, anything regarding anyone of the Kardashian’s hygiene habits.
Best Khloe has ever looked. (I’m averting my eyes from the Ass of Lies.) LOVE the new hair length, curly or straight it looks FAB on her. Gives her a kind of polish not to be expected from the K’s.
Man she is milking Lamar’s tragedy for everything she can. I think she is a terribly weak person who thrives on attention. I further believe she isn’t a big fan of Kim’s, although without her and her infamous sex tape, nobody outside her circle would know who she is. The Kardashians are a precautionary tale about being careful what you wish for. Some people can handle fame (earned or otherwise), others crash and burn. Rob did, Kylie is heading in that direction and Khloe is the poster child. She needs to count her blessings and have a seat and for the love of God, learn to keep her mouth shut.

Also, hospital rooms have showers. It’s not like she’s the first spouse to stay in a hospital room. Literally.
That’s right- now that I think of it, when I was in a regular hospital room for a day, it did have a tub and shower along with a toilet. Why couldn’t she have used that if she felt the need? She might not have had the energy for it, though. This might have been her first time with such an intense life-or-death situation and she probably did feel completely drained. I can’t figure out why her family didn’t just offer to watch while she showered, bringing her clothes and towels and soap/shampoo and such to encourage her. Maybe they didn’t since they were there just for the camera ops…. Her skin would thank her for skipping all the cosmetics for a while and just tying her hair back.
Every hospital room I’ve been in has had a shower. Patients typically like to bathe.
And seriously, Khloe didn’t literally stay there for a month. We SAW her at her boyfriend’s basketball game. We SAW her at her sister’s birthday and another sister’s baby shower. Does no one remember her little book tour? Or the fact that Lamar supposedly asked her to leave?

I love her new hair. She does blond well, as opposed to Kim. Love the red on her, too. I’m so tired of the neutral colors the kardashoans wear, and color looks great on her. Hate the butt, though. Wish she would remove those implants.
I’m perplexed. How many new E! Series does KlownKhloe have? Kocktails with Khloe? Isn’t there supposed to be another one starting up about her life at the Gym and how it gave her the new butt? So many questions.
Also, I admit defeat about this heinous family. They’ve taken over. I thought that by now, the public would be sick and tired of them, their TV audience would dwindle, and their shows would eventually end. Instead, there are more series! And since Kylie has taken up the mantle, we’ll soon see even more shows. “Lips with Kylie,” “Makeup with Kylie,”etc. It seems that their audience can’t get enough of them.
The show is on the FYI Channel actually — apparently E! passed on it!

She recently said she’s going to get breast implants. I’m shocked she admitted that. I thought she’d do what her family usually does, get plastic surgery and then deny deny deny ! Perhaps she’s going to film it for her show so that way E pays for it !
I have 4 kids under 4, my twins are only 4 1/2 mo old. I have gone a week without showering, not that I wasn’t desperate or wanted to but sometimes I choose sleep over a shower.
Oh, please. You can get perfectly clean using a bathroom sink or a bowl of soapy water and a good washcloth (although paper towels will do in a pinch). You can also dry yourself with paper towels quite nicely when a cloth towel isn’t available, although I would assume that at least one of all those Kardashians she let troop in to the bedside would have thought to bring her the proper tools. I do it all the time since my tub is now a cat playground and storage space (not wanting to spend several hundred dollars to unstop the drain which will just get stopped up again anyway due to a ridiculous design). Probably most people in the world do it that way most of the time, not everybody can afford the plumbing and the water wastage. She’s just used to two hour showers like Kylie and felt deprived.
I love that fuchsia dress on her; she looks amazing in it!
So… how long till the extensions are redone?
I just have to say this. I haven’t clicked on a Kardashian story in weeks. They used to be a guilty pleasure gossip wise and television wise, but slowly I’ve become too disgusted with them to get any enjoyment from their shenanigans anymore. Especially when David Bowie died – you realise just how void they are of any admirable, decent, interesting qualities.
The way they exploited Lamar, the treatment of Rob, Courtney using Scott as a sperm donor, Kylie getting all this surgery under the legal age.. it’s appalling. I’m f-ing done with them. Apart from Kims hysterically hideous try hard outfits I’m not clicking.
This family is so gross. They will say and do anything for attention and ratings. Khloe just revealed that her and Lamar have a sex tape. Now tell me why she needed the world to know this? Take a guess.

I have severe major depression, and when it’s at its worst, it becomes incredibly hard for me to shower. I don’t know that I’ve ever gone for a full week w/out showering, but the apathy and despair and sense of helplessness that often accompanies severe depression makes it feel like an unsurmountable task to me at times. My immediate thought at reading about Khloe not showering for a week was that she was trying to imply how grief-sick and distraught she had been about Lamar. I thought she meant that she’d been too despairing to even do a “simple” thing like shower–*not* that she was saying she had no access to an actual shower in the hospital room. Either way, though, I don’t believe her—b/c all I’ve ever known her to do is lie.
