Rebecca Romijn & Jerry O’Connell got married (update wedding pics)

Rebecca Romijn, and Jerry O’Connell got married on Saturday. The two seem to have been dating forever, but apparently it’s only been a couple years, since Romijn, 34, divorced Uncle Jesse… er, I mean John Stamos in 2005. Apparently the two have also been engaged since 2005. Romijn was a model and currently one of the cast members of “Ugly Betty.” O’Connell, 3 3, stars on Crossing Jordan, which is apparently still on the air. I think it’s on for about 6 episodes a year or something like that.

I think it’s pretty awesome that the two got married so close to 7/7/07 but managed to restrain themselves from getting married on the corniest… I mean luckiest… of days. Apparently they kept the wedding under the radar by inviting guests to a barbeque, which turned out to actually be their wedding, which was held in their backyard. The only way to have kept it more under the radar would have been to get married on Eva Longoria’s holiest of days. Therewouldn’t have been a single member of the paparazzi left on the west coast on that weekend.

It sounds like their wedding was really low key, which is nice to hear about compared to a lot of the extravagances a lot of stars overindulge in for their big days. Their dogs Better and Taco were members of the wedding party, wearing formal black bowties, along with about 100 of the couple’s family and friends.

“The groom wore a tan suit, while Romijn was sheathed in a white floor-length Ralph Lauren gown and bejeweled in Neil Lane’s finest. The newlyweds were serenaded by a gospel choir, per Us Weekly, and the reception featured a western theme, complete with barbecue, real wagon wheels and hay bales.”

No word on if John Stamos attended… or if he took too much Ambien again and was too drunk (and by drunk I mean sleepy) to show up.

Update Thanks to FlyNetOnline for these pics of the wedding.
